Hi: Normally my email filters get applied automatically to incoming mail. But in the past few days mail is left in the in box that should have been moved. Switch to Source mode, make an edit (any edit, adding and removing a space is more than sufficient) and then you'll see that Find (with or without Replace) works as it should. Clicking on the HTML Tags tab or Preview tab at the b ottom of the page the search bar stays there, but . . . When I click on Source the search bar disappears. Tools/Profiles shows default. Hi: This morning Firefox was locked up and after awhile a pop up window appeared asking if I wanted to stop a script: b.scorecardresearch.com/rs/vce_st.js:1 It took a reboot to bring back the browser. After a little research I found No Script Adblock Plus and installed them. Restarting Firefox all seemed OK. Then changed cookie preferences to be more restrictive. Now Firefox will no boot. I reinstalled Firefox from their web page but the non start problem persists. Getting out of email
Hi: Yahoo now corrupts email addresses by inserting quote marks. When I edit them out of the to address and press send they get reinserted causing the mail to fail. FTPS with SM 2.24 Composer?
Hi: My ISP is in the process of changing all hosted web pages to a secure server that uses FTPS (FTP over TLS or SSL) but I can't find anyplace to select these in SeaMonkey 2.24 Composer. Edit \ Preferences \ Appearance \ Fonts There are three font size settings: Proportional, Monospace Minimum font size. The latter got changed to none with SM19. When editing a page I often add a new sub title by placing the cursor where I want it located then typing the words and selecting something other than body text. At the point prior to selecting the Heading (#) I sometimes can click on Outdent Left and move my just typed text left, but most of the time the outdent button does not work. You're also assuming Brooke (he/she) is talking about the display in the
resultant web page, in the browser. We still don't know if the reference
is to the web page, or in the Composer composition source code.
I still think we should confirm which is correct before recommending some
CSS to add.
Tables in a web page by default display at the left margin of their
containers. It's always been that way.

CTRLF Problem
Hi: When working in Composer I often use CTRLF to search (Find) some text and then use CTRLG to find the next instance of that same text. But now nothing happens when I click on FIND NEXT. But if I hit the red X and try again it works. I confirmed that performance while writing this email. After writing the last sentenance then pressing CTRLG the search failed. But now in SM 2.4 there are no symbols and the Close button does not work, so X is the last resort. Composer Publishing Window Lower Right Corner Almost off Screen
Hi: When a web page is published from Composer (Seamonkey 2.3.3) the window that pops up is located mostly off screen in the lower right hand corner. I liked it better when the window was fully visible in the lower right hand corner. Seamonkey Locked when Mail Busy
Hi: After clicking Get Mail and until all the mail has been loaded all Seamonkey applications are locked up. Is there a setting I can change that will stop that? When someone sends a large photograph or other file it's not nice because of this problem. Or is a software change needed that puts a small wait into the code. To test I went to http://www.google.com/ and File|Edit Page (or Ctrl-e). I can right click on the image access image properties, or with the image selected, use the 'Image' button to do the same. Hi: I have folders for different internet providers (Starband Satellite, ATT DSL, dial up to my hosting ISP). I'm no longer using Starband, but want to keep it as a backup option. Is there a way to move the ATT DSL folder above the Starband top folder? From Drop Down Box
Hi: For a month or so I'll be using two Internet Service Providers (Starband satellite and att DSL). I've added an account for the new att DSL in Seamonkey. Now when I send an email (like this one) just above the To: line is a From: line where there is a drop down box with two different email addresses (my Starband and my att email address). The default address is the one for Starband, not the DSL address that I set as default in Seamonkey. Hi Edgar: If you mean what happens when you open a JPEG type file (including .jpg) then you need to use: Tools \ Folder Options \ File Types in WIN XP to change the application program that's used for that file type. An alternate method is to highlight the file, then right click and select Open With, then choose the desired application form the list or browse to it. Hi John: If SM is like the old Netscape then it already has the ability to UPLOAD web pages. It's done by browsing to the ftp site then drag and drop the file from your computer to the web page. Fedex Page does not load

viewing .jpg Images in email?
Hi: I received an email with an attached jpg image. When I have the header information visible there's a box on the right showing the AM-7239C.jpg file. But when I try to open the image get the following error Window: ! C:\DOCUME~1/...AM-7239C.jpg could not be opened, because the associated helper application does no exist. Change the association in your preferences. Also when a link in an email is clicked the SeaMonkey browser opens, but the page remains white, i.e. does not load.
