Re: [Audyssey] monkeyterm question

2013-02-24 Thread Valiant8086

Hi.
I created that file on a windows 7 computer, so that shouldn't be it.
Same thing happened to me on one of my computers. Can you try installing
MTScripts again? Might want to check on the website and make sure your
version is the latest while you're at it. You'll be able to just install
over top of what you already had. I think something got corrupted somehow.

Huge appology on the ridiculously late response. If you get on Alter
aeon in some other way, or via Monkey Term and have questions, you may
have better luck if you mudmail me on there, email send mathayas hey,
this thing sucks

Which screen reader are you running? As Michael said, your best bet for

using ctrl+o and shift+tab to the list of files and locate mathayas
Alter Aeon.xml. What happens when you open that file?

Hi,
If you open up monkey term, then close the recent connections list if it
appears with alt f4, press control+n. That will open a new xml. it
should
also open the connections dialogue in that xml, where the first field
is the
name, like alter aeon or aardwolf or pretty much anything you want
the title
of the window to be, next is the host name, then the port. Press
enter, and

it should connect. You may need to type sdisconnect if it automatically
connects to alter aeon -- can't remember if it does, but if it does
just do

that then press f4 then enter to open and close the connection dialogue.
Make sure you save the xml, which it should prompt you to do when
closing an
unsaved new xml, but just to make sure you don't have to recreate it
every

time :D.

Re: [Audyssey] monkeyterm question

2013-01-13 Thread Michael Taboada

Hi,
When you connect, you will hear an ascending tone, much like you described
except opposite. If you get disconnected or fail to connect, you will hear
that descending tone. If you want an alter aeon xml, I'd recommend you take
a look at mathayas alter aeon.xml, as it has a pretty nice soundpack for
alter aeon included. Otherwise, I'd just check the ip and port.

Hth,
