Re: [Dx4win] 51 states
Thanks all for info. Searched on DC and had 4 of them. Deleted from state field and all is well now. No clue though why "DC" in a state field shows up as "3L" Scott NE9U On 11/16/2020 12:04 PM, Mike Cizek W0VTT wrote: Hello Scott, This happens when you import a domestic contest ADIF file where DC was a multiplier. Hello Scott, This happens when you import a domestic contest ADIF file where DC was a multiplier. Please search back through the archives as this has been reported and corrected several times. Re: [Dx4win] 51 States -- Back to 50
Kostas, Thanks for the tip. Based on your suggestion, I merely did a search of my entire log and put DC in as the state. Four QSOs came up with DC as the state. I merely deleted DC and saved each QSO. Now the summary report shows 50 states again. There is still one bug: The WAS listing report still shows a row under WY with weird letters and symbols in the St field. But there are no longer any Cs in any of the band/mode boxes. At lease my totals are back to normal. I would hope that Paul can prevent this from happening in the future and also figure out a way to defrag the WAS list so that the bogus row at the bottom goes away. Hello Dave, This happened to me during beta testing, and I thought it had been fixed. The listing report shows a line after WY at the very bottom of the report. There are a bunch of weird characters in the St field and the State name field on this last row. Then there are Cs in the boxes for Mix, Pho, CW, Dig, 80 and 40. When I try to click on one of the Cs, there is an error message that says "No Matching QSO Found". Once I click OK to remove the error message, I get a blank QSO window except for the State field which is filled in with the letters SL. The S is red and the L is black. If I try to hit F2 and do a search for SL in the State field, I get nothing. It is apparent that there is a corrupted QSO in the database, but the question is how do I find it and delete it?
