Look hard enough, and I'm sure you could find one that didn't have any vowels, and yet people insisted on pronouncing (even though such an action is technically illegal in English). For example, the Japanese indicates VSBR is meant to be pronounced as vesbar. --- Neo-Era Gunota Headlines http://aeug.blogspot.com The New Adventures Of Tomino-sama http://www.mahq.net/rants/neo/neomain.htm _ Kick back and relax with hot games and cool activities at the Messenger Café. http://www.cafemessenger.com?ocid=TXT_TAGHM_SeptHMtagline1 -- The Gundam Mailing List MK-II list@gundam.com Archives: http://www.gundam.com/gml Help: Email [EMAIL PROTECTED] with this in the BODY: help list

Yes, the "pre-US Zeta release" English rendition of his name. I remember speculation on this list over how that would be handled by Bandai when Zeta was finally released over here. junior -[ Received Mail Content ]-- Subject : RE: [RE][gundam] AEUG pronunciation Re: Dynasty Warriors Gundam Date : Tue, 4 Sep 2007 13:42:03 -0500 From : "Reynolds, Jason M." As I said,"ae-youg"just sounds awkward to my ear. I haven't played much with AEUG members, so I can't say if anyone spells it out or not. I haven't heard a single reference to the EFSF acronym. Instead, anytime the Federation comes up, characters in the game seem to prefer saying the entire name (though I don't remember off-hand if the space force is ever specifically mentioned as the "Space Force" within the game). For some reason, this discussion suddenly brought to mind the Kevin Bacon film, "The Air Up There" (I believe that was the name of it), where the African natives in the film constantly referred to the "Nu-ba".
