contoh pola candlestick tsb terjadi di asii 2 hari yang lalu.
hati2 ada yg mirip dengan itu, namanya piercing line. efek 
psikologisnya sangat berbeda.
sampe kmaren ada expert yg salah juga membaca asii sebagai piercing

 Setuju banget bro...
 Potensi rebound selalu ada. Apalagi di BUMI, anything can happen. :)

 That's why, di posting sebelumnya ane bilang sah-sah aja untuk
 risk taker yg mau coba test adrenaline or nyopet di level
 sekarang.  Risk udah terukur di level 2700-2725 dan potensi Reward
 lumayan besar.
 But, jgn terlalu terpana dengan potensi reward sehingga lengah and
 ngga prepare escape plan. Ada 'rongga' yg lumayan besar dibawah
 2650 yg harus diperhatikan.

 And dikarenakan ga semua orang punya jantung dual-core atau
 jantung cadangan, hehehe...
 i mean, ga nyaman dengan resiko tinggi, ya baiknya nonton dulu
 dipinggiran sampai price udah diatas Alligator.

 Ikut nimbrung Boss, membaca candle stick alone memang can be
 dangerous, harus dikombinasikan dgn tools lainnya seperti sar,
 indikator, dan juga pengamatan thd trend sebelumnya. Sehingga
 bisa didapat pesan yg lebih solid.

 Dalam case bumi hari ini, ane melihat memang ada early
 reversal signal, namun masih butuh konfirmasi yg bisa didapat
 dari pergerakan bbrp hari kedepan. Early Signal tsb terlihat
 dari analisa volume, dimana volume mulai expanded sementara
 range menyempit.., dan ini terjadi di level support yg ane
 yakini cukup kuat.., sementara indikator dgn periode
 aggressive sdh menunjukan kondisi jenuh jual.

 Sayangnya trend jangka pendek tidak dalam kondisi ideal, tapi
 seperti ente aware, indikator trend biasanya memang terlambat.

 So, base on tech fact diatas, ane liat potensi rebound memang
 cukup besar.

the wave counting is not an easy part to do because the variation of 
wave types is quite complex.
it's not as simple as most ppl think (about the basic wave).

besides, do we wave available data for below time frame?
* Grand supercycle: multi-century
* Supercycle: multi-decade (about 40-70 years)
* Cycle: one year to several years (or even several decades under an 
Elliott Extension)
* Primary: a few months to a couple of years
* Intermediate: weeks to months
* Minor: weeks
* Minute: days
* Minuette: hours
* Subminuette: minutes

my mentor informed me it's more accurate to be applied in forex, 
commodity or index compares to stock.

btw, eem reached it's technical target.
many stocks run more than 200% within the last 6 month.
and ur 1 liner bait is still powerful to hook many entertaining 
responses   ;)

Q4 (apr-jun) dicatatkan loss, EPS = -14.661
Total setahun di 2008 EPS = 14.114

saya menangkap penjelasan anda yg mengatakan bahwa Q4 2008 tidak 
mencatat kerugian maksudnya adalah laporan keuangan yang diserahkan 
sebagai laporan keuangan tahunan 2008 merupakan kesimpulan dari semua 
keuntungan selama periode 12 bulan dari januari sampai desember 2008 
yang masih ada sisa keuntungan walaupun ada pencatatan rugi di periode 3 
bulan terakhir 2008.

untuk 2009 saya belum dapat data Q2.
Q1 (jan-mar) dicatatkan profit, EPS = 3.123 (tidak sampai setengah dari 
Q1 2008).
jika anda katakan Q2 sudah 31. Artinya pencatatan periode 3 bulan di Q2 
itu (april-juni) adalah 31 (lebih dari 4 kali lipat Q2 2008) atau (31 - 
3.123) = 27.877 (hampir 4x Q2 2008).
Ini hasil yang cukup mengejutkan. Apakah ada peristiwa khusus seperti 
keuntungan selisih kurs atau dapat project yg sangat besar?

