Public bug reported: I've noticed twice within the past few minutes, that the keyboard app in Unity Control Centre will cause the screen to freeze when editing the shortcuts.. I can't really click on anything; move any windows. How I fix it is I click on the multiload indicator, to put the mouse focus there, and open the terminal and sudo xkill and click anywhere on the screen, which cuases any open window I click on to close (As it should). Update: Actually, just clicking on the multiload-indicator seems to take it out of the freeze for some reason. Nothing else does. I've been having that issue for awhile, on Ubuntu 12.04. I haven't yet seen it on Ubuntu 16.04, which is what I'm using now. Usually if I take out the USB WLAN adapter and put it in another USB port, it works, at other times only works for a minute. Public bug reported: Earlier, I've noticed some installed apps weren't appearing in the launch. The noticeable one was Unity Tweak Tool, so I typed it in the Terminal to see if it'll launch, which it did but also gave an error: "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/UnityTweakTool/__init__.py:40: PyGIWarning: Gtk was imported without specifying a version first. Use gi.require_version('Gtk', '3.0') before import to ensure that the right version gets loaded. from gi.repository import Gtk" It appears to that something, like the Gtk isn't configured properly, or not configured at all and doesn't know which one to choose. I have two folders, gtk2 and gtk3 in my home folder. It appears I have two installed (which were most likely installed with a fresh install of Xenial) which is causing the conflict.
