Unfortunately, it is mainly JAWS. I looked at the site with JAWS13 and JAWS15, IE8, IE10 and Firefox. All gave the same wrong result. David, The information you found on the site after clicking on the Men's sports link is the same info I saw before and after clicking on the link, as well as the same info I saw before and after clicking on the Women's sports link. IE, it doesn't appear to be doing anything. Not to mention that the schedule for women's basketball would probably not show up under the men's sports link. There definitely seems to be something odd with the way JAWS is interacting with this particular page. -- Blue skies. Dan Rossi Senior Oracle Database Administrator Carnegie Mellon University. Hi, Ed, This information is taken from: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/get-delivery-and-read-receipt-confirmations-HP010355029.aspx A delivery receipt confirms delivery of your email message to the recipient's mailbox, but not that the recipient has seen it or read it. A read receipt confirms that your message was opened. In Microsoft Outlook, the message recipient can decline to send read receipts. There are other scenarios where read receipts are not sent, such as if the recipient's email program doesn't support read receipts.
