[openthinclient-user] Unable to Connect to Realm
Not sure what happened, at one point I was able to connect from my workstation to the manager and then to the Realm, but now I'm unable to from my workstation and from the server itself. The information page to log on comes up, we are not connected to our AD, I enter the password and click "next" and nothing happens, almost like it's not recognizing that next was clicked. I thought it might be because my workstation was running Java 7.25 so I downgraded back to 7.21 and the problem still exists. Last night we rebooted the server and still the same problem. Our thin clients are still working, I just can't get in to manage anything. Any help or suggestions would be great. [openthinclient-user] Check Version and Upgrade
I've inherited an OTC installation and I'm trying to figure out how to determine which version we are running and if we need to upgrade what the process is to upgrade with out loosing the configuration. I've looked at the support page and documentation but could not find anything concrete. It appears we are running 0.4.5 and there is a version 1.0 out, I'm assuming it's the earlier version because the files have dates from 2009 which is before the 1.0 release date in 2010. Do we simply download the latest release and run the install or are there other steps involved?
