When I put user/pw of my premium account and I hit apply, it says "Authorization failed". On my spotify windows client, in the spotify connect device list, I already see my 2 squeezeboxes available, it doesn't ask me to authorize (probably because in the past I already authorized LMS). When I exceute the Spotty app on the SB player, it says "Spotify Credentials missing. Please check advanced settings..." I'm sure that user/pw are correct, already tried logging into spotify via browser. Any advice? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty 2.0.0 - Spotify Connect for your Squeezebox
Hi Michael, just installed 2.1.3 of the plugin. But when I configure it, I see the following: Code: There has been a problem running the Spotty helper application. Most likely your operating system and/or platform is not supported. Please report the following details to me: Operating system: Synology DiskStation / x86_64-linux Helper Applications Folder: /volume1/@appstore/SqueezeCenter/Bin /sbin /bin /usr/sbin /usr/bin /usr/syno/sbin /usr/syno/bin /usr/local/sbin /usr/local/bin /usr/libexec /opt/bin /volume1/@appstore/SqueezeCenter/Cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotty/Bin/i386-linux /volume1/@appstore/SqueezeCenter/Cache/InstalledPlugins/Plugins/Spotty/Bin sh: ldd: command not found I only see two plugins available, ARMv8 and macOS. I guess these won't work. Do i need one for my NAS? Thanks. I had to upgrade to latest LmsUpdate since latest LmsRepack available on repository was dated May. Read here: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?107615-Announce-Spotty-v1-1-0=892790=1#post892790 Don't know the differences among the two packages LmsRepack and LmsUpdate, but for now all seems to be working fine. kidstypike wrote: > http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?107723-Does-Spotty-Support-Squeezebox-Radio-Preset-Buttons=891562=1#post891562 Fixed by upgrading to the latest LmsUpdate v7.9.1-1503129892 which is dated Aug 19. Code: Logitech Media Server Version: 7.9.1 - 1503129892 @ Sat Aug 19 09:00:13 UTC 2017 Latest LmsRepack was from May (v7.9.1-1494667952) so it didn't contain the fix. I don't know the exact differences among LmsRepack and LmsUpdate, but now my Radio Preset buttons are working perfectly. Thanks for the help. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Spotty v1.1.0
mherger wrote: > Oh, this might actually require LMS 7.9.0. Totally forgot this wasn't > possible before. Are you running 7.9.x? Hi Michael, I installed LMSrepack 7.9.1 beta and Spotty 1.3. Everything seems to be working fine except when I add a playlist or album to my 1-6 hardware buttons on my squeezebox. When I play the playlist/album via the app, it works fine, but when I press the corresponding hardware 1-6 button to quick play that playlist/album it doesn't work and I have the following in my log: > [17-08-19 15:08:51.1039] Slim::Buttons::XMLBrowser::gotError (242) > Error: While retrieving > [spotify:user:XXX:playlist:5Z95AY4fBnZSED7Tzk2DjB]: [Cannot > request non-HTTP URL > spotify:user:1199702102:playlist:5Z95AY4fBnZSED7Tzk2DjB] (I masked my user with Xs) My kids use the squeezeboxes 95% of the time with the 1-5 hardware buttons to select their playlists. :) Can you please advise? Thanks a lot for your work. Really appreciated. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] MUSO - Support Thread
Hi, I'm testing Muso, but I have the following problem with Albums containing multi-disc structure, here's an example of the structure of one of my albums: q:\media\music\Davide Van De Sfroos\Best Of\CD1 q:\media\music\Davide Van De Sfroos\Best Of\CD2 Muso downloaded artwork for this album, but it creates musoCover.jpg into the root of the album: q:\media\music\Davide Van De Sfroos\musoCover.jpg But LMS 7.7.1 after the rescan doesn't pick it up (it does for single disc albums, the problem is just related to multi-discs). I guess that LMS is expecting the musoCover.jpg file to be where audio files are (CD1 CD2 subdirs), but I didn't find any option in muso to cover this scenario. My opinione is that muso is correct in creating it into the root of the album, but since LMS is not picking it up (bad design) I see no artwork when playing multi-disc albums on my Squeezeboxes. Any advice, either on LMS or muso side? If I manage to solve this problem I'll continue testing it and probably I'll buy the license, it's a nice piece of software...:) Thanks for the help. -- Axel Foley Axel Foley's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=55117 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=91575 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] MUSO - Support Thread
jezbo;697435 Wrote: I think you mean the cover image is stored in q:\media\music\Davide Van De Sfroos\Best Of\musoCover.jpg It's in the parent folder since muso automatically recognises folders CD1, CD2 etc being sub-folders of a common parent which represents the album. To be honest I didn't consider that the cover that muso puts in the album folder would be usable by LMS, that wasn't part of the design anyway. When you say you see no artwork, where do you mean? On the device itself? You're right (I corrected the path in my post), it's under Best Of, root of the album. I liked muso also because it downloads artwork automatically and it creates musocover.jpg, and I configured LMS to lookup for this file also to import artwork, and it works perfectly for single-disc albums. :) The problem is just on the LMS side: LMS is not picking up musocover.jpg from the root of multi-disc albums so I see the grat cd icon on LMS and Squeezebox. On muso I see everything perfectly obviously. I guess it would be better to ask this to LMS developers, but I thought that maybe you could have a quick solution/workaround for this scenario. ;) Thanks for the help. -- Axel Foley Axel Foley's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=55117 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=91575 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
