Awesome! Clicktwocents currently lead! Of course, if a tipper changes the currency measure to Yen, I hope they don't forget to inflate the 0.02 bit! ;) So no more need for my click-three-cents attempt! :) http://fastsci.com/?107242-0.03-gold[EMAIL PROTECTED]discussion e-gold (elektronika oro) estas elementa mono (EO) http://ao.com.au/e-gold.htm - (EN) At 06:14 PM 2/04/2002 -0500, [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: SNIP A clicktwocents tip can now be modified and specified in any amount, unit, and/or metal. No longer. A clicktwocents tip can now be modified and specified in any amount, unit, and/or metal. At last you guys are getting it right! Now clicktwocents.com looks exactly like two-cents-worth did a couple of years ago before we decided to upgrade to a multicurrency system and drop the (relatively) unpopular and unused metals... Keep it up, you'll get there in the end :-) Sidd. - Faxes delivered directly to any email address, new to mBox! Now clicktwocents.com looks exactly like two-cents-worth did a couple of years ago A couple of years ago? Two-cents-worth.com was registered on Jan-24-2001, and launched on Jan 26, which is barely one (1) year ago. At that time, a user couldn't select a unit, grams was the hard-coded choice. Also, when was (acct#).two-cents-worth.com ever a valid link? Clicktwocents also pioneered the novel concept of placing the account name in the SCI Pay field. http://www.mail-archive.com/e-gold-list%40talk.e-gold.com/msg01822.html http://web.archive.org/web/20010307170719/two-cents-worth.com/instructions.cfm drop the (relatively) unpopular and unused metals... Why would we want to? Doesn't that fall along the same lines of allowing an amount, or a unit (g, oz, USD, EUR, JPY, etc...) to be changed? Does anybody object to being able to receive tips in metals other than gold? http://www.clicktwocents.com http://www.clicktwocents.com http://www.clicktwocents.com - Norse Concepts __ http://456789.clicktwocents.com --- You are currently subscribed to e-gold-list as: archive@jab.org To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Use e-gold's Secure Randomized Keyboard (SRK) when accessing your e-gold account(s) via the web and shopping cart interfaces to help thwart keystroke loggers and common viruses.

Um - excuse me but if had a pound of platinum laying around you wouldn't call that 'money'? Let's not split hairs here, ok? :) BTW - I'll take any and all 'e-exchange metals' at any time. :) John A. Jim et Al, Thanks for all your comments/support, this is fun! Just to show you how easy it is to actually do these things... http://jmr.two-cents-worth.com http://sidd.two-cents-worth.com And of course we are still fully compatible with the old method of doing things... http://two-cents-worth.com/?jmr http://two-cents-worth.com/?sidd So perhaps we can say Norse leads in the ONLY e-gold/silv/plat/ donations but 2cw is still there with the multi-currency stuff... Go for it Norse, let's see what you come up with next. To coin a phrase from JP... you ROCK! Sidd. - Faxes delivered directly to any email address, new to mBox! [e-gold-list] Merchants love MerchantGold
Do you SELL SOMETHING online? Do you loathe the idea of having to accept credit cards or checks, the nuisance? Maybe you are overseas? Just use Cambist's MerchantGold service. I use it to sell my newsletter; http://www.itsallinthecharts.com/subscribe.html You can see it's THAT EASY to sell something online; at the end of each month or quarter MerchantGold just sends me my gold from all the sales, less each fee, and a database with all the sales etc. As each sale happens they alert me to it. I don't have to accept checks, cards -- I dont have to do anything! It could not be easier - it's like a whole new world. MerchantGold is to small shops selling on the internet what e-gold is to money!! Just email Jim Davidson if you wanna use it. I hope it helps, it certainly helps me, I just got my monthly spend from MerchantGold for all the newsletter subscriuptions I've sold! [e-gold-list] e-silver via clicktwocents
Being able to receive e-silver is great! I'm only a few grams short of my second kilo, so I'd be very pleased to have it rounded out by tips! :) Also, if anyone has any milligrams of e-platinum or e-palladium lying around maybe they would be happy to use it for tips! By the way, Claude, I realise your interest in gold, but it seems ludicrous to suggest that *only gold* is money, thereby excluding silver. Silver has been used as money for THOUSANDS of years!
