 Friend's mom passed away Monday and some old friends came down for  Funeral

of yesterday afternoon.man 50 years went by in a  hurry!!!

As one last favor... can you explain why the post I made from the web
interface this morning around 10 am central time didn't show up in
the web archive until around 2 pm central time.  I saw lots of other
posts hit the archives that looked liked they were sent after mine so
I was beginning to think I closed out of my browser tab without
actually sending it.

Some of you may be wondering what I will be doing after
my retirement.

I will be working for a company that helps companies migrate off of the
old IBM mainframe onto the much more current Microsoft .NET platform.
This will also help these companies utilize wasted space in empty office
buildings by filling these rooms with servers. This will in turn, reduce
energy consumption by channeling heat from the servers into the HVAC
system. So, a win-win solution for all involved. (no pun intended)

OUCH! If I had a choice, I'd go with Linux instead of MS. Of course,
with MS, you are likely to get more work. Both in a larger customer base
as well as their needing more maintenance to keep Windows running. evil
grin

Alternatively, with material like yours (above) you could maybe replace Dave
