I deleted the following files from csgo and then the workshop maps loaded
and i could change map.

subscribed_collection_ids.txt
subscribed_file_ids.txt
ugc_collection_cache.txt

 Marco's suggestion worked, I can change the level using changelevel2, but
 that doesn't help the fact that it's still booting on dust (even though I
 specify a map in the command line). So it's really not a solution.

 Putting the mapgroup and the web api key in those two text files did not
 resolve the issue for me.

In the relese note of update 1.18.0.3
- Game modes configuration file now specifies cfg files to exec instead of
keyvalue pairs of convars to make it easier for server operators to
configure their game modes. To tweak game modes it would be sufficient to
provide gamemode_competitive_server.cfg and _server.cfg files for other
game modes which will exec after stock cfg files.

So we need to make one account for every gameserver and have a seperate
SteamCMD installation for every server, that seems really stupid.

Whats the point of autoupdate if you have to update one at a time.

 No you don't have to. You would just have to update them one at a time
 otherwise. Updates take about two minutes usually so it's not too bad. Or

Any solution to the 1 slot server problem, I get the same error when i use

 I think you're having a slightly different problem due to the fact that
 players can't connect to your server even through console. I'd still like
 to see your configuration files to see if maybe there was something
 incorrect in there, but I think it's related to the error you are getting

 Your bot quota is 10, so that's why you don't see issues. Try upping your
 bot quota to 28, join the server, and see if anybody else can join through
 the server browser. Then see if they can connect through console.

   Ok, thanks for the reply. Neither way works for me though. The second
 player can never connect. The slots are showing up correctly though.

 So after all this I am sure its not a gamemodes.txt or
 gamemodes_server.txt problem because my edits for maxplayers show up. The
 error the connecting player gets in console that concerns me is GameTypes:
 could not find matching game type .

 The game type being blank concerns me.

 The next line says CSysSessionClient: server ping failed

 Also just want to say thanks for all the replies and help...hopefully I

My servers are using the new gamemodes.txt.

 I hope drop box is ok. With these this is what happensIf I join
 through the server browser it just says full with the window that shows
 what players are in the server. If I try to join through console it acts
 like it is going to work (joining lobby comes up) then it gives the error
