I will have pricing for the USB drives at the weekend, (meeting on of the guys in the distrbutors for a drink anyway) so will report back then. It shouldn't be too expensive at all. Also, copying to a USB Stick is far less time consuming that burning CD's :-) In the meantime, if there is any interest, email me privately. [Ql-Users] Irish QL Show
Hi All, Been thinking about this next Irish QL Alcoholics anonymous meeting since Roy made the suggestion. I know Roy said 5 or so will come, so who will and who won't? And any ideas as to when - sooner rather than later? I can probably hold it in the Hotel where I work and get a decent room rate. Sometime in mid to late November? Any ideas? Feedback please! Count me in - been a while since there was any Quaffing Loudly. Any weekend in November for me, but will be easier on the price if we can fix a date quickly. Umm ... and I thought time travel was nothing for a fellow like you ... :-) I do a project at school which uses the background research on a tumbler style lock that the Ancient Egyptians invented - made from wood - which is closely identical to the modern tumbler lock - Yale type lock. I've either seen it or a replica some years back - nothing new under the sun is there? Nope ... :-) . especially the hot sun in Egypt . A main difference is that they didn't invent the use of the spring inside the lock. Who needs a spring when you have gravity? Indeed, exactly what they did employ as a force of nature. -- Malcolm Cadman ___ QL-Users Mailing List http://www.q-v-d.demon.co.uk/smsqe.htm

I still have a few good mates there and could get them at near to cost. Is there any interest?
