Tyler, Have you thought of using SQL against the DataBase to create a report or file? We have found RT Query to be incomplete for getting some data, but that data is available with SQL. I might be wrong , but the forward function will only forward a particular reply or comment .. As I understand it what you need is a report on a ticket(s) including ticket status etc, if this is the case, there is nothing to do this within RT by default; however its fairly easy to do in a perl script using the RT api. Tyler, The easiest thing I could think of is to upgrade to 3.8.6 and use the forward ticket feature included there.
