Re: linphone et routeur

2011-04-25 Thread Antoine Vagabonddurail
Bonjour,

ortp résoud le dns de freephonie.net ;
puis envoie son message de connexion sip à mon compte sur freephonie.net ;
reçoie la réponse :
sip/2.0 401 unauthorized
ortp-warning Could not set headers: via: nonce=...
ortp-error end of header not found
ortp-error error in msg_headers_parse()
ortp-error could not parse message

 rien a changé.

  #!/usr/bin/pythonCR

1: Python script text executable
2: a /usr/bin/python script text executable
ce qui a pu trompé.

Encore merci.

 Le premier directement depuis ma liste de contact ;
 Le premier n'est pas arrivé ;
 poserait-elle problème ;

Amicalement,
Antoine.

bextract

If you find yourself using bextract, you probably have done something
wrong. For example, if you are trying to recover a file but are having
problems, please see the Restoring When Things Go Wrong section of the
Restore chapter of this manual.

Normally, you will restore files by running a Restore Job from the
Console program. However, bextract can be used to extract a single file
or a list of files from a Bacula tape or file. In fact, bextract can be
a useful tool to restore files to an empty system assuming you are able
to boot, you have statically linked bextract and you have an appropriate
bootstrap file.

Please note that some of the current limitations of bextract are:

It cannot restore access control lists (ACL) that have been backed up
along with the file data.
It cannot restore Win32 non-portable streams (typically default).
It cannot restore encrypted files.
The command line length is relatively limited, which means that you
cannot enter a huge number of volumes. If you need to enter more volumes
than the command line supports, please use a bootstrap file (see below).
It is called:

Usage: bextract [-d debug_level] device-name directory-to-store-files
-b file specify a bootstrap file
   -dnnset debug level to nn
   -e file exclude list
   -i file include list
-p proceed inspite of I/O errors
-V specify Volume names (separated by |)
   -? print this message
where device-name is the Archive Device (raw device name or full
filename) of the device to be read, and directory-to-store-files is a
path prefix to prepend to all the files restored.

NOTE: On Windows systems, if you specify a prefix of say d:/tmp, any
file that would have been restored to c:/My Documents will be restored
to d:/tmp/My Documents. That is, the original drive specification will
be stripped. If no prefix is specified, the file will be restored to the
original drive.

Extracting with Include or Exclude Lists

Using the -e option, you can specify a file containing a list of files
to be excluded. Wildcards can be used in the exclusion list. This option
will normally be used in conjunction with the -i option (see below).
Both the -e and the -i options may be specified at the same time as the
- -b option. The bootstrap filters will be applied first, then the include
list, then the exclude list.

Likewise, and probably more importantly, with the -i option, you can
specify a file that contains a list (one file per line) of files and
directories to include to be restored. The list must contain the full
filename with the path. If you specify a path name only, all files and
subdirectories of that path will be restored. If you specify a line
containing only the filename (e.g. my-file.txt) it probably will not be
extracted because you have not specified the full path.

For example, if the file include-list contains:

/home/kern/bacula
/usr/local/bin
Then the command:

./bextract -i include-list -V Volume /dev/nst0 /tmp

will restore from the Bacula archive /dev/nst0 all files and directories
in the backup from /home/kern/bacula and from /usr/local/bin. The
restored files will be placed in a file of the original name under the
directory /tmp (i.e. /tmp/home/kern/bacula/... and /tmp/usr/local/bin/...).

[1] http://www.bacula.org/fr/dev-manual/Automatic_Volume_Recycling.html

# Default pool definition
Pool {
  Name = Default
  Pool Type = Backup
Recycle = yes # Bacula can automatically recycle
Volumes
AutoPrune = yes # Prune expired volumes
  Volume Retention = 30 days # un mes .
  Maximum Volume Bytes = 8G
  LabelFormat = Incremental-${Day}${month}${year}
Volume Use Duration = 30 days
   Catalog Files = yes
   recycle Oldest Volume = yes
   Purge Oldest Volume = yes

A groso modo dice:

Recycle = yes  puede reciclarla.

contenido flash a HTML5

Cuestiones de usuarios en login

2011-04-25 Thread Pablo

me dice Module acerhk not found.

/dev/sdb1 on /media/af42445b-3daa-405f-84c4-38c868fc9296 type ext3
(rw,nosuid,nodev,uhelper=udisks)

- X ---
Maquina virtual Windows Xp ( que seria meus usuarios )
Adaptador rede interna.
configurei com ip 192.168.1.10
mascara 255.255.255.0
Gateway 192.168.1.254
DNS 192.168.1.254

rodando digite :

 apt-get install acpid

E depois edite o arquivo /etc/default/acpid e retire o comentário

wireless cai frequentemente

2011-04-25 Thread linuser
Caros,

mostra:

02:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG [Golan]
Network Connection (rev 02)
Subsystem: Intel Corporation Device 1041
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 30
Memory at f030 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=4K]
Capabilities: access denied
Kernel driver in use: iwl3945

Lenny quanto no Squeeze.

