The weather module works, even after restarting enlightenment. Just to be sure, I restarted e and the module showed N/A ? for a few minutes, until the scheduled update was run automatically. Well something is wrong with mine. The first time enlightenment starts it works, but as soon as it's updated it shows N/A ?, for as long as enlightenment is running. If I do restart enlightenment, or if I change the theme (which appears to restart enlightenment), then the module correctly shows up again (but will change to N/A ? when it updates 30 min later). I'm running from cvs from about 5 days ago. Lucas

[e-users] Can't Compile
I grabbed a whole new cvs download of E17 today and just tried to compile eet (first on the list of pre-requisites at get-e.org) and I'm seeing some strange behavior. I run autogen.sh and then configure with prefix=/usr (where E17 is currently installed) and no errors are seen. But when I run make, it just loops the following output indefinitely: =BEGIN PASTE= /bin/sh ./config.status config.status: creating Makefile config.status: creating eet.pc config.status: creating src/Makefile config.status: creating src/lib/Makefile config.status: creating src/bin/Makefile config.status: creating eet-config config.status: creating README config.status: creating eet.spec config.status: creating eet.oe config.status: creating eet-native.oe config.status: creating eet.bb config.status: creating eetXnative.bb config.status: creating debian/changelog config.status: creating config.h config.status: config.h is unchanged config.status: executing depfiles commands config.status: executing default commands ==END PASTE== Eventually I just ctrl-c and it exits make with Error 1 and that's it. At first I thought that maybe I somehow got a broken cvs download while someone was checking something in, so i wiped it clean and grabbed it again. But the same exact problem persists. Any ideas? The new modifications on the pager allow to scroll desktops with the mouse. Also there is a popup which displays all desktops and highlights the currently selected. - I'd like to completly hide the pager, and only show the popup, since it looks like the same thing to me. - To scroll desktops, I'd like to be able to scroll anywhere on the desktop, like i was used to in fluxbox (actually, that was the only feature I was missing when I went back to e16 ;-). I'm the same way.. i have the maximize policy set so that windows won't maximize over my modules, but I seldom actually maximize a window. It'd be much handier to reserve that space for *only* the module, so no window will enter it, under any circumstances.
