Yes, I have followed all those steps. The only difference it makes is that
initially the records processed counter gets a little bit further (ie another
5-10,000 records) before the overflow occurs.

It’s no big deal since I can create my own MSAccess query whenever I need to
generate the media records information I need. For the present, I’d rather
Legacy’s programmer resources were allocated and dedicated to getting the big
ticket items resolved, eg Mapping or (in the case of my submitted problem)
Merging using Drag and Drop. But I’ll happily submit a problem report if
someone can guarantee that this problem will be given the very lowest priority 

Cheers

Alan,

Have you done the things in the Support article for Error 6?

They might help.

Also note that Support doesn't control the order of the fixing of bugs and
don't do the programming required. So to not contact support about an issue

In Version 9.0.0.209, if I am interpreting the screen correctly, there is no
option (ie check box) to select "Source Citation Details" media for all

If I have an individual selected and the four checkboxes within that section
checked AND the "Source citation details" check box at the bottom of the screen
UNCHECKED, AND all media types selected, then running the report shows the
counter at the bottom of screen reach 221,000 (the number of media records in
my file but then gives the message "No pictures were found for the options
selected" even though there are media items attached to source citation details
for that individual.

On the other hand, if I have an individual selected and the four checkboxes
within that section checked AND the "Source citation details" check box at the
bottom of the screen CHECKED, AND all media types selected, then running the
report shows the counter at the bottom of screen reach about 19,000 and then
hang until the Error 6: Overflow Message is eventually displayed.

A quick and dirty workaround, if you just need the info in any form, is to
create a GEDCOM export. When you view the file in Notepad, you can see all of
the media links associated with the individual, including file paths.

If you want a list of everything you've scanned, then you need a
program/utility that will print a directory. It's awhile since I've used one.
In Windows 10 I find I can copy a list from File Explorer and paste it into
