Hello, I wanted to download 3.97 but I couldn´t get it. K3 utility worked but in the Available columns appears only the versions I already have: MCU 03.79 FPF 01.08 DSP102.54 DSP202.54 DVR 01.03 Any Idea I am not getting the latest versions? Don't know if my PM got through, but to make it official - the CW-to-data bug with the internal keyer is still in this beta. Now you know that is NOT going to happen..and I am an ex-Dealer too! From experience the Big 3 would take anywhere from a day or two to no reply at all for anything of this nature and usually it was less than helpful at best. Elecraft have set the bar way too high for large companies hamstrung (pun intended) by management when it comes to contacting their factory people for assistance. You do not hear about factory engineers communicating with their customer base, they employed to design the next black box and bring it to market. For me, it's the fact that you get one of the partners responding almost instantly. And taking the time to say that an end user being stupid and taking up their time is no problem. Thats what did it for me too David, I am now the proud owner of K3 # 4257 which will get its first airing (on HF) this weekend in Australias first WFF44 site at Undara Lava Tubes National Park.
