Re: CSacne, EFT, not working

As I understand it, there is only so much you can do yourself from a video or
book or free workshop. That way you only get to know the HOW, but the WHEN is
what you are really paying for when you undertake a course of instruction, and
the experience and expertise when you go to a practitioner.

Also, the phrasing of the affirmations is important, and one could easily be
framing it in a negative way without realising it.

Having said that, when I have had a diy session, it has worked so well that I
have never bothered to take it any further, but I really only use it for
worries, hardly ever for anything physical, and most of the time it doesn't
even come to mind.

Rowena

So do you have any idea at all why EFT doesn't work for some people? I
used and tried it off and on for a couple years with no results. Maybe I
should go through the videos again, LOL. But I gave up on it. Maybe it
is like being hypnosis resistant--I simply do not believe our physical
problems are all emotional in nature. Quite the reverse, my experience
has been that when I address physical problems successfully the
mental/emotional fix themselves automatically, with no mental work or
  focus needed at all.

As far as I have been able to determine, it seems to be a variety of

I had been giving her some supplements to lesson her toxic burden on her

CSCS Yeast/fungi

2008-10-16 Thread Paula
I've been battling excessive itching/scratching on two of my dogs for
over a year and am getting nowhere. I finally had a vet come to the
house. She took multiple scrapings and swab samples. This was a vet
intern and she was not prepared. I had to provide the Q-Tips which
were by no means sterile. She also appeared to be about 14. Her
diagnosis is yeast on both dogs' bodies and in their ears. Their ears
are clean and always have been so she had a hard time getting a
sample of anything out of their ears.

Both dogs have been drinking straight, low ppm EIS free choice for at
least a year. They are raw-fed and no vax. Ordinarily that means no
yeast problems so I have to question the diagnosis. But, assuming
she's right, how can I kill the yeast?

My understanding is that EIS isn't as effective for fungal problems
as it is for bacterial and viral problems. If this were something
like nail fungus, I'd add DMSO to the EIS for penetration. I don't
think I should do that in this instance - right? I don't want to
drive the problem into their skin if it is just on the surface. If
this is some sort of on-going detox, it seems like the oral EIS
should have handled it by now. About the only thing I haven't tried
is dousing them with EIS. Previously I didn't have enough to do that
but I can now make a gallon at a time. I still don't want to waste it
if it isn't going to work. This isn't isolated areas, it is the
entire dog in both cases. My 3rd dog is not affected and has the same
diet, same everything as the other two.

Suggestions?

-Yep that's exactly what I mean, sometimes it can work too well.

What a strong statement. Short, Sweet, and contradictory within itself.

I think you are using the word, defence System instead of Immune system.
Maybe they are not the same.

My Defence System is different from my immune system.
The big difference is

My immune system might be dangerous to me,

but my Defence System is certainly dangerous to you and others. NOT ME !

Maybe so, . I do not know.

The first step to learning is to realize that you know nothing

[I always ask my close friend that is a Professor of

He knows his chemistry, is an inventor, and has many good

Maybe so, but, What difference does it make ?

-SNAP! (does this mean great minds think alike?) g

and MD's are adding EFT to their practices. I've taught my grand kids (age

Re: CSacne, EFT, not working

2008-10-16 Thread jlgregel
Faith..you are so welcome. Something I have figured out while gleaning
information and techniques from Gary Craig's site is that there are 2 types
of groups using it. One the average person wanting to learn EFT for their
own personal use and then there are the professionals such as therapists of
all types.I found that if I keep that in mind, I can make better use of
the site. Early on I thought I needed to read every post and understand
each approach, but now I know some of it I don't need to get that deep into
in order to use EFT in day to day in my life. They say try it on
everything and I certainly do. A few examples of great results I've had
are: completely stopping the bleeding and pain immediately after cutting my
thumb badly with a kitchen knife, ridding my feet of 18 months of plantar
fasciitis, getting rid of headaches, backaches, insomnia, fear of public
speaking, anger at a co worker, anxiety at the dentist's office, pain from
an improperly set crown on a molar, addiction to chocolate, and complete
reduction of swelling in a freshly broken toe (within minutes!)
Not every attempt has produced the results I had hoped for, but sometimes,
it takes more persistence.
Since you are working on the electrical system traveling through your body,
it does help to be well hydrated and when possible do tapping away from
electronics such as computers.
Once you have the first positive result...the excitement will carry you
further into learning and using EFT more.

