[Audyssey] Any tips for Tank Command?
Hi, I'm playing GMA Tank command and I'm stuck at the beginning of mission number 4. My Tank is in the middle of a mine field. To get rid of it, within the help I read to follow a truck that should guide me out. The problem is where this truck is? It seems I can hear nobody to track me out. Any help or suggestions please? Hi Gabriele, When you come out of the river there should be a truck waiting for you. There will be a guy that says something like come on and you need to follow that truck through the mine field. If you don't follow that truck immediately after coming out of the river it will drive away, and I suspect that is what happened to you. You waited too long or something and the supply truck drove away. You can get through the mine field on your own, but it is difficult. Be sure to stay close behind this truck as it guides you through the mine field. Spoiler alert! Below, I'll try to give you all the info you need to get through the minefield. However, let me say first that its not really overly hard. Give it a good try (I mean spend half an hour or so) and you should be able to at least follow the truck. That said, there are some parts that can be frustrating. Thus, I'll cover those first, and then will detail exactly how to get through. I want to reiterate: I got through on my first try in 20 minutes or so, it is doable. Ok, the annoying bits. Firstly, you have to watch how close you get to the truck, and I mean carefully. If at any time you get within 50 or so meters (you collide with) the truck, it will explode. You then lose the ammo, and your guide. In order for the truck to start off, you must get pretty close to it. Especially when you're not familiar with the mission, I suggest you drive forward at one quarter speed, and stop as soon as you here them say a second line. Immediately go full reverse for a second or so. This will make sure that when the truck turns, it doesn't get to close to you. Note that on the higher difficulty levels, this is less relevant, as the truck will move past you faster. On to the second part. This is most important on the lower levels. Especially on the first one, the truck is slower than you. If you don't give it time to get ahead, you'll crash in short order. If you're still having trouble, here's a step-by-step guide: I'm going to ignore the truck for this description. Its not important; you can get through the minefield just fine without it. If you want the ammo, either drive past it or wait for it to get way ahead of you before you start. Here we go: from the ford, drive to coordinate 4,5. Turn east, drive to 8,5. Turn south, go to 8,3. Note that every time you turn, the minefield should be 50 meters in front of you (4,6 9,5). Turn south, and drive to 8,3. The river should be very close. Turn east, drive to 18,3. Again, minefield directly ahead. Turn north, drive to 18,5 (I'm not certain about this one; turn when the minefield is 50 meters to your north). Turn east, and drive to coordinate 21. The exit from the minefield is directly north of you. Good luck. If it goes away cause I've been waiting for such long time, Do I have to try going out from the Mine field on my own? There is possibility that it will come back to pick me up? I saved the game one minute later I entered the level 4 but, I guess, the Truck were already gone, that time. So, I maybe have to replay the game since level 3. Thank you all. Hi Gabriel, what level of difficulty are you playing? If you're playing the lowest level, it's my turn daddy, then the truck should be going quite slowly. Listen for the engen and the voice of the driver shouting encouragement, then use your left and right arrows to turn your tank to line up with the truck. It's very important you follow the truck, as he'll lead you safely through the minefield and then drop off ammo for you to get. Also if you keep hitting your tab key every so often, the truck should always be a head of you, usually I travle about 80 metres behind it, so I don't crash into it. Hth. Asking for spoilers is one of the list functions, however, I personally don't like it when spoilers are asked for almost immediately after a new game comes out, or when the answer is clearly given in the user's guides of games. Figuring out the difficulties of a game is the fun and challenge of the game. Think of it this way: If you buy a jigsaw puzzle and have someone else put it together for you, and then you leave it on a table for people to see, and you never take it apart, that wasn't much fun, was it? [Audyssey] looking for bgt programming help
Hi all, I'm looking to create an array of objects which have constructors that require data to be passed to them. Does anybody know what the syntax for this is? I'd also like to be able to use these objects with the array.insert functions, though this is less important. If neither of these are possible, is there any way that I can create an unknown number of objects with constructors other than arrays? I don't think you can do it with an array, but you might be able to get an array to help you just list existing objects. I wonder if you could do something like pass object names into values of your array? The array might have to be of the same data type as the objects though and I don't know if that's actually possible. There are also dictionaries, it might be possible to use a dictionary to provide references to your objects. The client itself first. That would have been clearer during the installation of MTScripts, you get an edit area with some tips, one of which informs you to download Monkey Term and install it before continuing if you don't already have it. Hi. Yes, it's the same for alter aeon. Screen review can be activated with NVDA+num pad 7 I believe, in laptop mode that would be NVDA+page up. Then you can use num pad 7 and 9 to go up and down the screen with desktop mode or caps lock up and down to do the same with laptop layout, mode, what ever. Also when you install MTScripts, it has a read only multi line edit window that comes up during the install that should offer some further tips.
