Aucun virus connu a ce jour par nos services n'a ete detecte. en fait, un update upgrade résout le problème (j'ai vu passer des paquets python), avec donc la dernière version (semble plus pratique, plus de possibilités, en particulier connexion automatique possible). Comme quoi il faut toujours garder son vieil interfaces en secours ;-) pmd

Je n'arrive pas à m'en servir, bien que j'aie déjà réussi dans le passé, mais je ne me souvient plus comment. C'est un lecteur *interne*, genre lecteur de disquette monté dans une tour... Par exemple, possibilité d'exécuter un programme X pendant maximum une heure le mercredi, le samedi et le dimanche. Une fois le quota dépassé, le programme est terminé de manière autoritaire et il est impossible de le relancer jusqu'à la prochaine date valide. Bonjour les gens Je souhaite acheté une imprimante multi-fonction bien supportée. Ce qui m'interesse, c'est d'imprimer et scanner facilement. Le reste c'est secondaire. Avez vous des conseils sur le choix d'une imprimante (en dessous de 150 euros) qui serrait bien gérée sous debian ? [etch]nvidia : récurent certes mais avec nvidia-glx-legacy-dev !
bonjour, j'imagine que cela doit commencer à agacer de toujours voir des post avec des problèmes nvidia, mais j'ai l'impression que vouloir utiliser nvidia sous notre os préféré est fortement problématique (pour quelqu'un comme moi, c'est le cas) je suis sous etch, et j'ai un très mauvais souvenir d'utilisation de *legacy-96xx* avec une entrée 'unstable' dans mon source list pour la présentation : lspci | grep -i vga : 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV34 [GeForce FX 5200] (rev a1) j'ai suivi les derniers posts concernant les vieilles nvidia (legacy), mais j'appréhende les méthodes citées car elles nécessitent a chaque upgrade noyau ou xorg de tout recompiler, et vu mes erreurs passée sur le sujet (que je dois traîner encore dans ma config ), j'aimerais éviter. avant de poster j'avais cru trouver la solution propre et debian ... mais non : aptitude install nvidia-glx-legacy-dev nvidia-kernel-legacy-2.6-k7 ne m'on posé aucun soucis (retrait de truc en mesa-* mais cela n'a pas l'air de poser problème au lancement d'une nouvelle session xorg avec le pilote nv ... j'ai toujours le repli en nv qui fonctionne ... ouf !) dans mon xorg je modifie le nv en nvidia, j'ouvre une nouvelle session (log dans /var/log/Xorg.20.log : grep EE /var/log/Xorg.20.log (WW) warning, (EE) error, (NI) not implemented, (??) unknown. Si tu souhaites cadrer un peu plus l'utilisation du PC par tes enfants et que tu utilises Gnome, regardes du côté de *Pessulus* et de *Sabayon* pour verrouiller la configuration du bureau. Par exemple, tu peux configurer la listes des logiciels du menu Applications et ensuite verrouiller les panels pour interdire les modifications ultérieurs (si tu veux aller plus loin, le menu Applications est en fait un fichier XML - applications.menu - respectant la norme *FreeDesktop.Org* - cf le site de Gnome pour apprendre à la modifier pour chaque utilisateur). Enfin, tu veux réellement bloquer l'utilisation d'une application à un utilisateur ou à un groupe d'utilisateurs, utilises des *ACL POSIX* (il y a un très bon tuto sur LeaLinux). Guillaume.

