Any standard shoulder bolt the right size will do for balljoint also. As other have said a higher tensile can be a nice touch too. Just standard shouldered bolts through arm to body. Camber bolts if you like in the shock to hub mounts. You may find washers are needed in the cavity the arm sits to get it nice and tightly seated before tightening.