Estou usando um laptop Toshiba Satellite A300 com Debian Squeeze.

Quem tiver sugestões, seja bem vindo.

Saudações.
G.Paulo.

*iwconfig wlan0 power off*

Espero ter ajudado;

Intel marka bir wireless kartınız varsa ışık yansada sürücüleri

apt-get install firmware-iwlwifi wireless-tools

But if the bug is clearly in upstream code, and the maintainer is ignoring

Take action and help the maintainer out. Most maintainers love it when

For example, when I look at 192.168.1.1 in a web browser I see that the
router is connected to 192.168.1.36 . However, it does not show up in the
 nmap output.

 $nmap -sP 192.168.1.*

 Starting Nmap 5.00 ( http://nmap.org ) at 2011-04-24 19:44 EDT

Nmap done: 256 IP addresses (2 hosts up) scanned in 2.45 seconds

The 192.168.1.36 is my vonage phone connection. I am unable to ping it
either. However, my phone works so the connection must be alive.

if you can't ping it, i doubt anything other than snmp or cacti (or
whatever network monitoring tool might suite your preference) will
help you much. chances are that the phone does what my tv (and mac
mini on default configuration) does - goes to sleep until it needs to
do something.

 Any other ideas?

yeah, rtfm:
  -sS/sT/sA/sW/sM: TCP SYN/Connect()/ACK/Window/Maimon scans
  -sU: UDP Scan
-sN/sF/sX: TCP Null, FIN, and Xmas scans

other than that, nmap.org and insecure.org have tons of docs. you can
probably even find someone asking about scanning your phone. there is
also a talk that the lead dev did about 'scanning the internet' you
can probably google for (or is probably linked to on their page) that
was given at defcon a few years ago.

you can also fire up wireshark and see what your phone is doing and
figure out how to handle it from that point. if it wakes up when you
get a call, you can probably write some simple lua plugin to find it
(i don't think it's that hard though). if you get stuck, check #nmap
on the freenode irc. it's not very active but pretty helpful folks
stay in there.

installer preseeding - partitioning

2011-04-25 Thread Richard Hector
Hi all,

I've got a preseed file, with a partitioning recipe that I think is
valid, but I'm having trouble getting past the partitioner with no
interaction. Unfortunately the documentation is a bit lacking on how the
various partman values interact.

This is the partitioning section of my preseed.cfg so far:

## Partitioning ##
d-i partman-auto/disk string /dev/sda
# d-i partman-auto/method string my-recipe
# d-i partman-auto/choose_recipe select my-recipe
d-i partman-auto/expert_recipe string my-recipe :: \
10240 10240 -1 ext4 \
$primary{ } \
$bootable{ } \
method{ format } \
format{ } \
use_filesystem{ } \
filesystem{ ext4 } \
mountpoint{ / } . \
 \
2048 2048 2560 linux-swap \
$primary{ } \
method{ swap } \
format{ } .

d-i partman/confirm_write_new_label boolean true
d-i partman/choose_partition \
select Finish partitioning and write changes to disk
d-i partman/confirm boolean true

I'm testing this with lenny/amd64 at the moment, as squeeze seems unable
to detect the qemu hard drive in my kvm environment (and lucid gets
frowned upon here - but has more or less the same issues :-)

Any hints on what I need to set to make this go through without asking
me any questions?

Thanks,

Richard

* lucid and lenny behave differently (lucid offers to resize my

* both seem to ignore my recipe completely.

Any tips?

I just had a look at the Weather homepage:

and it looks like the format of the request and data has changed. There
is a partial fix on that page, and a new version of Weather is being
worked on. No idea when that might filter into Debian, if it makes it
into Squeeze at all.

Looks like you have to specify location by state zone number, rather
than city.

Hope that helps a bit.

Dne, 25. 04. 2011 05:02:40 je Huang, Tao napisal(a):

Yes. Debian is installed and running on sda and I am trying to
overwrite the current installation with this disk image.

to my understanding, writing with dd on a mounted device leads to
unpredictable results, and never guarantees to work.

and i think your problem was not caused by differences in dd builds,
it was different behaviours of the systems on a modified mounted root
partition.

It would seem we're finally getting somewhere. This should be fairly
easy to test, namely: performing dd on an *unmounted* (not live) system
and seeing if it finally works.

