at the moment we have no venue for SotM 2020. There are no candidates
even yet. Hello world! Is there any OSM community who would like to host
SotM spontaneous? We extend the call for bids until end of August. We
would like to present the SotM 2020 in Heidelberg during SotM 2019.

Please use our wiki form for the formal part of your bid [1]. But don't
hesitate to ask questions to the SotM working group via email.

Did you ever consider to provide the unconference format? This could be
an amazing change to what we are used. Or should we just meet for a
barbecue? :)

Or how about an upgrade of your local conference to a global?

[OSM-ja] "state" は「京都府」じゃなくて、「近畿地方」です？

こんにちは。「https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse?accept-language=ja=1=json=34.986131846887=135.74265446478=18」について、なぜでしょうか「state」は「京都府」じゃなくて、「近畿地方」ですか？以前は「京都府」でしたけど、最近は違います。データの間違いかなと思ってます。
変な日本語をご許しください。

Bona tarda,

Gràcies a tots dos per opinar. Sobre l’anàlisi, d’entrada he vist que els
centres estan repetits, sense que hagi trobat encara per quin motiu.
Pensava que era una fila per tipus d’ensenyament, però no és així. Com
exemple, un centre de Girona que apareix 4 cops, ofereix EINF1C, EINF2C,
EPRI, ESO i BATX a les quatres files. La única diferència és el curs i any
de les dades, a banda 2 files tenen unes coordenades i 2 files unes altres.
En aquest cas caldria posar-les sobre el mapa per veure si consta de dos
edificis que justifiquin aquesta diferència.

Victor, hi ha alguna manera automàtica de fer aquest anàlisi, és a dir,
comparar les dades dels centres repetits i detectar les diferències?

En funció d’aquestes diferències, decidiríem què fer. Per exemple, si la
diferència està en les dates del curs, agafar el més actual; si són
geogràfiques, d’adreça, telèfon, correu o altre mitjà de contacte,
deixar-les per poder analitzar manualment quines són les correctes...


Pitort, sobre el que comentes, entenc la teva preocupació, però cal tenir
en compte que intentarem fer la importació el millor possible, i això vol
dir moltes hores de preparació prèvia per preveure què ens trobarem i com
ho solucionarem.

1 - efectivament, ja hi ha molta informació al mapa i cal respectar-la. En
el flux de treball s’haurà de detallar què es farà quan ja hi hagi
informació al mapa. Ens podem trobar escoles que són un node, un edifici o
un recinte, algunes tindran adreça i dades contacte, però la majoria només
tindran el nom. Els hi podem afegir les dades de contacte, els cicles que
cobreix, si són públiques o privades, la franja d’edat dels alumnes...

2 - això també s’ha de preveure en el procediment d’importació. Abans de
donar per bo un centre, cal comprovar si està a un lloc lògic. A la wiki
s’ha de detallar com i què fer: les coordenades cauen a l’adreça que indica
el centre? Es pot confirmar d’alguna manera que hi ha un centre i és el que
s’indica? Si no es pot, què es fa amb aquest centre? Si no hi ha res,
deixem només el node que prové del dataset o dibuixem recinte, edificis i
serveis?


El concepte d’importació com bolcar les dades d’un dataset al mapa de
manera automàtica ja no té sentit avui dia. Es tracta més de verificar què
hi ha i completar-ho amb dades oficials, per això parlo d’importació,
perquè es fa amb dades oficials i hi haurà un procediment més o menys
automatitzat al darrera (conversió d’etiquetes, gestor de tasques, flux de
treball...)

Una de les coses que es pot fer com a pas previ és fer una consulta sobre
els centres que tenim actualment al mapa i quines etiquetes tenen, si algú
sap com fer-la i bolcar-la en un fitxer que puguem consultar, endavant!

cosa c'è da mappare? Se tutto è stato rimosso e non c'è più niente, si
potrebbe togliere i poligoni degli edifici, oppure lasciarli per il momento
come razed:building=* per evitare che vengono ricreati da vecchi foto.
Se invece ci sono ancora macerie lascerei come casa crollata oppure come
cantiere.

A noi interessa la realtà, non cosa si pensa di fararanno, per cui, se
attualmente gli edifici non ci sono più ed il loro posto è tutto pulito,
toglierei il poligono dell'edificio, poi se nel tempo verrà ricostruito,
lo si rimetterà con nuova geometria o posizione, tutto comunque rimarrà
nello storico OSM.

