OK. Here's a preliminary implementation. Perhaps using a verbatim
environment complicates matters unnecessarily. Anyway, set up with
[palet=,style=\rm,icommand=\bf,ccommand=\rm] it looks kind of nice.
Suggestions for other solutions are welcome. But I need to start
writing down some algorithms soon, so...

What I really need to know now (I got a small implementation I want to

I would like to create a verbatim environment for writing pseudo-code
in. Anyone have any suggestions/hints on how to go about it. I've
looked at verb-*.tex, but they don't enlighten much.
I basically want simple stuff like pseudo-code you'd find in one of
Knuth's books or anything by Aho, Sethi, Hopcrof, and/or Ullman and
those kinds of books.

Maybe the wrong height is calculated? When we have the normal situation footnote per page, the space available is spilt for text and footnotes. In our margin construction now it seems to be still the same. When we would use the footnotes as endnotes, TeX would calculated the text per page for the entire height. So is it possible to define the space that is available per page (for text + footnote) as a combination of the normal height plus the space in the margin? I don't have an idea how to code this in plain TeX (or whatever language is used for ConTeXt), but maybe someone else knows? \enableregime[latin] should work, but best ask advice to czech users

czech users use CS fonts (Czech Computer Modern) from Petr Olsak. They
are in latin2=il2 encoding and low 7 bits are identical with original
Knuth's Computer Modern.
1. Setting in Context is in cont-cz.tex and important line is
\setupbodyfont [csr,ams,rm,12pt]
CS fonts are part of TeX Live.
2. If you use editor with encoding in cp1250 write
% -translate-file=cp1250cs
at very first document line.
(Perhaps it is not the best solution in ConTeX, perhaps
\enableregime[] ??)
For using CS Times etc. I created some quick patch. See attachement.

no, just that your old files don't work with the new ones, make a fresh
install and then "texexec --make --alone --all" should give you what you