Hmm, perhaps your live system is performing some disk writes *while*
your dd is doing its thing, thus effectively overwriting (corrupting)

A couple points here. I checked the source code for the Dynamic Tree Demo
that is used as a JNLP demo. Now I will admit I haven't been using Java for
a couple years and have some catching up to do (I think I was using Java 5,
but know I've totally missed Java 6), but when I went over the source code
for that demo, there was no main() method in the source. Or, more correctly,
there was, but it was commented out. That, right there, is an indication
that if you're writing an app in Java to be launched normally, there will
be different preparations than if you're using JNLP. (I haven't used JNLP
yet, but I did write some applets and even set up a couple Java apps to be
 both apps and applets.)

I can only think that the main() method was commented out later on. A
Java application deployed using JNLP has its entry point in the main
method, just like any other Java application. See the third bullet point
in the development tutorial[1].

I even looked at their more in depth tutorial on deploying a JNLP project,
but didn't find any way to launch one, other than through a browser. (Which
I don't want to do -- then I have to figure out the default browser from
within a Java class on Windows, Linux, and OS X and launch it.)

You don't need to do that. You simply need the relevant file association
on the client. On a Debian system you have:

$ grep jnlp /usr/share/applications/mimeinfo.cache
application/x-java-jnlp-file=sun-java6-javaws.desktop

When the .jnlp file is accessed over HTTP using a web browser, the
browser passes the file to the local javaws executable. Here the browser
is simply arranging the transport. Equally, the user could access the
.jnlp file using Windows Explorer or Nautilus, etc. You can even go
directly to the file from the command line:

javaws
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E17746_01/tutorialJWS/deployment/webstart/ex6/webstart_ComponentArch_DynamicTreeDemo/dynamictree-webstart.jnlp

(There is an understandable but unfortunate tendency to confuse Java Web
Start with applet technology. An applet runs in isolation within a web
browser (at least we hope it does). In the case of JWS, once the
resources are delivered to the client then the browser or file manager
is out of the picture.)

You need some sort of xml file defining the app to launch and while java
does not (want to) understand the smb:// protocol we are stuck.

I can indeed play JNLP based java applications that are hosted online but
I cannot run the java application I want to run while is on samba share.
 At least not directly ;-(

Try using a UNC path in the JNLP descriptor, e.g.,
file:server/share/app.jar. Windows clients will understand that.

This works on Windows, with SMB, but that brings us back to the original
point: Accessing a file on a network share without mounting the share. On
Windows, since SMB is built in, you can easily do that. On Linux, you can't.
You can use smbclient and copy the file over to your system if it's on an
SMB share, but nobody yet has provided a way to access a file on a network
share from Linux without either mounting the share or copying the file over
 to the local computer first.

Yes, that is a problem.

I'm looking at Java RMI, but that involves certificates and so on and I'm
still not sure if I will easily be able to put that much on a client system
that is trying to run the program.

And you would still have the problem of deploying Java software to each
client machine.

Are you in a position to put a web server on the machine which offers
the network share? That would allow you to serve up a .jnlp file and its
associated JAR file in a simple, standard and platform-neutral way.

I'll stop evangelising now :-)

What you are getting is a common/documented error, don't worry. To
solve it you have to edit the XML file and remove the line at the top
that links the XML with a stylesheet (XSL).

 For example:

 ?xml version=1.0 encoding=ISO-8859-1? ?xml-stylesheet
 type=text/xsl href=file.xsl? ...

 Just remove the second line.

Haven't found anything invoking the style sheet in document.xml. It
 begins with these lines.
 ?xml version=1.0 encoding=UTF-8 standalone=yes? w:document
 xmlns:ve=http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006;
 xmlns:o=urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office

I've yet to use a stylesheet and wonder whether there is a way to invoke
 one implicitly or indirectly.

Can you upload the whole XML file to an online service (only if the file
does not contain sensible data) or sending it to me directly? I would
like to take a look, just out of curiosity.

 for ip in $(seq 1 254); do ping -c 1 192.168.1.$ip/dev/null; [ $? -eq 0 ]
 echo 192.168.1.$ip || : ; done

As with what I posted, reset your arp cache first. Though, you might want to
exclude any local addresses from netstat so that you don't mess anything up
in the process. Also it would probably be fun to reset an arp cache while
connected to an l2tp vpn.

... though if you can easily set the stale time to something short like a
second and then put it back, that might have the same end result you want
with less work.

Though, this is just something to do for fun or in special cases. DON'T DO
THIS ON NORMAL X86 DEBIAN INSTALLS. There's just no reason. Do you use a
tooth pick to spread butter on your toast? Why, it might be fun or
something...?

Again, the right tool for the job - nmap, hping, scapy all come to mind. If
you want to monitor your network, nagios, cacti, etc.

Than again, maybe you're the type that wants to win the guiness record for
'fastest man in a baby stroller' ok, actually that sounds fun. Maybe
that's why I've done this before :)

Your board has Realtek 8111Es for NICs. I won't sugar-coat it: that
stuff cannot be called good gigabit ethernet NICs in any way. Its only
saving grace is that it is dirty cheap.