EPS 2008 = 14.114
EPS 2007 = 35.803
EPS 2006 = 24.423
EPS 2005 = (24.578)
EPS 2004 = (82.492)
posisi 5 tahun terakhir masih -32.73 (rugi).

apakah pola seperti tahun 2008 (beban pajak di akhir tahun) akan 
berulang di tahun 2009?

jika kita asumsikan performa KDSI akan sama dengan 2008 maka harga 
wajarnya (dalam kondisi risk free return sebesar 6.5%, inflasi 0.66) 
sekarang ini hanya di kisaran 196.
investor yang berhitung harus punya alasan yg kuat untuk menghargai 
premium lebih dari itu.

mungkin anda mendapatkan informasi yg mendahului publikasi di market. 
silakan jika bersedia berbagi.

buat kawan2 stock trader/scalper tidak perlu melakukan perhitungan 
semacam hal ini.

mengenai informasi berbayar (was: Re: [ob] PTBA 11800)

Teman-teman Obers,
Sebelum milis ini menjadi tempat men-diskredit-kan seseorang atau 
membentuk opini publik yg kurang tepat terhadap profesi seseorang, saya 
ingin memberikan opini utk balancing.

JT memang sangat baik dengan memberikan analisa gratis di milis ini, 
memandu para newbie trader (termasuk saya) dan banyak menjawab 
pertanyaan dari para member lain. Tapi saya rasa milis ini bukan 
tempatnya untuk membandingkan tokoh mana yang lebih baik dari tokoh 
lain, apalagi hanya dinilai dari layanan yang menerima bayaran.

Saya pernah bertemu dengan JT dan juga dengan SV dalam kesempatan yang 
berbeda. Saat mereka memberikan penjelasan pada audience workshop, 
keduanya terlihat sangat berdedikasi untuk berusaha agar para hadirin 
memahami setiap perihal yang disampaikan.

Saya juga penah mendengar nada miring saat JT mulai memberikan kursus 
sehingga ada yg berpendapat bahwa JT memberikan analisa gratis di milis 
OB hanya utk promosi trainingnya, padahal sangat bisa dimengerti bahwa 
diperlukan pemahaman dasar yang cukup sebelum kita mampu membaca chart 
dan banyak hal lain yang hanya dapat disampaikan dengan baik dengan cara 
bertatap muka dalam komunikasi lisan.

Memberikan training berbayar bukan berarti mengurangi nilai baik 
seseorang. Demikian pula bagi mereka yg memberikan service rekomendasi 
berbayar, tidak bisa dinilai kurang baik dari yg memberikan secara 
gratis. Itu soal pilihan hidup, ada yang bersedia memberikan waktunya 
utk mengabdi pada komunitas sosial, ada yg memilih untuk memberi harga 
atas hasil 'jerih payah'nya.

Kita senang segala hal yang gratis tapi tidak seharusnya menganggap 
mereka yg tidak memberikan service secara gratis artinya kurang atau 
tidak baik dibandingkan mereka yg memberikan secara gratis.

Prediksi koreksi tajam dilakukan saat market sedang sangat bullish di th 
1920-an.

ada seekor bulldog yang dipersiapkan sebagai anjing aduan.
alkisah setelah sekian lama dilatih menuruti instruksi dan diberi 
makanan bergizi, tibalah hari pertandingan.
si bulldog diadu dengan seekor herder yg besar. setelah ronde pertama 
selesai, bulldog ini sdh luka2.
masuk ronde ke dua, bulldog ini tetap maju berkelahi dan sekali lagi 
kalah terdesak.
setelah istirahat, lanjut ronde ke 3, bulldog ini kalah lagi.
hari yang melelahkan dan sangat mengecewakan buat pemilik bulldog. 
pulang dengan kekalahan,  tetapi majikan ini tetap memberikan makanan 
bergizi dan merawat luka2nya sampai sembuh untuk dipersiapkan agar bisa 
bertanding di pertandingan berikutnya.
singkat cerita bulldog ini berulang kali kalah dalam beberapa kali 
pertandingan melawan sang herder besar, namun terus dilatih dan 
dipersiapkan untuk menjadi pemenang.
sampai suatu hari yg membanggakan, bulldog ini mulai memahami serangan 
sang herder dan berhasil bertahan tanpa luka2 di ronde pertama, ronde 
kedua bulldog ini mampu mendesak sang herder besar. ronde ke tiga si 
bulldog menang telak. sang herder terpojok dan luka2.
di lain hari, pertandingan berikutnya: si bulldog berhadapan dengan sang 
herder besar. tatapannya tetap kuat, percaya dirinya masih tetap tinggi 
walaupun bekas luka2 lamanya masih ada. sang herder besar tidak lagi 
berani menatap mata si bulldong, mungkin masih mengenang kekalahan 
terakhirnya. setiap si bulldong mendekat, sang herder menghindar. terus 
menerus demikian.
pertandingan dihentikan.
sang herder dianggap kalah tanpa bertanding.

prediksi di milis OB kmarin malam beda dengan email kmarin malam yg 
dikirim kepada alumni (selisih kurang dari 1 jam).
alumni: pls re-check.
lalu ada update prediksi lagi sebelum market open.

