 coconut water (very young)
 flaxseed oil
chrysanthemum - which I get from a DOM and mix it myself with
 distilled water @ a dilution of 10%
MSM - again I make my own dilution at 10%
 Colloidal Silver - 5 ppm
and other things which I am not prepared to suggest to anyone cause
they are certainly not tried and proven !

Take your pick - I rotate them all so it is hard for me to say which one

The Medisana actually states [or did] that it has a nebulizer discharge
tube in the literature.

That info is not on the box.
It also has no filters to bypass or gut.

A Reli/on ultrasonic puts out a lot more vapor, but has a filter...easily
gutted. The omni directional discharge can be removed and replaced with
something like a vacuum cleaner hose.

Hi Kathryn. Yes, last night I put a little sea salt on some chicken before
I cooked it. I may do this on a very restricted basis. I really like my
cardiologist. He is very quiet and laid back and he has sparkling
credentials. And he saved my life 11 years ago. He is a cautious person
and he is cautious with my treatment and meds.

When I was in the hospital I was visited by a 'hospital' doctor whom I did
not know, and when my heart rate dropped during the night he came in the
next morning saying You have to have a pacemaker!. But my doctor said
whoa there buddy, not so fast. We have to figure this out first before we
do anything.

I consider my cardiologist a good friend and I feel lucky to have him as my
doctor. I plan to talk to him about salt.

Thanks. Faith G.

Ah. yes, sometimes they say that. It can cause problems in some. My
neighbor used to get a very red and swollen face when she would eat too
much salt. She also ate msg daily in small amounts, so I guess it could
have been that too.

I was very dizzy and tired last week at my parents house, the alt is 5,000
ft, and I am not used to it, so my normally low blood pressure was a
problem. I finally remembered it could be that, and I loaded a lot of salt
on something and ate it. Next meal I did the same thing, and it really
helped.

It would be nice if that was what was wrong, since it is easy to correct.
if you eat little extra salt, it may be that you have reduced it too much.
Especially if you eat no processed or prepared foods, like me. if I want
salt, I have to add it on purpose, because I eat no junk food or processed
food, no chemicals, additives or preservatives. I looked at the list for
MSG on the website posted, and it is interesting. However I don't eat food
like that very often.

I hope you figure it out and feel better.

Kathryn

seems i've read some stuff that makes me wonder if taking in EIS/CS via the
lungs is really a good idea for daily, steady, long term heavy use. i would
think the ions are no problem, but the particles might be the concern i read
about. so, for this intensity of use maybe it would be best to nebulize CS
that's aged and (re-)filtered until all particulate % has agglomerated and
been filtered out until it's all ionic?

typical me, i remember the current conclusion i came to about what i would
do/not-do while forgetting most all traces of the basis of the decision.

RE: CSPacemaker-- cholesterol and water

2008-05-07 Thread Judy K
Excuse me for being a broken record about water -- It seems to me
that two of the main reasons we have cholesterol are: the brain
needs it, and it patches the arteries and therefore protects
them from damage. Inflammation is a symptom. What if the blood is
too concentrated -- not flushed out enough with plain ole water?
Half your pound weight is the number of ounces of water to drink
daily. I myself, being over-weight, drink 11 glasses a day. When
I'm consistent, I don't need glasses and my BP is normal. I'm 72.
As we get older, we tend to become dehydrated, but that doesn't
have to happen.

You are very welcome. If you Google +linus+pauling+cholesterol you will come
up with scads of good info. This site will give you some ideas about an
alternative approach.
http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2001/03/28/linus-pauling.aspx

It was explained to me that the arteries expand and contract due to heart
beats, causing tiny stress cracks. Those cracks expose l-proline and
l-lysine. There is a cholesterol in the blood whose job it is to stop up
such cracks to prevent us from rupturing arteries and bleeding to death.
That is Lp(a). The Lp(a) looks for lysine and proline. If you take plenty of
vitamin C your body can repair the cracks without the formation of plaque.
If you also take proline and lysine, the Lp(a) will bind with that instead
of damming up your cracks and causing build up in the arteries.