Try to get jumbo frames working on your network, it should help you get
better throughput _if it works right_. You just have to set the MTU to
the *same jumbo frame size* on *every host on your network* to enable
that. But make sure your switch can handle jumbo frames first, and that
such support is enabled.

Example jumbo MTU sizes: 9000, 7200, 4000. Which one you can reliably
use depends on the least capable device in your network and their bugs.

I would expect bonding to actually make things worse with r8169-based
NICs, but maybe it would distribute the interrupts better and give you
better performance at the cost of wasting even more CPU resources. This
is only cost-effective if you happen to have a gigabit managed switch
capable of link bonding (LACP) already, or when directly connecting two
computers.

Bonding with just one cable simply doesn't help performance. Either the
devices notice the missing link and disable the offending ports (and you'll
be slightly worse off than you'd be without any bonding in the first place),
or you will have the packet loss from hell.

1/ Instruct tripwire to use a real e-mail sender (whether possible)

That usually means that remote server (located at mydomain.com) it has
rejected the From: address from your host, which is normal provided
that you have not masqueraded (and you need to) your fancy e-mail
address when you are going throught Internet.

So basically you have to go with one of these options:

1/ Instruct tripwire to use a real e-mail sender (whether possible)
 2/ Configure your MTA/MDA to go out with a real/routeable e-mail address

 I tried as you told.
The computer, trash, network and home icons could be erased or shown,
but my contents of my account directory could not be erased. For
example, the icon of temp directory existing in /home/frog (my account

could not be erased in Desktop screen. Further advice is needed.

Maybe you are searching for another key:

/apps/nautilus/preferences/show_desktop [ ]

If you toogle this off all your icons will vanish.

Exim (which I hardly know) is a bit sui-generis, there are some pre-
configuration options that setup the daemon to act differently (as
smarthost, localhost...), maybe someone in the know can give you more
accurate steps to properly set it up.

 Cedric,

I don't have much to offer on your problem with tripwire, but your emails
to debian-user are being caught by a spam filter that I have recently
installed that is claimed by its author to filter out 'unreadable' spam.
This may be happening to other subscribers ot debian-user. If one of
them, more knowledgeable than me, could look at my request for help with
a procmail recipe, we might both benefit. The reason for my request was/is
that a noticed these apparently well-form emails from you being caught
by this complicated, and to me, unintelligible recipe.

Can I unset one of apt.conf settings by -o option of apt-get?

2011-04-25 Thread Kai NODA
Hi, all

Suppose that

$ cat /etc/apt/apt.conf
Acquire {
http::Proxy http://my.proxy.example:80/;;
[snip]
}

then I had a problem:

$ apt-get source util-linux -o Acquire::http::Proxy=''
E: Option Acquire::http::Proxy=: Configuration item specification must
have an =val.
$ apt-get -o Acquire::http::Proxy='' source util-linux
E: Invalid operation util-linux
$ apt-get source -o Acquire::http::Proxy='' util-linux
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Must specify at least one package to fetch source for

That is, I (sometimes) want to unset Acquire::http::Proxy option
temporarily as if it didn't exist in apt.conf.
`man 8 apt-get` tells me that apt-get recognizes -c option and
APT_CONFIG env var, but they are not what I want.
I want to keep other settings untouched rather than unset all of them
(by using an empty apt.conf instead.)

Is this feasible on the current implementation? (apt-get or aptitude)
Thanks in advance.

Yes, but not all java applications are ready to be used with that
method. If you can tell me a sample case, I will test :-)

 --- SNIP ---

I cannot provide you with a sample case to prove a negative! Instead I
invite you to download the sample .jnlp file in the link I provided
earlier and modify it to suit your LAN.

Okay, I just have tried to create a JNLP file to launch the JAR file that
is stored on a samba share but I'm still facing the same problem that we
are encountering from the beginning: smb:// protocol is not detected ;-(

If I place the test.jnlp file locally it can be run (it fails because
it looks for a signature file that seems to be missed from the original
jar but anyway it recognizes the JAR and tries to launch it), but when I
put the same test.jnlp file over a samba share and run the app from a
linux client it does not work (java.io.FileNotFoundException: smb:/host/
share/test.jnlp (No such file or directory).

Needless to say the same test.jnlp that is located on the network share
runs fine when it's launched from a windows client ;-(

That's a pity. I suspect that smb:// it is not supported by Java
because, like sftp://, it is not an official scheme[1].

So, you would have to serve the .jnlp file and its resources from an
HTTP or FTP server to make the solution truly portable.

Re: single cable dual nic?

think it will definitely help, but here I only be using one cable/one
port and two nics bonded to one virtual nic.

Looking at this, I think I am better off disabling the realtec nic and
use intel® 82579 Gigabit LAN controller on the board instead.

Thanks!
