Re: [JAWS-Users] mail app
You know! I reset my laptops, and when I set my accounts in the mail app again, I noticed the same thing. I could not access the signature either. That is really weird. Thanks for telling us, I will get on the Feed Back app and tell MS about that. Have a great one! Re: [JAWS-Users] mail app
Hi Kevin, Having reported persistent Windows 10 Mail problems to VFO similar to those you note , it seems that with all the other serial problems with JAWS, this must be a low priority with them. It is tedious but to fix this, at least on my system, I unload and reload both JAWS 2018 and Windows 10 Mail until these problems creep back. Likewise, I have to do the above to keep Chrome responsive. Rhetorically, have you noticed how much time all of the members seem to waste creating fixes and work-arounds on a seemingly endless list of performance tasks? Mitch “Slump?! Re: [JAWS-Users] mail app
Hi, I will try to help here, for the message to open, you need to tab to the message list which doesn't come up by default. Keep tabbing and you should hear inbox and then tab again to the messages. Regarding closing the message, you need to go to tools, options and the reading and display tab, you need to set the message to open in an existing window I think, there are three button options, it is normally on the first one and it is the third one that you want, you then open the message and press escape to close it. Let me know if you can't find it and I will try to drill down the steps a bit further. -Original Message- From: JAWS-Users-List [mailto:jaws-users-list-boun...@jaws-users.com] On Behalf Of Faraz Qureshi Sent: 28 September 2017 19:38 To: jaws-users-list@jaws-users.com Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] mail app Thanks, I just installed thunderbird and configure my email id.