jika yg ingin diuji adalah wta, maka saat market closing datanya sudah

teknikalis nyangkut (semoga kita tidak terus2an menjadi bagian dari

investor fundamental yg benar membeli saat valuasi murah di bawah harga 
wajarya, menjual setelah profit jauh diatas modal beli saat harga premium.
ada cara  teknik yang harus dipelajari dengan baik.

style trading teknikalis  fundamentalis mungkin berbeda, tapi jika 
dipelajari/dilaksanakan dengan cara yang benar akan menghasilkan profit.

terima kasih nasirawon utk hujatan ini.

mungkin tulisan sy kurang jelas bahwa fundamentalis itu memiliki cara2 
menghitung harga wajar saham dengan data laporan keuangan.
entry beli para fundamentalis adalah saat harga di bursa lebih rendah 
dari valuasi harga hasil perhitungan. kemudian timing jualnya adalah 
saat harga sudah diatas harga wajarnya (bukan di dekat harga modal 
beli). saat ada perubahan parameter dan perubahan kondisi fundamental 
maka bisa jadi harga wajar berubah pula sehingga kerugian bisa aja 
terpaksa direalisasikan saat harga wajarnya jatuh dalam.

maaf saya trader teknikalis (bukan fundamentalis) tapi hanya ingin 
meluruskan supaya tidak ada kesan bahwa investor fundamentalis itu 
seolah-olah aliran gaya trading yg 'bodoh' seperti tulisan rekan kita di 
email sebelumnya.

kalo soal bacot mungkin saya memang lebih banyak posting dari anda tapi 
masih banyak yang jauh lebih besar bacot di milis oB ini.
saya sadar tidak bisa menyenangkan semua orang, itu hak semua orang

sejak KIPS BUMI terbentuk di awal 2009 harga saham BUMI sudah naik 500% 
lebih dr harga bottom-nya 385 sampai harga saham BUMI di 2300/2325 hanya 
dalam kurun waktu kurang dari 5 bulan.
itulah mengapa banyak trader yg hanya numpang nama di KIPS BUMI tanpa 
berperan aktif membantu sudah bisa exit dengan profit.
ketika harga uptrend bagus apa anda pernah mengakui atau menyinggung 
hubungan kenaikan harga dengan perjuangan KIPS BUMI?
kasian juga organisasi ini, saat harga naik tdk ada yg mengakui 
perjuangannya, saat beberapa hari harga turun sudah dikatakan tidak 
bertaring.

Saya akan mengusulkan kepada Pak Rully untuk merubah bentuk KIPS BUMI 
dalam format yang berbeda (not for public benefit).
Jangankan taringnya, geraham dan semua giginya saya usulkan agar 
dimanfaatkan utk kepentingan member saja atau di-ompong-kan saja

   Bumi Investors Say: ‘No Probe? No Problem’

 In 2007, Indonesia was ranked worst out of 11 regional markets in the 
 Asian Corporate Governance Association survey, and, judging by the 
 market regulator’s apparent whitewash of the PT Bumi Resources probe, 
 nothing much has changed.

 However, despite the potential damage to the credibility of the bourse 
 and the regulator — not to mention the interests of small investors — 
 it now appears that it’s a case of “out of sight, out of mind,” with 
 analysts and even Bumi’s minority shareholders suddenly saying they 
 are happy with the decision of the Capital Market and Financial 
 Institution Supervisory Agency (Bapepam-LK).

 In January, the agency launched a probe into the Bumi’s purchase of 
 three coal firms — PT Darma Henwa, PT Fajar Bumi Sakti and PT Pendopo 
 Energi Batubara — for a total of Rp 6.18 trillion ($593 million) after 
 an investor and media outcry over allegations that the acquisitions 
 were overpriced.

 It was also alleged that the acquisitions amounted to a material 
 transaction requiring the approval of Bumi shareholders — which was 
 never given — and that some of the coal firms were actually 
 affiliated with Bumi’s owners, the Bakrie group of companies, through 
 obscure cross-shareholding arrangements.

 However, after a seemingly interminable probe that included the 
 recruitment of an outside appraiser, the only fault Bapepam could come 
 up with was that the price paid for one of the targets, PT Fajar Bumi 
 Sakti, was Rp 370 billion too high.

 But even here Bumi was given an easy way out — all it had to do was 
 renegotiate the price and bring it down to a “reasonable” level, which 
 it says it is now in the process of doing.

