I was always taught 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a glass of water with
meals to help the liver digest.  If there are sugar handling issues then
integrate using lime juice as well.

I think that is too much lemon juice in one day?  if a little is good for
you, more does not always make it better? Just a thought, 

I am a herbalist and I believe one or two teaspoons of lemon juice would
work just as well for you?

I take 4 0Z .with 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar/Honey mix first thing
in the morning.Then occasionally same later in the day.Would take larger
dose,but,my stomach says no.Would have no problem adding the other
ingredients,do nothing but good.
