2014-01-09 Thread Dan Rossi

David,

The information you found on the site after clicking on the Men's sports
link is the same info I saw before and after clicking on the link, as well
as the same info I saw before and after clicking on the Women's sports
link. IE, it doesn't appear to be doing anything. Not to mention that
the schedule for women's basketball would probably not show up under the
men's sports link.

There definitely seems to be something odd with the way JAWS is
interacting with this particular page.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/get-delivery-and-read-receipt-confirmations-HP010355029.aspx

A delivery receipt confirms delivery of your email message to the
recipient's mailbox, but not that the recipient has seen it or read it. A
read receipt confirms that your message was opened.
In Microsoft Outlook, the message recipient can decline to send read
receipts. There are other scenarios where read receipts are not sent, such
as if the recipient's email program doesn't support read receipts.

I hope, this helps.

2014-01-09 Thread leonard morris
I could be wrong of course but I don't believe that's what I or the original
sender would like to do. I too would just want to delete the thread but not
all the other messages. If I recall correctly email programs like
Thunderbird let's yu hit the delete key without impacting the other messages
in the folder when you delete the first message in the thread.

Hi

If you want to delete all the threads and all the messages in a given
folder, press control+a to select all messages and threads and then press
delete.

How do I set up in outlook to delete all threads within a subject? I end up
doing so much clean up, and know there is a setting, or used to be to delete
all in a subject thread.

Thanks, Tamera