 The market watchdog also let Bumi off the hook on the material 
 transaction question, saying that since the transactions took place in 
 different fiscal years the issue of materiality did not arise — a view 
 that many would consider excessively legalistic given that all of the 
 transactions took place within little more than one week. Dharma Henwa 
 was bought on Dec. 30, Pendopo Energi Batubara on Jan. 5 and Fajar 
 Bumi Sakti on Jan. 7.

 Capital market regulations designed to protect the interests of 
 minority shareholders require a company to seek shareholder approval 
 for a transaction if its value exceeds 10 percent of the company’s 
 revenue or 20 percent of its market value. In this case, the combined 
 value of the transactions would have required such approval had they 
 not been completed in different years.

 On the affiliation issue, Bapepam has completely abandoned its 
 investigation without coming up with any findings, saying that the 
 question is now irrelevant.

 Indra Safitri, an independent capital market legal consultant, said 
 that Bapepam had based its actions on the findings of the independent 
 appraiser.

 “The other issues become irrelevant if the prices paid are 
 reasonable,” he said, when asked whether the market watchdog was 
 justified in abandoning its affiliation probe.

 Meanwhile, a representative of Bumi’s minority shareholders, Rully 
 Oetomo, said: “We welcome the fact that Bumi’s management is willing 
 to renegotiate and seek a better price for Fajar Bumi.”

 Rully said that since the transactions were found to have been 
 nonmaterial, Bumi would not now have to seek shareholder approval. A 
 meeting had been scheduled for this purpose this coming Friday.

 “We will not push Bapepam to continue the investigation into the 
 affiliation issue if we are happy with the price,” Rully said.

 But despite the newfound acquiescence of the company’s shareholders, 
 doubts nevertheless persist, not to mention concerns over the future 
 of corporate governance here as a whole, with one analyst having aptly 
 characterized the entire affair as “nothing more than a game.”

KIPS BUMI is on investor's side.

saya ingin kita coba merenungkan perbedaan antara hukum  etika.
pelanggaran hukum bisa dituntut tapi pelanggaran etika tidak bisa dituntut.
contoh sederhana:
* jika saya mengambil barang milik anda tanpa ijin walaupun nilainya 
kecil, maka saya bisa dituntut karena bisa dikenakan pasal pencurian 
selama ada bukti dan saksi.
* jika saya melukai anda, maka saya bisa dituntut karena bisa dikenakan 
pasal penganiayaan selama ada bukti dan saksi.
* jika saya meludahi anda di muka umum, maka saya bisa dituntut karena 
bisa dikenakan pasal perbuatan tidak menyenangkan selama ada saksi yg cukup.
* jika saya kentut di dekat anda, dan saya tidak mengaku. anda tinggal 
kebauan, dongkol, tapi saya tidak bisa dituntut. hanya secara etika 
pergaulan saya akan tidak disukai jika memiliki kebiasaan seperti itu.


apakah anda bisa menuntut mereka yg tidak terbukti bersalah secara hukum?
terlepas dari anda suka atau tidak suka.

Bumi Investors Say: 'No Probe? No Problem'

In 2007, Indonesia was ranked worst out of 11 regional markets in the Asian
Corporate Governance Association survey, and, judging by the market
regulator's apparent whitewash of the PT Bumi Resources probe, nothing much
has changed.

However, despite the potential damage to the credibility of the bourse and
the regulator - not to mention the interests of small investors - it now
appears that it's a case of out of sight, out of mind, with analysts and
even Bumi's minority shareholders suddenly saying they are happy with the
decision of the Capital Market and Financial Institution Supervisory Agency
(Bapepam-LK).

In January, the agency launched a probe into the Bumi's purchase of three
coal firms - PT Darma Henwa, PT Fajar Bumi Sakti and PT Pendopo Energi
Batubara - for a total of Rp 6.18 trillion ($593 million) after an investor
and media outcry over allegations that the acquisitions were overpriced.

It was also alleged that the acquisitions amounted to a material transaction
requiring the approval of Bumi shareholders - which was never given - -and
that some of the coal firms were actually affiliated with Bumi's owners, the
Bakrie group of companies, through obscure cross-shareholding arrangements.

However, after a seemingly interminable probe that included the recruitment
of an outside appraiser, the only fault Bapepam could come up with was that
the price paid for one of the targets, PT Fajar Bumi Sakti, was Rp 370
billion too high.

But even here Bumi was given an easy way out - all it had to do was
renegotiate the price and bring

metode membacaan ciri trend.

Tinggal tentukan area Support  Resistance-nya.

Supaya jelas, kira-kiranya, saya lampirkan contoh nyata dengan