Re: CSPacemaker - Salts good and bad

2008-05-07 Thread Rowena
Faith, if you have good sea salt, i.e. it hasn't been refined and heated and
denatured out of all usefulness, it would be good for you if you did take it.
Celtic sea salt is recommended, also Himalayan, which I understand to be
similar to RealSalt in the US, which I am not familiar with myself.

I had a quick look for some sites to save you a bit of time, and came across
this rather pertinent remark:
1. Salt is most effective in stabilizing irregular heartbeats and, contrary to
the misconception that it causes high blood pressure, it is actually essential
for the regulation of blood pressure - in conjunction with water. Naturally the
proportions are critical.

2. Salt is vital to the extraction of excess acidity from the cells in the
body, particularly the brain cells.

This was on
http://evidenceofhealing.blogspot.com/2006/01/high-mineral-sea-salt-one-of-gods.html

It also said:
4. Salt is vital for the generation of hydroelectric energy in cells in the
body. It is used for local power generation at the sites of energy needed by
the cells.

5. Salt is vital to the nerve cells' communication and information processing
all the time that the brain cells work, from the moment of conception to death.

20. Salt is vital for reducing a double chin. When the body is short of salt,
it means the body really is short of water. The salivary glands sense the salt
shortage and are obliged to produce more saliva to lubricate the act of chewing
and swallowing and also to supply the stomach with water that it needs for
breaking down foods. Circulation to the salivary glands increases and the blood
vessels become leaky in order to supply the glands with water to manufacture
saliva. The leakiness spills beyond the area of the glands themselves,
causing increased bulk under the skin of the chin, the cheeks and into the
neck.

21. Sea salt contains about 80 mineral elements that the body needs. Some of
these elements are needed in trace amounts. Unrefined sea salt is a better
choice of salt than other types of salt on the market. Ordinary table salt that
is bought in the super markets has been stripped of its companion elements and
contains additive elements such as aluminum silicate to keep it powdery and
porous. Aluminum is a very toxic element in our nervous system. It is
implicated as one of the primary causes of Alzheimer's disease.

REAL SALT is from the salt mines in Utah and has about 50 trace minerals,
including iodide. This salt flows like table salt, but the taste is so much
more mild.

If you would like to know more about natural sea salt and water and alternative
healing methods being brought about by the use of these two natural products,
please visit Water Cure and Water Cure 2. Water Cure 2 is a site whose creator
was so thankful for the healing he received from this simple protocol that he
created this site to share what he learned from Fereydoon Batmanghelidj, M.D.,
author of Your Body's Many Cries for Water, You're Not Sick Your Thirsty, Water
Rx for a Healthier Pain-free Life and several more on this same topic.

If what the cardiologist told you kept you away from ordinary table salt (I
have heard it called Morton's by Americans; I don't live in the US) then that
was likely a good thing, but you do need salt, i.e. whole salt, not heated.

http://www.healthfree.com/celtic_sea_salt.html said: Well, all the medical
and scientific studies condemning table salt would appear to be justified,
except for the fact that these studies examined only refined white salt, a
biologically damaging, completely unnatural and chemicalized substance. In the
industrial refining process, as many as 82 trace minerals and essential macro
nutrients are forcibly removed, leaving only a single compound made of sodium
and chlorine. . . . . Celtic Sea Salts produced without refining, oven drying
or chemical additives for the best possible Organic Health. The salt normally
used in most homes and restaurants (refined table salt) is very different from
unrefined Sea Salt. Table salts are mined from the earth with bulldozers and
heavy machinery, and then iodized, bleached, and diluted with anti-caking
agents. Chemicals are added to refined salt in the processing and all the
beneficial minerals and trace elements that are found in natural Celtic Sea
Salt are removed.

For most of my life, Faith, I too believed what I was told about salt. In any
case, if I had used a lot of salt, it would have been denatured table salt. It
is only in the past few years that I have learned about natural salt, and when
I regularly drink (filtered) water with a little brine prepared from Himalayan
salt in it, I feel much better and more hydrated. When I was first given a
taste of the natural salt, celtic probably, it tasted almost sweet on my
tongue. Certainly nothing like the harsh, strong taste of table salt.

