OK, use insert V, type in punctuation in the search box, when you get there press space bar to select the level you want. This may not be saved depending on how you have your quick setting set, check out What's New for last year to find out how to make setting stay put. Sherri, I have spent a while looking into this, and the only way I can find for you to do what you wish is when you are in OE, or which ever program you are in, go to the JAWS window and hit ALT, hit ENTER on Options, hit ENTER on Voices, and TAB over to punctuation level, and hit up or down arrow to set it at the level that you desire.
