Is there a more direct way of reporting bugs to them?

lock up, this happens just about 100% of the time. In most cases I can never
get we back and hve to reboot the computer.

1 cursor to a a link and press context menu key and press t then enter to

Some times we crashes the minute you use the key and some times when you

You can also try and rout the mouse pointer to the link and right click,

Re: Fire Fox Work around?

2016-01-25 Thread Reg Webb via Talk
I'm curious to know why some links behave like this for me in Firefox,
and not others.

One example of this kind of link is found at
http://ocado.com
A UK supermarket site.
Wade through all the rubbish at the top of the page until you get to the
"log in" link. For me, this link does nothing when I press enter on it,
but it works in IE.

Any thoughts?

Try using the context key and cursoring down to

Hi. Are you sure that FF isn't opening a new tab when you hit this
link? If it seems like it's doing nothing use ctrl-tab to see if there's
an additional tab open. I actually have FF set to immediately open new
tabs if they are created. This is not FF's default behavior.

Wade through all the rubbish at the top of the page until you get to the

but it works in IE.

Any thoughts?

RE: context key in ie we 9.3.1.0

2016-01-25 Thread Steve Clower via Talk
Greetings,

We have heard reports of this problem but have yet to replicate it in-house. A
couple of things to try:

1. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Manage Add-Ons, and disable any you
don't need.
2. Also in Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Options, select the advanced tab,
and reset your settings back to the defaults. Note this will leave bookmarks in
tact, and you shouldn't lose any data.
3. In WE, go to Apps -> Diagnostics -> Refresh Accessibility Libraries. Reboot
once this procedure is complete.

If your issue is urgent, or you believe the only people best able to resolve it
is someone from Ai Squared, I suggest either emailing wesupp...@aisquared.com
or calling (802) 362-3612. While we do monitor this list, emails directly to
our support box and via the phone take priority and you will get a response
faster this way.

Regards,
Steve

Hi, I think they do read the list. I wish there was a public bug tracker. So
you could know if the bug has been reported and being worked on. I know it
has not been that long since a we update came out, but there is quite a few
problems that really kill you in your tracks when trying to be productive.
If this was my only screen reader at this point I'd not be on the computer
much do to the problems things that take a minute or so to do can take 30
minutes or more fighting with we to keep it talking. And yes the other
screen readers are having their own problems too, but we is my main screen
reader and I'm doing my best to hang in there.

Hi, Folks. Have been up on Facebook trying to take care of things. Am
having trouble reading the messages I want to read and sending out new
ones. Also, tough finding recent messages. Is there an easy way to
navigate this Web Site? I find it extremely frustrating and a great
consumer of wasted time. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in

Matthew, is there a status line in Becky? for example, after sending a
message, is there a line that says, message sent successfully, or something
like that? If so, how can I read it? Also, how can I get Becky to save a
copy of my sent messages? Do I need to create a folder for that, or does
Becky save them on my machine by default? Thanks for any help.