My best,

Gotta chime in here What anyone can learn to do from the EFT website
is amazing, you do not need to take courses, just study the newsletters,
and forum. It's all there. I've had huge success' with EFT on myself,
friends family and animals. . I've also had times that it didn't seem
to help or it did help, but not for a few hours later. Many that I've
worked with had complete denial that EFT would help them and yet it has.
I use EFT for all kinds of things in my life, however, if I had any deep
long time issues either physical or emotional, I wouldn't hesitate to see
a professional therapist or MD that uses EFT. Gary Craig (the founder of
EFT) has a website and free newsletters, archives that are jammed full of
tips and helpful information. He also sells videos as training tools,
but they are not necessary to learn to use EFT in everyday life. If you
purchase his videos, he encourages you to make as many copies as you can
and give them away. He wants the world to learn to use this amazing
tool. Many therapists and MD's are adding EFT to their practices. I've
taught my grand kids (age 6) to tap and they now use EFT as well. My Mom
can now stop a migraine within the first few minutes with EFT. She has
suffered migraines her entire life until two years ago after learning
EFT. She was hugely skeptical when she learned to tap, yet it's the only
thing in 70 years that has finally helped her.
Did you know that other countries are training people in their militaries
to use EFT? I'm not sure if the US has started yet or not, but suspect
they won't be far behind, as it has helped so many war Vets already.
I could go on and on, but will close here with just this . I feel
very fortunate to have both EFT and CS in my healing tool
box..powerful stuff!

No, not all illness is mental- neurotoxins directly poison the brain,
and one has to get rid of the toxic exposure and detox before feeling
better. Also some forms of Bipolar can be due to parasites, and some of
the drugs used to treat biploar also kill the bugs.

I got pretty sick (he he) of being told I had a mental illness that
could be treated with psychotherapy, eft, and many other stuff like
eft, when all along it was a physical problem that resolved itself
after removing the cause.

That is not to say the alternatives were useless, some of them gave me
hope and emotional support, which was hard to come by for awhile.

I know a guy who loves eft, and his wife still died of liver failure-
there is only so much that can be done with that kind of thing.

Hadn't thought of that. I did give her a soda bath yesterday, had to. I
had been out of town, and she would not let anyone else clean her
belly, so the fur around it was caked, it took 3 soakings to get it

She was a one eyed doggie this morning- her eye was sealed shut with

she is, and very patient.

Guess I better get started making massive amounts of cs- Thanks, Ode.

Faith..you are so welcome. Something I have figured out while gleaning
information and techniques from Gary Craig's site is that there are 2
types of groups using it. One the average person wanting to learn EFT for
their own personal use and then there are the professionals such as
therapists of all types.I found that if I keep that in mind, I can
make better use of the site. Early on I thought I needed to read every
post and understand each approach, but now I know some of it I don't need
to get that deep into in order to use EFT in day to day in my life. They
say try it on everything and I certainly do. A few examples of great
results I've had are: completely stopping the bleeding and pain
immediately after cutting my thumb badly with a kitchen knife, ridding my
feet of 18 months of plantar fasciitis, getting rid of headaches,
backaches, insomnia, fear of public speaking, anger at a co worker,
anxiety at the dentist's office, pain from an improperly set crown on a
molar, addiction to chocolate, and complete reduction of swelling in a
freshly broken toe (within minutes!)
Not every attempt has produced the results I had hoped for, but sometimes,
it takes more persistence.
Since you are working on the electrical system traveling through your
body, it does help to be well hydrated and when possible do tapping away
from electronics such as computers.
Once you have the first positive result...the excitement will carry you
further into learning and using EFT more.

My best,
Lin

Re: CSacne, EFT, not working / believing

2008-10-16 Thread jlgregel
Dee...sometimes it takes doing a little digging around to find different
aspects that might be the trigger to releasing. For me, I've found that I
almost always get good results when I'm tapping on something that has just
happened or is fairly recent When I cut my thumb very deeply with a kitchen
knife, I started doing the tapping mentally in my head (my other hand was
tightly squeezing a rag around my bleeding hand). It took a few minutes and
I didn't think I was getting anywhere while tapping on this deep cut..this
pain..this bleeding, but when I switched to I was so clumsy with the
knife..I wasn't paying attention...whoosh that did it. The bleeding
stopped on the spot, there was no pain. Then I doused it with CS (gotta
stay on topic a little here) For a few days I felt the sensation of
throbbing in my finger, the type that is usually with pain, though this
didn't hurt. The first emotional response when I knew I had cut my hand, but
it was too soon for the blood and pain..what geez, I've really screwed
up...I wasn't paying attention..I've got too much to do, I have no time to
have a hurt hand. I was angry at myself and as soon as I acknowledged that
tapping, I got results.
Also, the more specific you can be the better. So if you have a
headache...describe it as much as possible. Such as if it's a dull, or
pulling, or knife like pain, anything you know of that might have triggered
it, not enough sleep, anger, fumes...etc.
Same thing with emotional stuff like fear You gotta really dig around
in there and come up with the important stuff. My grand daughter has been
terrified of the Halloween displays in a local grocery store for the past 2
seasons. We tapped for her last year and got no where. This year when the
displays went up we hoped by her being a year older, that they wouldn't be
stressful for her. Not so...she actually saw them and couldn't move, all
she could do was stand there frozen and tremble. After we got her home I
asked her to describe the icky part of the displays and she came up with
lots to tap on...the fact they are so big, the scary color black, they have
a certain smell, they move when she isn't expecting it. Finally, we got
through to something that was the root of it and now she can happily grocery
shop with her Mom, and not avoid that end of the store.

I don't go after deep issues that might be life long. If I had some intense
negative emotional stuff that I've held onto for a long time or a disease of
any type, I would run (not walk) to a EFT Professional Therapist or a MD
that uses it.

Again, I feel that I have 2 very powerful tools for healing to help myself,
family and pets between my cs generator and EFT. I can't think of anything
I would rather have at my fingertips in an emergency than these 2 things.

Subject: CSCS Yeast/fungi

Morning Dee,

Quote:
[I think you might have Wayne, if you have been bitten by snakes and
spiders! dee]

Hi there Wayne,
[my idea is an injury or shock to the body.]
-My reference is to an injury, (trauma), in whatever form that takes and of
whatever severity the body considers necessary to try to defend/repair, or
whatever connotation one wants to put on it, in producing whatever the body
produces be it immune/defence/antibodies, call it what you will in
'attending' to the injury, (trauma). The severity of the injury, (trauma),
is dependant on the individual in causing death. One individual may be a
pip squeak and die from a splinter, (need I add that my reference to
'splinter' is a toothpick as opposed to being impaled on a fence post),
another individual may have both arms, legs and the top of the head removed.
The point is the injury or trauma triggers a mechanism in the body which
immediately attempts to 'attend' to the wound, (trauma), site and the body
can produce an excess, or over-react if you want, which has been noted as
causing death whereas the injury, (trauma), itself was not the cause. It
could be said that the body goes into an 'over-protection' mode and the body
actually kills and not the injury itself. Simplified, this means that our
own bodies have the ability to kill us, (have that explained in any way you
want), not dissimilar to shock causing death. My comment was a general one
as a point of interest without writing an essay, the suitably qualified can
expand on it whereas I can't.

[Still not sure how the Defence System enters in.]
-I think I did allude to the fact that as I am not a human biologist my, and
I quote, for the want of a better explanation term was used and I invited
an academic or such to afford themselves the opportunity to elaborate,
because I am unable to, I just know that it has been recognised that our
bodies have the ability to kill us under certain conditions or circumstances
where injury or trauma is involved.

[Still Confused I guess. Wayne]
-Ask your biologist friend. If he knows what I am referring to he would be
able to explain it better than I can.

I think perhaps it best if I just go quietly..while I am still
losing. g

CSConscious vs the Unconscious

2008-10-16 Thread Wayne Fugitt

Evening Marshall,

Interesting indeed. That got my attention.

At 09:47 AM 10/16/2008, you wrote:

Seems I have heard or read,

There is a constant battle between the conscious and the unconscious.

If that be the case, I think my conscious will win every time, as I control it,
and I know lots of tricks, .

That is Unless

The unconscious has been snooping and learning from my conscious.

Not sure what I could do about that.

Remain neutral and let them fight it out, I suppose.

Honestly, I have never worried about it or been concerned.

Only one question, ...

What if the conscious and the unconscious believe the same thing?

After reading all your ideas, I agree,

The Immune System needs a switch so we can turn

Also- I would add some DMSO at 10 parts CS to 1 part DMSO. apply topically
several times a day. Make sure that the areas are clean as the DMSO will
pull anything on the skin in- you don't want that.

2008-10-16 Thread Malcolm
Hi Kathryn

You might try Vitamin D, skin problems in dogs are sometimes related to
D deficiencies. Dunno if you should nip the capsule and dribble it on,
or feed it to her direct. My limited experience has been that it helps
internally but it could be like vit. E and useful externally as well;
prob'ly can't do any harm. Pirate Indeed!G

Take care, Malcolm

off. She also seems more lucid since I bathed her- the stuff coming out

She was a one eyed doggie this morning- her eye was sealed shut with

Guess I better get started making massive amounts of cs- Thanks, Ode.

Re: CSacne, EFT, not working / believing

2008-10-16 Thread Rowena
I have no reply for these people. I suppose that is what the experts are for.

My son had been on antidepressants for a long time, in hospital, all sorts.
His general practitioner got him to see one of the other doctors in the
practice. He had three sessions of what sounded to me like a very poor version
of the EFT - just tapping a particular place to the side of the chest, while
saying what the problem was. He felt really stupid doing it, and had no faith
in it at all. Except, after three sessions he was fine.

I am not trying to convince anyone, just saying what has floated past my eyes.

R

What about those it *doesn't* work for though? dee

  Rowena wrote:
Apparently, it works even if you don't believe it. Even if someone
else does the tapping and affirming. And even if you don't accept the
affirmation, e.g. you don't accept and love yourself.
Friend of mine didn't believe it, but it worked on her, even though
she was a difficult case. She uses it herself now.

Re: CSConscious vs the Unconscious

What I have been led to believe in my various readings is that the subconscious
is always listening in and believing stuff, so that if you incautiously say
something like I always get things wrong it will very kindly oblige and
implement your 'instructions'.

I suppose this is how subliminal advertising works. Conscious mind doesn't see
it, subconscious does, recognises the brand, obeys the instructions.

Bit of a stink on Aussie TV lately because one of the commercial channels has
twisted what it was told in a telling-off letter from the authorities and
instead of showing stuff for, say, one frame, keeps it there for 12 and claims
it is not contravening any guidelines that way.

http://www.abc.net.au/tv/guide/wa/200810/20081014.htm has the MediaWatch
information as an illustrated transcript, and there is also a link to watch the
clip.

ACMA's report described content being on screen for three or more frames as
being 'either at or above the threshold of normal awareness'. The Nintendo DS
shots on 5th Grader are clearly visible, they appear on screen for twelve
frames and are also accompanied by a sound effect to increase their impact.

- Email from Jeannette McLoughlin (Head of Corporate Communications, Channel
Ten) to Media Watch, 10th October, 2008

So expect to see a lot more messages from sponsors flashed up on your screen
from now on - and remember they can be as short as this:

If you couldn't read it, download it from our website, and slow it down.

R

That is Unless

The unconscious has been snooping and learning from my conscious.
Not sure what I could do about that.
Remain neutral and let them fight it out, I suppose.

What if the conscious and the unconscious believe the same thing?

Hmm - yeah - will two negatives make a positive and melt down? Or two
positives make a negative and cure all your problems? :)

You seemed to be implementing every suggestion people made.
It made a big impression, especially the electric treatment from
the battery. And that the only thing that left a mark was the heat

Yes, I overdid that. Many thought the spider did that and made my leg red.

Somehow, I felt an urgency that I must win.

Some of my friends said, I was going to loose and die because I
did not go to any doctor.

I worked virtually every day during that time.
I was climbing ladders, bending conduit, and pulling wire.
Yes, I remember the jobs I worked on at that time.

That great Federal Facility is still one of my best customers.

I do not go there often. The last time I was there, the contact

Ask me how to treat a customer? Many I have had 20, 25 and more years.

It had no chance because you didn't leave it to someone else to
(mis-) treat you, but got in there yourself. Powerful lessons learnt.

Yes, as Neville suggested, I found the switch to my immune

I might be ready for another spider bite, . anytime.

I have watched, studied, and observed many spiders of many types.