CSchlorophyll and scar removal

2008-05-07 Thread Shirley Reed
I have not gotten to follow this thread attentively so please forgive if
this has been mentioned already. I had a professor once who said that he
and a friend had experimented with chlorophyll they had extracted from
alfalfa. They had mixed it with plain Vaseline and applied it to a wound
that was expected to result in a severe scar. The scar never developed and
the animal's fur ( I think it was a horse) regained its original color and
thickness. He was excited about it, but did say they had only used it on
one animal. I don't recall how they extracted the chlorophyll nor if it was
powdered or liquid, but he did say they had mixed it with Vaseline so I
always thought of it as a powder. pj He said it could be important for
show animals especially. Guess that includes humans. :)

Yep, good salt info. If the cardiologist says to keep away from salt he's a
quack like the rest. Processed salt is toxic, but not the types described in
the post. Out of the lack of air, blood or salt, the lack of salt in your body
will kill you faster than the other 2. No salt and your heart would not be able
to beat.

2008-05-07 Thread Harold MacDonald
For those who are unable to use salt[which is very important],it could be
that the ratio of salt to Potassium is out of balance. It is critical that
they be in balance.
I get pure potassium chloride[99.9%] and Celtic sea salt from my HFStore and
mix them 1/2 and 1/2 .This does not affect the taste and gives you close to
the right balance.

It is OK to use Himalaya salt in place of sea salt.
As for inhaling nebulized CS ,I don't think it is necessary to do this every
day.I have found that all I need to do now is use it when I feel a tightness
in my chest or the beginning of a slight cough. These episodes are getting
farther and farther apart now ,maybe once a year, usually around November.

As most of you know, I recommend one to make their own Colloidal Silver.
That way you not only know it is made properly, but is inexpensive.
However people do sometimes ask for a source of good quality CS because
they do not want to make it themselves. I had been working with someone
in Carolina and gave their information earlier, but they do not have a
website. I have recently been working with a party here in Knoxville
over the last few months showing them how to make high quality CS that
is crystal clear and they have the process down pat. They are using
flow through, stirring, polarity reversal and constant current. If
anyone is interested this new source is at http://silverbulletalchemy.com/

Real Salt does taste wonderful. Unfortunately I began to get a skin

Does Real Salt not contain aluminum? Celtic sea salt, which I checked on
does contain aluminum, also mercury, and heavy metals, plus also nickel.
I forget if Real Salt contains nickel.

Well,

Of course, if the silver is not pure enough it is possible to have
traces of other metals in it, including nickel. Also, if there is any
stainless steel in the apparatus it is possible to have nickel as a
contaminant.

If it is four nines silver (99.99%) , and you have a squeeky clean set
up and know the components, that risk can be minimised if someone is
severly allergic. It can be done, just a tiny bit more trouble. It
should not be necessary for nearly everyone else.

I like her idea of the skin prick test for a severly allergic person. I
am allergic to nickel as well, but have never had any problems with my
solutions, and I use 3 nines silver (99.9%).

Just my thought, anyone else?

Nickel is present in colloidal silver and many people have nickel
allergies and don't realize it. I went into shock after drinking a
very small amount. I urge you to do a skin-prick test after every
batch for each person who will consume the tonic.

CShow to make CS

2008-05-07 Thread bob Larson
1. first you need to get about 100 pounds of pure silver Canadian maple leaf
coins for something to work with, and a generator capable of producing
60,000 volts. a tesla coil will do. and maybe some rubber gloves.

2. then read up around the web on the subject for awhile so you can ask
more specific questions which might generate discussion of interest to more
folks than just you, so folks here won't be expected to spoon-feed you the
whole deal to the boredom of the rest.

there'll probably be some folks posting some good links for you to follow to
get you up to speed with the rudiments.

basically, it's simple and easy... once you get those coins and generator
together. after that it's a matter of refining things to make better/faster
CS.

Well -- that's a little rough! Patricia, go to www.wishgranted.com and order a generator. Then buy a gallon of good distilled water. Follow the directions that come with the Colloid Master generator that you purchased. Presto -- colloidal silver. MA
