[SlimDevices: Plugins] TIDAL rebuffering failed
Tidal has been working great for a few years but recently Tidal has been occasionally stopping mid track with the Jivelite player briefly showing some popup window. Last night I was able to get over to the RPI display before it disappeared and saw a "rebuffering failed" window. I have seen other popup windows but they disappear before I can read them. Is there any logging in LMS that would provide more information about this? I have a solid 1Gb internet connection and all of my PcP are connected via ethernet except for the Jivelite PcP. pmendiuk's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=62342 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=116032 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Material Skin
Hi all, Hope you are healty and fine. I recently discovered lms and benefits My LMS runs on Synology in a docker container I installed necessary plugins and I am happy in generally. Here is my issue. I have soundcloud plugin I can play soundcloud tracks with standart LMS gui but when I try to do this with material skin, track loads but not play. This is same for all combinations eg different PC, different browser , different mobile device. where shall I start to troubleshoot? cereyanlimusiki's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=72602 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109624 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Sorry, but I've not yet had time to revisit my attempts to get the Bliss analysis working within WSL, and I'm still running with Essentia/Musly... but from the sounds of your post, I need not worry too much about prioritising that. Looking forward to giving the latest version a run when it's available! :) mruddo's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=65325 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115609 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Material Skin
I am using Material Skin in combination with MAI. I noticed that on the Material Skin interface, many artist images are mismapped. Interestingly, the image mapping is correct in the LMS interface any idea whats wrong and what I can do against it? Is there a cache I should delete in order to re-trigger the mapping? Yeah, as stated before I'm writing a new analyser and mixer for Bliss in Rust. The code is done, I just need to test some more. I also, thanks to some ideas I borrowed from Spotty, have it compiling for Linux, macOS, and Windows. I'm creating a new LMS plugin that starts the mixer when required - so no systemd service required. Should make the whole process easier to install and run. I've written a python script to convert the bliss analysis in music-similarity DB to the format used by this new plugin, so no need to re-analyse. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json (Use http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json,cometd to also see update messages, e.g. play queue) 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4. REQ/RESP messages sent to/from LMS will be logged here. cpd73's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=66686 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=115609 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Since there was a change between 8.2 and 8.3 for me - there is some LMS factor in this - I suspect some tiny part of the CDplayer plugin is out of date (created in 2008) due to a change in LMS and or Perl as LMS on Windows uses 5.14 (2011) whereas most Linux are all something like 5.30 bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=47288 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

I've been playing with this for some time now, and I agree that Bliss is probably the way to go with this.
