Re: [JAWS-Users] FREE GIVEAWAY OF THE DAY SOFTWARE
Yes, but sometimes the free software comes with a serial key which you can use in case you have problem with your installation and you decides to uninstall and reinstall. It happened to me before and I used the provided serial key during the reinstallation and it worked. Hth. A strange thing happened this morning that I'm wondering if particular to my computer or if this applies to others as well. I turned my computer on as normal and when done booting up I heard Jaws 10 beta version expired, contact freedom scientific. Following this and on subsequent boots nothing but silence, not even a 40 minute demo mode. This beta version has been working fine as I've been giving them feedback. I did not upgrade to the latest beta version a couple of weeks or so ago but have the one just before it. I know these beta versions expire once they release the final JAWS version and folks receive their CD's in the mail. Have they released the CD yet as I've not received or heard that they have. Fortunately I still have JAWS 9 on my machine so no big deal. However, I'm not looking forward to going to work Monday morning and having the same thing happen down there. Anyone else had this? Re: [JAWS-Users] JAWS Fire Fox
Donnie, I've been testing Firefox 3 now for several days and I find it faster than IE7. There are still some problems using it with Jaws 9 but I can live with it. Try downloading an add on that will help you solve a CAPTCHA verification schemed from http://www.webvisum.com/ I had try this add on and successfully created an email account from GMail. I used this add on to solve the CAPTCHA image and not the audio captcha provided by GMail. It is not a 100% solution but it really works. I will try this with Yahoo next time. Hi Victor, I run today PC spyware Doctor and Registry Mechanic. Afterwards, I tried to access my Yahoo Messeger's archive messeges but still same error message appeared. Is this not a Jaws9 (also versions 7 8) issue since I dont encounter this said problem if I use Jaws 5 to access my yahoo messenger's archived messeges? Thanks a lot for your assistance. [JAWS-Users] Yahoo Messenger archive error
To all listers, I'm using Jaws 9 and yahoo messenger 8. Everytime I tried to open my list of archive messeges I always encountered this error message: Error Reporting nger.exe - Application Error at 0x02d2c326 referenced memory at 0x0020. T terminate the program OK I tried using Jaws 7 and 8 but I encountered the same problem. However, when I used Jaws 5, I was able to open the list of my archived messeges withoutd any problem. Is there anything I should install or adjust in my Jaws 9 settings in order to access my list of archive messeges. Thank you for any assistance.