Justement, et je crois que mon problème est lié, je n'ai plus aucun fichier sd* dans mon /dev... Pourtant il n'y a pas si longtemps j'en avais et je crois me rappeler que c'est par là que j'accédais au lecteur de cartes. PAM gère l'ouverture de session, et ne gère donc pas l'utilisation des applications elles-mêmes. HS : Stabilié d'une communiquation WiFi.
Bonsoir, J'ai un portable Packard-Bell EasyNote avec une carte Wifi à base d'un chipset Atheros. J'ai installé MadWifi sur mon kernel 2.6.22, j'ai configuré une connexion en wpa-psk. Sur mon D-Link 624, j'ai configuré la partie Wifi pour utiliser le même type d'encryption. Cela fonctionne correctement sauf. Sauf que j'ai des pertes de connexion temps à autre. Je n'ai pas trouvé de constante de temps mais j'ai remarqué que cela se produit plus régulièrement si le nombre de paquets transmis augmente comme un mise à jour debian ou un transfert en p2p. Généralement un simple /etc/init.d/network restart rétablit la situation mais de temps en temps je suis obligé de rédémarrer le routeur. Por ello fue que decidí volver a testing. Luego de ejecutar el dist-upgrade y solucionar todos los problemas de dependencias logre por fin volver sin problemas. Pero al reiniciar el linux, noto que me aparece una línea de 1px de ancho y que cruza la pantalla verticalmente de punta a punta de color rosa que a veces cambia a verde :| busque busque pero no logro solucionarlo, esta linea me aparece tanto en la consola como en las X, si alguno paso por esto, tirenme una soga gracias. ¿Se ve también durante el arranque de la BIOS? Prueba a arrancar el PC con un livecd o un liveusb, o el propio instalador de debian, para descartar que el problema no es el sistema operativo. Puede que tengas el problema en el monitor, el cable o la tarjeta gráfica. Si durante el arranque no ves la línea de 1px, entonces es posible que el problema sea del driver de tu tarjeta... y que estés usando ftamebuffer, porque si no no entiendo el que se vea también en consola. Intentando instalar Grub (empaquetado por Debian)
Hola lista: Tengo dos distribuciones instaladas en mi disco duro. Fedora 8 y Debian Lenny. El caso es que primeramente instale Fedora y está grabo Grub en el sector de arranque. Necesito instalar el Grub que viene con Debian (el empaquetado de Debian).Ya se que puedo utilizar el de Fedora, de hecho lo estoy haciendo actualmente, pero por temas de virtualización con Xen necesito el Grub de Debian. Por favor me podrían echar una mano. Lo otro es que al parecer son necesarios uno paquetes llamados tcl8.5 y tk8.5, los cuales tampoco he podido instalar. También intenté apt-ge install amsn=0.97-1 y los resultados son: Gabo:/mnt# apt-get install amsn=0.97-1 Leyendo lista de paquetes... Hecho Creando árbol de dependencias... Bueno, hoy cuando arranque la pc veo la línea que le comente durante el inicio (BIOS) asique bueno.. no es un problema del linux propiamente dicho sin embargo me llamo rotundamente la atención la coincidencia con que se dieron las cosas. Que lastima la verdad que estaba muy encariñado con el portátil, valdra la pena repararle el lcd? es una IBM G41. Si durante el arranque no ves la línea de 1px, entonces es posible que el problema sea del driver de tu tarjeta... y que estés usando ftamebuffer, porque si no no entiendo el que se vea también en consola. En el punto que estás ahora... yo haría la prueba de: (suponiendo que tu disco es /dev/sda) 1) Hacer una copia del mbr: dd if=/dev/sda of=/root/copia.mbr bs=512 count=1 2) lánzate a la piscina: aptitude install grub 3) si eso no te crea los ficheros en /boot... mirate /usr/lib/grub y /usr/share/doc/grub (allí tienes los ficheros y la documentación) 4) cuando creas que no estás seguro, reinicia. 5) si todo esto no funciona... arranca con un livecd, monta la partición de debian y restaura el mbr: dd if=/ruta/particion_debian/root/copia.mbr of=/dev/sda bs=512 count=1 Suerte! P.D. y si no, haz feliz a tu PC, desinstala la freidora y dedícale todo a Debian !!!

Como autenticar los user de Samba contra una BD en MySQL y el modulo pam_mysql
Hola lista, ante todo un saludo. Mi problema es que quiero autenticar a mis usuarios del dominio (samba) contra una base de datos en mysql, a travéz del módulo pam_mysql, ya he agregado las lineas correspondientes al nombre de la BD, el user para entrar a la BD, el password, los campos que utilizará, la tabla, en fin, todo, en el fichero de samba en el directorio /etc/pam.d/samba. Pero no se como debo hacer para decirle a samba que autentique contra los user de la base de datos de mysql. Si me pudieran dar alguna URL para documentarme, se lo agradeceré. Gracias de antemano. ya instale xscreensaver ... pero no se lanza automáticamente... generé
un script de arranque y lo coloque en /etc/rc2.d ... dice así:

Olá gente! To com uma bronca, que fiquei até sem jeito de vir aqui pedir ajuda pois pode parecer que conversa para sai por ai trocando senha. tenho 2 computadores um meu e de minha esposa e outro dos meus filhos, bom passei a senha de root para eles visto que eles ja sabem instalar o sistema, programas e , recentemente eles mudaram a senha e não sabe se a que anotaram ta certa, ja tentei tudo mais nada, daia fui pesquizar na net achei este tuto http://www.vivaolinux.com.br/artigos/verArtigo.php?codigo=1752pagina=1, vou ver se da certo agora visto que esta é a terceira vez. Com acesso ao PC, de boot por um cd de instalação ou live, mounte a raiz do sistema mount /dev/hda1 /mnt/raiz e mude para o sistema instalado chroot /mnt/raiz e mude a senha usando o passwd .

Uma vez eu passei por isto, a solução foi dar boot por um LiveCD, montar a partição raiz desta distro inacessível num diretório qualquer, então eu limpei o conteúdo da senha do root no arquivo /etc/shadow (a senha criptografada fica entre o primeiro ':' depois da palavra root e o segundo ':'), rebootei, iniciei o sistema e a senha de root estava zerada, bastou usar passwd para setar uma nova e estava tudo resolvido. Olá, Resolver para fora - OK Resolver interno - OK Resolver e-mail - ai que esta o problema... ele tem 03 domínios no mesmo servidor de e-mail... quando envio e-mail para o mesmo dominio blz o e-mail chega, mas quando tento enviar e-mail para outro dominio interno, nada..o postfix responde dizendo que não conseguiu entregar a mensagem. Quando um usuário do domínio nss.com.br envia uma mensagem para esse domínio ela é entregue. Mas se esse usuário envia uma mensagem para o domínio nsc.com.br (que também está no seu servidor) o postfix diz que não consegue entregar o e-mail? é, talvez possa se estudar um método baseado no que vc propôs, mas em
vez de usar 3 maquinas poderia rodar os 3 proxys na mesma máquina: 2
apenas para a autenticação e o terceiro para cache. Talvez de pra
implementar isso com 3 squids ou 1 squid e 2 proxys especificos para isso.
Mas de fato, a complexidade pode aumentar bastante, pelo menos enquanto
não tivermos um conhecimento aprofundado de como esses proxies permitem
esse trabalho integrado.
Uma outra possibilidade:
substituir o smb_auth na linha auth_param por um autenticador dummy, ou
seja, que sempre vai responder com um 'OK'. Então, no início de suas
acls, chamar uma external_acl_type, que fará a triagem necessária e
chamará o smb_auth com os parametros definidos pela triagem, ou seja,
usara o AD finan ou AD adm.
Voltando à alternativa que falei no primeiro email, verifique o arquivo
/usr/lib/squid/smb_auth.sh, note que na linha 51 ele define o domain
controller ip address dcip:
dcip=`$SAMBAPREFIX/bin/nmblookup $addropt $PASSTHROUGH#1c | awk
'/^[0-9.]+\..+ / { print $1 ; exit }'`
Bastaria comentar essa linha, então abaixo dela chamar o seu triagem.sh

instalacao de rwindows via servidor de boot?
Olá pessoal, montei um servidor de boot PXE aqui na minha rede. Estou precisando instalar o rwindows em alguns clientes. Ainda nao encontrei nada na net de como colocar uma imagem de um cd de instalacao do windows nesse servidor para que eu instale o windows pela rede. Alguem ja fez isso? Sabe me dar o caminho das pedras de como instalar o rwindows via PXE? O colega Fernando deu uma dica muito boa de usar o systemimager, mas ainda assim estou apanhando. Muito Grato a todos.

Hi, Due to limited root space, I am going to delete QT4 library. I am not sure if following library is used by any system applications or not as I am using Opera and Open office. Problem with sidebar in Mozilla
With Mozilla browser, Debian Etch: View Show/Hide Sidebar . I set it to `hide' and the sidebar hides; but then when I go on navigating it appears again and again at every new web address. If you can connect to your modems connection summary page, then your end is working. Now you need to inform Verizon that their end is not. Make sure you didn't place one of those filters on the phone line going to your dsl modem. Also add the line about the default gateway posted earlier to your routing table. Re: problems after latest etch3 xserver upgrade
Upgrade again. It's fixed now. For details eee my post entitled Update: Re: GTK update problems. The fix made into the archives yesterday.
