Re: ReviewBoard webpage has lost its fromatting and showing texts

2015-03-09 Thread Josephine O'Para
This was installed with easy_install about a year ago amd has been working
until last week. Christian helped out then
Here is what I have

1.

There are no 404 errors-- everything is returning with status code 200, but
http://servername:9090/static/lib/js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js
http://phr-master-build:9090/static/lib/js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js returns an
empty file.

2.

sh-4.1$ curl http://phr-master-build:9090/static/lib/js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js

I have attache the image of the console tab in the debugger and the front
page of reviewboard as it appears now. It is plain not giving much
information
http://phr-master-build:9090/static/lib/js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js

thanks http://phr-master-build:9090/static/lib/js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js

Was this installed with the EPEL RPMs or easy_install? If the EPEL RPMs,
there's a chance it's a packaging mistake. But if that was the case, I'd
expect it to be misbehaving all the time.

Christian,

Has there been any recent change with reviewboard? My web page is suddenly

??. I don't see any ob vious errors in the logs.

How do I go about fixing this?

Re: Having trouble with Reviewboard build encoutering a lot of 404 and 403 errors

2014-03-21 Thread Josephine O'Para
Hi David,

I think I did both. I am a lot confused now. I installed using both
methods : using yum, when I didn't seem to be getting anywhere, I used
easy_install method. then I ran

 rb-site upgrade /proj/web/reviewboard/
 rb-site manage /proj/web/reviewboard resolve-check static-media

after I imported the mysql database from another server.

As it stands I see a lot of errors like the ones listed below and I have
no idea how to go about resolving this problem. this is my first exposure
to Reviewboard
Below is some of the errors I am encountering.

*What steps will reproduce the problem?*
The errors show up. this is a new build and fter a migration and upgrade
 using easy install
 2. You'll get a 404 error

*What is the expected output? What do you see instead?*
I need this application to at least function without errors

*What operating system are you using? What browser?*
 OS X. Chrome.
ReviewBoard is installed on RHEL 6

The easy_install upgreade /reviewboard-site did not give any errors other
than suggest a re-install of djblets which I did

At this point I am completely clueless on how to go about solving this
 problems.

These are just some of the errors I am getting

Thanks. any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated
