I make kefir of milk for many years and it is a wonderful home made
fermentation.

There is also kefir of water that it is with water and brown sugar. I also
made it in the past but had to stop as we can not drink it all as the
production grows very fast.

One can do kefir of water with juices.

Also do consider reseach about kombucha, one other home made fermentation...

We make Kefir from raw milk here in Vermont, and I was using Kefir grains for
the first few years, but they were a lot of trouble and never made very good
kefir as far as I was concerned. I finally threw out the grains, which were
multiplying out of control, and making kefir that did not taste good, and
instead started using this kefir starter. Now I get thick, delicious kefir
every time:

http://www.amazon.com/Yogourmet-Freeze-Dried-Kefir-Starter/dp/B001EO69O2/ref=sr_1_sc_1?ie=UTF8

 qid=1344221466sr=8-1-spellkeywords=kefir+started

This is the real stuff, it does what we want it to do for our insides, and it
is much easier to make than using the grains, which I found to be very
temperamental and a lot of trouble.

Some time ago, I bought a pint of DMSO and purified it by letting it sit in
the refrigerator so that the DMSO freezes, but the water with the impurities in
it remains liquid. Then I poured off the liquid portion and what was left in
the bottle was very pure DMSO. I also tried to purify what was poured off the
same way in a second bottle, and succeeded to some extent, but the second batch
still had some of the smell. I went ahead and used that and could still
smell/taste the characteristic disgusting smell/taste but, when that was
finished and I went back to the first batch of pruified DMSO, I was very
surprised that I could detect almost none of the taste/smell upon using it. I
haven't used it orally though, and I don't swallow it.

People that need to use a lot of DMSO or take it orally should definitely try
this method, if only out of respect for other people.

I think that second batch could have been further purified by doing the process
again, and perhaps adding a couple of percent (by volume) of distilled water
and shaking before refreezing to dissolve out the impurities.

It freezes in the refrigerator, not the freezer. You don't want to get it cold
enough to freeze the water. Also, it works better if there is not too much
water in the mix. I don't know if it would work with 50% DMSO and 50% water,
for instance.

Has anyone had an unusual experience having an MRI? I seldom take CS
as I am very healthy and it has been over 6 months since I had any CS

terrible headache when I got out of the machine. The MRI was off my neck.

Hi Jane,

I've been putting a teaspoon of CMO powder in my morning smoothie for a
month, and during that time, my joint issues grew worse.

Not blaming the CMO, mind you, but I am a bit baffled. In that same month
I've really increased my veg intake, done more thorough alkalinizing with
whole lemons, liquified, rather than just juice, used more topical DMSO, and
taken more shark cartilage and tart cherry. With all these good things,
persistent joint issues I'd thought were long past are plaguing me, kind of
like the bad old days.

Peeling the onion of symptoms in reverse order has occurred to me, and I'm
trying to put a positive spin on this, but am wondering.

What exactly does CMO do again? Tanks for any info.

Be well,

Léna

According to the promos she has many people who have Crohns who use
this method to eliminate their symptoms.

You also have to eliminate anything that causes food sensitivity
reactions. Supplements also can cause reactions, so don't neglect to
test for them too. Some problem items may be things you never
question, and have eaten most of your life without problems. I
worked with a fellow who's Crohns was brought on by eating tomato

Prednisone which was given to control the Crohns symptoms.

Hello All,

My daughter woke up this morning with a light purplish bruise on the lower
part of her shin bone. It's about 2-3 inches in diameter with a light yellow
center which feels like a small stone (tender to the touch). She does not
remember banging herself yesterday - but she is a very active 9 year old and
I can't rule it out. However, at the same time - I wonder if it could also
be a spider bite of some sort.

Either way - what's the best course of treatment at this time? I can make a
poultice of EIS (silver water) and then I was thinking perhaps a comfrey
poultice. Is there any way I can draw any of the toxin out if it is indeed a
spider bite?

Thanks for your help!

So place your lemon in your freezer, and then grate it on your meal every
day. It is a key to make your foods tastier and you get to live healthier
and longer! That's the lemon secret!

   The surprising benefits of lemon!

Lemon (Citrus) is a miraculous product to kill cancer cells. It is 10,000
times stronger than chemotherapy. Why do we not know about that? Because
there are laboratories interested in making a synthetic version that will
bring them huge profits. You can now help a friend in need by letting
him/her know that lemon juice is beneficial in preventing the disease. Its
taste is pleasant and it does not produce the horrific effects of
chemotherapy. How many people will die while this closely guarded secret is
kept, so as not to jeopardize the beneficial multimillionaires large
corporations? As you know, the lemon tree is known for its varieties of
lemons and limes. You can eat the fruit in different ways: you can eat the
pulp, juice press, prepare drinks, sorbets, pastries, etc... It is credited
with many virtues, but the most interesting is the effect it produces on
cysts and tumors. This plant is a proven remedy against cancers of all
types. Some say it is very useful in all variants of cancer. It is
considered also as an anti microbial spectrum against bacterial infections
and fungi, effective against internal parasites and worms, it regulates
blood pressure which is too high and an antidepressant, combats stress and
nervous disorders.
The source of this information is fascinating: it comes from one of the
largest drug manufacturers in the world, says that after more than 20
laboratory tests since 1970, the extracts revealed that: It destroys the
malignant cells in 12 cancers, including colon, breast, prostate, lung and
pancreas ...The compounds of this tree showed 10,000 times better than the
product Adriamycin, a drug normally used chemotherapeutic in the world,
slowing the growth of cancer cells. And what is even more astonishing: this
type of therapy with lemon extract only destroys malignant cancer cells and
it does not affect healthy cells.

 All,

FM is discussed in this forum every couple of years. My wife has it and
 is
in pain most of the time.

Do any of you know of any modern breakthroughs in ways to cure it or at
least slow its progression? It seems most discussions of FM are for ways

 to
reduce the effects (e.g. mask the pain, various stretching exercises,
 diet
restrictions), but very little is said about actually curing it or
preventing it in the first place. CS/EIS doesn't seem to help (included
 to
 keep on topic!).

 Thanks for your help,
 Steve Y.

RE: CSFibromyalgia (FM)

2012-06-20 Thread PTFerrance
Having managed the pain of CTFM/MPS for almost 30 years I can tell you that
if you don't address the spinal cord inflammation that comes from the
cervical trauma you will *never* bring the pain level down to a 4 out of 10.
If you do not do this eventually there will be changes in the brain that
actually will increase the pain and that will start manifesting as other
symptoms. Believe me when I say the bulk of my consumable income went on
nutrition... both eating patterns and supplements. In addition I am a
licensed Acupuncturist and have been trained in a number of emotional
processing paradigms such as TAT, PEAT, PSYCH-K, etc. as well as being a
Reiki Master. I am also trained in Thermal, GSR and EEG Biofeedback. They
all helped for awhile but nothing helped as much as treating the
inflammation in the spinal cord. After I was treated for the inflammation
in my spinal cord I felt like a human being again. Then I could start
addressing some of the other specific issues. If there is no cervical
trauma I have read that FM is curable. If there is cervical trauma it is
'managed'. If there is ligament laxity there are other issues that present
and must be addressed.

I will be happy to email with anyone that has this condition.
Blessings,
PT

I find it interesting that most people do not address the nutritional
issues as being all that important.
Is this an ingnoring or dismissal of the mothering aspect?
I have to ask.
It is the nutrition, or lack of it, that is the secondary cause of all
dis-eases.
The primary one being a mental or emotional issues that has been
dormant for who knows how long? That is where the remark about
cervical trauma comes from I think.

Almost all of my clients that have had the FM 'symptoms' have all had
trauma in that area caused by a number of ways.
Eventually it becomes neccessary to address the emotional issue to
effect a lasting 'cure'.
The EFT or tapping that is allover the web these days, thanks to
Margret Lynch, has some very benificial results.
Just do a Google. There ae so many links and sites and Utube vids.
Too many to paste.
Hope this helps some.

I reduced my joint pain (mostly knees and sometimes hips) to a very low
level (often no pain at all) by cutting polyunsaturated fats out of my diet.
(confess sometimes I cheat and suffer for it). This includes all vegetable
oils except for expeller pressed coconut oil and butter and the fat in half

No flaxseed oil or evening primrose oil, borage oil, grapeseed oil or the

of all the PUFA oils.
This is obviously not the conventional wisdom re so-called essential fatty
acids but it worked for me. Probably all the gelatin I now eat helped a lot
as well, since I did both things relatively close together time-wise it is
hard to separate which one was the most beneficial. But I do notice when I
cheat and consume poly-unsaturated fats, the joint pain comes back.

I don't know what dosage you are taking but I was taking a rather high

age we dry out anyway and the guaif just made it worse. It is one of the

Subject: Re: CSFibromyalgia (FM)

It is all the same principles for all these chronin illnessesdo 5
things and trial and error will reveal what is the cause:

1.  correct nutritional deficiencies
2.  eliminate food allergies
3.  mitigate stress (includes EMF, mold exposure, lack of sunlight, etc)
4.  detox
5.  kill infections

The three I find most important are infections, detox, and food
allergies.  I would do the following:

1.  Liposomal glutathione for detox.  I've looked at all the brands,
and this is the best deal.  500mg per tsp in 400mg of pure
phosphatidylcholine:
http://www.amazon.com/Empirical-Labs-Liposomal-Glutathione/dp/B004MGKEKE/ref
=sr_1_7?s=hpcie=UTF8qid=1340151730sr=1-7keywords=liposomal+glutathione

2.  Kill infections...this takes trial and error, but I would start
with 3 things:

a)  Probe your wife with the audio file for Lyme disease:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zmWWfp71TwA
Turn up the sound.  The visuals don't matter.  432 hz kills lyme, and
it is related to power.  This will not cure lyme, but will make many
people with lyme feel some kind of reaction in their body.  Healthy
people will feel nothing.  Let us know what she experiences.

[Listmembers with elusive health problems I suggest also doing this
experiment, as I really think Lyme is very very common]

b)  Probe your wife for infection with colloidal silver.  Make it
yourself at 10 or 15PPM and wok up to taking 16 fl. oz. in a day on
empty stomach.  Work up gradually as to avoid unexpected herx
reactions.  If any improvement or herx reaction is felt as a result,
it indicates infection.

c)  Probe for infections with scalar energy.  This is quackery that
only weirdos like that on this present forum might entertain as being
legimate.  There in an inventor I know by name of Tom who has figured
out how to use this energy at a distance to kill infections.  This is
a physical process and not a physic type of energy healing.  Scalar
energy is not electromagnetic.  It was known 100 years ago by Nikola
Tesla, but politics kept him from bringing it to light.  He has
actually made reference to this energy in a US patent (i.e. claiming
the transmission of electricity at a great distance without wires, and
without attenuation!).  That one of histories greatest inventors
actually claimed this should give pause.  At any rate, if this causes
either herx or improvement, then it indicates infection.  You fill out
the form on the right of the website, you get an automated email, and
you reply to that email with an attached photo of the person to
receive the treatment.
http://selfhealgo.com/protonic-scalar-energy-review/

[Listmembers who are curious or have health problems, I suggest also
doing this.  As you might imagine, he has trouble getting willing
participants!]

Then if any of these tests turn up positive, them keep doing those
activities as actual treatment.

3. Eliminate food allergies:

Get a doctor to sign any needed paperwork on the two 90 food blood
tests that Meridian Valley Labs has. That totals 180 foods, tested
with both IgE and IgG. Eliminate any foods that come up in the
results.

The above is a nearly universal first pass prescription for anyone
with any serious chronic problem not explainable by chips and soda.

Capsules Ingredients: Graviola, Rhubarb, Paw D arco, Sweet Annie, Beetroot,

and

Equal parts powdered bloodroot, galangal, zinc chloride and distilled water.

and

1/2 cup powdered Blood Root (Sanguinaria Canadensis)
1/2 cup Zinc Chloride, crystals or liquid
1/2 cup common white flour
1 1/2 cup warm water
100ml Chaparral extract or 100gm of powdered Chaparral (Larrea mexicana)

Pre-mix all but the water, thoroughly, before adding to the water. Using a
stainless steel double boiler. Put in water, then stir in the other
ingredients. Stir in well using a wooden spoon. Cook for thirty minutes over
boiling water, stirring constantly.
Apply a thin layer (2-3mm) of the paste over the affected area and cover for
24 hours. Then remove the covering but do not disturb the lesion at all, do
not attempt to pull the cancer out at any time, it should fall out in 10
days or so. Some people with sensitive skin put vaseline around the cancer
so that the paste does not irritate the skin.
(The flour is just to make a paste)

Read up all you can about caring for the site before starting the treatment.

Mark,

If you can make an extract of comfrey, ecinachia, and lobelia and add
some activated charcoal that would be the best for a spider bite. You can
add colloidal silver to that. If you can't, a raw onion finely sliced or
chopped as a poultice works well for most spider bites. You can also make
a poultice of baking soda, activated charcoal, and colloidal silver. Not as
good as the lobelia, but should work well.

From what I have read and been told Monsanto's aim is to have what I believe

When they play around with hybrids, I have no qualms, it is just the natural
process with some coaxing.I'm not so comfortable with other methods, but
mostly I want nothing to do with inserting weird genes not found in the
species. I've heard that some GMO plants have taken animal DNA of one kind
or another and inserted it into plants. Don't know if that's true or not.

So I'm open to GMO if it is not reckless. So I suppose if the GMO was
being done in China, for instance, I wouldn't want to have anything to do
with it considering their total disregard for human safety.

Our tomatoes are in trouble. Whatever they do they will alter the tomato
genetically. I sincerely hope they do not take out the beneficial genes as
they gmo the plant.

CSeyes, flax oil and DMSO

2012-05-31 Thread PTFerrance
For those of you who use flax oil or add DMSO to products like Can-See, how
do you handle the sterility issues? I don't believe flax oil or DMSO are
sterile and most of us don't have autoclaves to sterilize the tools we use.
I would like to try some of these methods but am concerned about introducing
a microbe into my eyes that could cause problems.

Thanks.

RE: CSDiaper Rash

2012-05-30 Thread PTFerrance
Hi Jane,

I would imagine more coconut oil and less beeswax. Since coconut oil is
readily absorbed I would think the beeswax is in there to give it some
staying power as well as being a moisture barrier. Coconut oil is a poor
moisture barrier for me. I am even thinking about adding a little
lanolin/cocoa butter since they are so healing.

Thanks again, Melly.

PT,

Make a cream out of virgin coconut oil, beeswax and lavander oil. Melt the
beeswax, not much, just enough to make the coconut oil creamy, then add the
coconut oil, stirring vigorously until well mixed, then wait until it gets
cloudy, and then add some lavander oil. You may also add some lavander oil
in the container before transferring the cream. This is great for diaper
rash. Some disappear overnight including redness and rash.

I make this cream and it is good for burns, sun burns, wounds, facial cream,
moisturizer, etc.

DMSO only carries substances of a smaller molecular mass than itself. Rule
of thumb is, molecule is 1000 daltons or less, it WILL go with DMSO. if not,
no worries. DMSO does NOT carry everything it comes in contact with into the
bloodstream or even thru the skin. This is a scare tactic used by folks who
don't want you to use it.

I've noticed an enormous number of arthritis emails and avoided them, so I may
be repeating
and off-base for the discussion, but I do have a question. What might cause
inflammation?
From my own experience, something my body is reacting to, trying to get rid
of, or protect me from.
My aches and pains pretty much left me when I began to avoid the things I
traditionally NEVER ran
out of when purchasing foods-- probably personal allergies (?) to me, but
common to many humans:

I make this cream and it is good for burns, sun burns, wounds, facial cream,
moisturizer, etc.

yet, and it's for stubbornness (to relieve it) and I thought perhaps an
antidote to poison oak rash, but it's not. That was just MY thinking--the
antidote thing, not from the plant itself.

First you have to know your plant, to know if it is poisonous or not. You
need to get a very good wild flower book, and/or a wild plant book for
your
local area. I have 3 that I use all the time for our area, because no one
book will have them all. If I find a plant I don't know it's usually in 2
of the books but not the third, so if I only happened to use the one book
that didn't have it, I wouldn't learn the plant. So go through your books
at the store to see how many cross-overs they have. My third book is a
book
on local trees, bushes and flowers, which is great if I find a bush I
don't
 know.

Then you still need to sit with the plant to see what it will do, essence
wise, to see if you want/need it or not. You do not have to worry about
the
essence doing what the plant would do if you touched or ate it--because
the
energy of the physical plant is different than the energy of the flower
 essence.

Still, if you are worried about a plant being poisonous, then simply don't
use it. With literally hundreds of different plants at your fingertips,
you
can certainly pass up a couple. You will find that if you start making a
lot of essences, many of them will be for the same type of thing. Like I
have probably 4 that are all grounding, though each has secondary things
that are different from each other.

It's best to make just a few essences and try them to see if you like
them.
I know what it's hard at first because you want to make them ALL! Lol
especially if the plants start calling you. But unless you have a client
base to use them on (we did, my partner and I, and we had a hypnotist that
used them with her clients, etc) there's not a lot of need for 100
essences.

I found the difference between Bach's essences and most other 'modern'
essences is that Bach really restricted his practitioners. He worked with
people right after the war and they were dealing with all sorts of
negative
issues, so all his essences were basically for negative things--to fix
them.
Sadness, depression, grief, etc. when he had all he felt that covered all

An old timer I knew many years ago, who just happened to raise Nubian goats

they got some milk from a goat that had been fed the PI and the patient

Well, I've always heard that there is an antidote growing within x number of
feet of pi or po, but I've never seen anything here to antidote the po. No
jewel weed, no wild acorn, no nothing in local accounts from natives. Jewel
weed doesn't grow here--too hot. We have live oak, which has acorns, but
that's it. I wish there was something but I've never run into a native or
an herbalist that knows of anything local.

And--granted, last year was one of the worst summers in history here as we
had over 60 days of 100 plus temps and of course, no rain--so maybe that is
part of the reason or not, but the poison oak is RAMPANT this year! I've
never seen it spread so fast, nor be so prolific in growth as this year.

Oddly, I've heard others in other parts of the country on different lists
say the same thing about po and pi in their part of the country! That both
are just growing like crazy and spreading everywhere. I wonder what that's
all about?

Samala,
Renee

lol--sit with the plants for a month and you'll know more than I do!!

I will send a list of my essences and what they 'do', but I don't think
attachments are allowed on this list? I can send it privately to anyone who
wants it so they can see what essences do--just write me off list at
gaiac...@gmail.com Most plants have more than one 'response', does more
than just one thing, but one will be the main thrust and the others are side
shoots, so to speak. You can look at the list and see what energetics you
are interested in. Then you can cross reference my local plants with your
local plants to see if they grow in your area. Some do, some do not. In
fact, you have WAY more flowering plants in the northeast than we have here
in south texas. Many places do. I went nuts when I visited Washington
state to teach an essence class.

My host took me to a huge botanical garden and we (the class) made essences
there by pouring water over the flowers, since we were not allowed to pick
flowers. Then every time she took me somewhere I was crazed watching the
roadside flowers. I recognized many because I'm originally from Illinois
and there are many more wildflowers there than here in south texas, but I
didn't know about essences when I lived there. So I'd see their equivalent
on the roadways in Washington, and want to stop and couldn't. Although I
did get to walk along the streets that bordered woods by where my host
lived, so made many there. It was a trip trying to get them home on the
plane--finding room for all those bottles, wrapping them so they wouldn't
break. And then all the plants that I didn't know from back home. They
literally took my breath away!

Here in south texas it is not a diverse plant area. Not so many herbs or
wild foods as up north either.

So you may find some of my texas plants (which are about the only ones in my
catalog) where you are, but you will have a much greater opportunity to get
to learn your local plants and what their essences will do.

It's simply a matter of being with the plants. Get quiet and literally sit
with them. Decide on a plant, sit down, ask the plant what it wants to do
through you.

Because--just because a goldenrod plant here does one thing through me, does
NOT automatically mean it will do the same thing through you! You may ask
that it will do the same, and expect it to do the same, and the plant will
accommodate you and do just that. But it may have a totally different
desire to express when working through YOU.

I taught my students that my rosemary is for joy, but that there is a man in
Scotland whose rosemary is for memory problems, and that there's one in
Australia whose rosemary is for repelling negative energy. Now--if mine is
for joy, does that make theirs invalid? Absolutely not. Even though they
are the same plants, plants are working THROUGH the maker and want to do
different things through each maker. Because as much as we try not to put
ourselves into the energy of the essence, we ARE a part of each essence.
And so the plant has the right to choose what it wishes to express THROUGH
each maker.

I told them that since ALL rosemary essences were valid, it was up to the
end user to decide which essence they needed/wanted, and which seemed a
better fit for them.

Energy is an interactive process. It is the users job to get a feel for the
essence, (meaning asking if they really need that essence at that time, and
which company's essences works best for them) and it's the essence's job to
to bring that energy into harmony with the user.

Renee

Um, the folks here are not as open as you would think. I had a friend that
made an essence of mountain cedar, to stop mt cedar allergies, and the
center was not inclined to carry his essence. Maybe if a person went with
strictly emotional/spiritual things instead so they wouldn't be worried
about fda type interference. shrug

At the time I was the only tx native flower essence maker that did more than
just dabble in it. There were a couple people that made perhaps a dozen or
so, but none that did all that I did. But I've been 'away' from it for a
couple years now so don't know if there's another that specializes in tx
native.

The wildflower center is a great place though!

Yes, the dosage bottle is the bottle you take from. I tell people to do
what feels right to them. I get a lot of folks asking 'how many drops, how
many times a day for how many days' because they are use to doctor
prescriptions.

It's not like that with essences. I tell people they should get use to
trusting their bodies. I COULD muscle test them to see how many, how long,
but instead I say 'just suck some up into the dropper and that's how much
you take. Your body knows exactly how many drops to put into that dropper.
Put the bottle on your bathroom counter. Every time you go into the
bathroom take some. When you start going--'oh, I have to take some of my
essence' but then you go to the bathroom and come out and only later you
realized you DIDN'T take any, then you are pretty much through with that
essence'.

Yes, you can use bark, seeds, leaves, whatever. People make essences from
butterflies, whales, gasses, etc--they will take a photo of say, a whale,
and meditate with it and say 'put the energy of the whale into this bottle'.
Now, I stick with flower essences :) but it's possible to do anything and
everything.

When I started making them I got the hit that the seed essence of the SAME
flower plant would give a different energy than the flowers did. I asked
and got yes. So would leaves. So I thought--how cool would that be, an
essence of the flower, the seed, the leaf? But I never got around to making
anything but the flower because once you have a hundred flower essences,
then you start on a hundred seed essences and then a hundred leaf
essences--well, you run out of room, out of bottles, out of time. :)

And yes--if a plant is growing/flowering by you, and you are drawn to
it--then it has something for you. There are a lot of plants that you may
not be drawn to, though you think the flowers smell nice, or are pretty.
It's when you pay attention you learn which ones you 'need'.

But they SO want to help. I hardly go anywhere where there is a flower that
isn't already an essence and I get 'me, over here, ME, pick me!' lol I do
mostly texas native essences but do have a few that are not wildflowers, but
houseplants, because they were so insistent.

And you don't have to just orally take essences. You can put some water in
a spray bottle, add the essence and spray your area, your bed, your car.
Some ladies carry their favorite bottle in their bra, though pockets work
too, to keep the essence in your aura. Place some in your bath water. Lots
of ways to use them.

Samala,
Renee

flowers. I just love essences. They are indeed very powerful, yet gentle.

There are actually makers from all over the world now. A very good one is
in Australia. The Alaska maker is very good. Perelandra has excellent
ones. Well, in fact--all essences are wonderful. And simple to make your
own. If you are drawn to certain flowers, then those flowers have something
for you. An essence from them could be exactly what a person needs.

Hi, folks, for what it`s worth, here`s what happened to me and my arthritis:
I took CMO about 3 years ago, after finding out about it right here on the
Silverlist. I also gave Cetyl M brand canine preparation to my then 9 year
old Pug dog. In a few weeks she was running and playing like a puppy, and my
joint pains all went away!! The small nodes on my pinky fingers didn`t, but
they don`t hurt at all.

A few months ago, my knee started aching again, as did my shoulder, so I
re-read up on it, and found that sometimes one needs to take another course
of it after a few years, so I ordered in some more CMO from Duoflex. Well,
after just one bottle, (30 capsules over 10 days) my knees are feeling lots
better now, and the shoulder is fine. (I gave the extra bottle and cream to
my friend, who also has bone spurs and joint pains. I hope it`ll help her!)
I have told my bone doc about CMO and I hope he`ll look into it.

Also I discovered that eating cheese and drinking store-bought milk makes
my joints hurt, so maybe that was the insult that started my arthritis up to
begin with. I`m off them now and feel much better.

Hope this helps...

Marshalee

PS, I have a new Pug puppy!! Joy... :o)

it, though I can't see on the label what percent is actually cetyl
myristoleate. Those are pills - capsules I think. Sara

For those having trouble finding cetyl myristoleate I got mine at
www.beyondacentury.net which is now a .com. I just checked and they still
have it on their webpage.

I am Joyce Miller, a new member. I am very interested in CS; my
husband makes ours, and I use if for myself and with our dogs. We have
one dog who has had some incontinence issues, and I tried many
supplements. I think some worked and reduced the amount of incontince
but since I started using CS instead of water in her food, we have had
virtually no incontinence. Is it the CS or the supplements or both? I
do not know, but I do know that CS had to play a role in her healing.
The vet had said that it was a weakness probably created by her being
spayed years ago; I am now thinking that it was some kind of infection
and that the CS is what is helping her.

Because of this experience, I want to learn as much as I can about CS.

Thank you for this list.

Joyce

Thought you might like to read today's application of DMSO CS which I keep
in the cupboard but don't often need to use.

My husband is 95 in 3 weeks, he is diabetic, limited mobility but otherwise
strong as an ox. I apply pressure stocking to his lower legs to contain
lower leg oedema. This morning he tells me his right great toe is
dangerously infected and could kill him I take this that the toe is sore.

I give him a dose of homeopathic Apis 30c and then after 5 minutes a 300mL
glass of water with a splosh of CS in to drink.

His feet are always swollen and I observed that the toe was red and a little
swollen but not much hotter than the rest of the foot. While looking for the
DMSO in the cupboard I soak the foot in a large bucket of hot water with a
cup of Epsom's Salts - for around 15 minutes.

I give him a 100mL drink of cherry juice.

Dry the foot gently, apply the DMSO on some clean cotton gauze, apply a
little colloidal silver, wrap the toe up in more gauze and apply a cotton,
non pressure, sock.

He is now working on the pc an hour later: how's the toe dear I ask him

Nothing wrong with it! - he looks puzzled (What is that woman talking
about)

I gave the Apis for red swollen slightly hot, I gave the cherry juice in
case it was gout rather than a localized infection, applied the DMSO to
reduce the inflammation the CS in case it was an ingrowing toe nail
infection - the great toe nails are fairly thick difficult to cut
sometimes difficult to gauge if they are ingrown or not - this right toe
nail was ripped off some years ago when he fell - but grew back without
completely coming off. The Epsom's Salts soak was a general detox and to
soften up the skin increase absorbency pain relief.

I shall do the same again tonight and anticipate all will be back to
whatever normal is for him by tomorrow. DMSO is excellent in situations
like this. So is colloidal silver.

all at once. For pets I stand by the standard of for every 20 pounds use
100

Does anyone know if Brooks posted the results of this research ??? Lois