...gia questo personalmente piace e dal punto del rendering ottiene quello a
cui avevo pensato e al momento della sistemazione si può rimettere
highway=pat...
...il singolo albero lo si trova su qualsiasi sentiero ed è facilmente by
passabile...

perché noexit viene usato sull’ultimo nodo del highway per indicare che non 
continua. Secondo il wiki deve essere ignorato dal routing, e non costituisce 
divieto di accesso. È un tag del QM.

Io spezzerei i tratti non utilizzabili e aggiungerei un prefisso al highway 
tag, tipo construction:highway oppure abandoned:highway se non ci saranno 
lavori di ripristino. In più ci metterei il tag obstacle. Così la route rimane 
intatto, i router non utilizzeranno più il percorso, si riesce a distinguere i 
tratti danneggiati da quelli rimasti, e i rendering standard mostreranno buchi 
invece di tratti dove non ci sono più. Questo nel caso che gli ostacoli/tratti 
interessati fossero lunghi. Se invece è caduto un singolo albero aggiungerei un 
nodo sul highway con tag obstacle

Ormai sono passati anni dal terremoto del centro Italia, ci sono interi 
edifici che non esistono più.
Subito dopo il terremoto è stata fatta la classificazione in crollati, 
parzialmente crollati, agibili.
Attualmente come bisogna considerarli, bisogna eliminare il poligono 
(cosa che non vorrei fare) o attribuire un particolare tag che lo mette 
in sospensione fino a nuove decisioni?

No per come ha colpito la tempesta le interruzioni sono per segmenti di decine 
se non centinaia di metri

Oddiovalicabili con grande pazienza e una buona dose di rischio, sia di 
finire infilzati da qualche ramo sia di prendersi in testa un albero restato in 
piedi ma in condizioni precarie: io stesso ho visto un paio di settimane fa da 
una forestale transitabile un abete in una delle zone colpite schiantarsi 
apparentemente da solo e senza vento. Molti degli abeti rimasti in piedi ma 
isolati saranno destinati a schiantarsi se non verranno abbattuti prima.

Sui sentieri SAT con tratti interessati dagli schianti che ho percorso io ho 
notato un segnale di divieto all'inizio degli stessi tratti (non quindi per 
tutto il sentiero ma solo per la parte inagibile ma anche prima di arrivare 
agli alberi abbattuti dal vento) che non sarei sicuro possa avere valore legale 
ma che interpreterei senz'altro con access=no.

si miramos la clasificación del IUCN, ENIL estaría clasificado como
categoría V (protected_class=5) porque se centra en la protección de la
biodiversidad en espacios historicamente humanizados:
Category Ia Human intervention is expected. Category V does not prioritize
research, though it can offer opportunities to study interactions between
people and nature.
Category Ib Category V protected areas are not “wilderness” as defined by
IUCN. Many will be subject to management intervention inimical to the
concept of category Ib.
Category II Category II seeks to minimize human activity in order to allow
for “as natural a state as possible”. Category V includes an option of
continuous human interaction.
Category III Category III focuses on specific features and single values and
emphasises the monumentality, uniqueness and/or rarity of individual
features, whereas these are not required for category V protected areas,
which encompasses broader landscapes and multiple values.
Category IV Category V aims to protect overall landscapes and seascapes that
have value to biodiversity, whereas category IV aims often quite
specifically to protect identified target species and habitats. Category V
protected areas will often be larger than category IV.
Category VI Category VI emphasises the need to link nature conservation in
natural areas whilst supporting sustainable livelihoods: conversely category
V emphasises values from long-term interactions of people and nature in
modified conditions. In category VI the emphasis is on sustainable use of
environmental products and services (typically hunting, grazing, management
of natural resources), whereas in category V the emphasis is on more
intensive uses (typically agriculture, forestry, tourism). Category VI will
usually be more “natural” than category V.

espacios naturales protegidos que contienen elementos o sistemas naturales
de particular valor, interés o singularidad, tanto debido a la acción y
evolución de la naturaleza como derivados de la actividad humana, que por
propuesta de los Ayuntamientos, las instituciones y los propietarios
particulares pueden proponer la Consellería de Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo

En ese momento no podía mirármelo y le propuse que remitiera la consulta a
la lista. Ayer estuve investigando qué había sobre el tema en la lista y en
la wiki, lo consulté con él y en vez de abrir un hilo nuevo, recuperamos
este.

A mi parecer, la clasificación que aparece en la wiki general [1] se queda
“corta” en cuanto entramos a las particularidades de cada parque o espacio
natural. Investigando por la wiki, he visto que dentro del proyecto España
hay una subpágina dedicada a los espacios protegidos, donde aparecen algunos
listados [2]. Por otro lado, en el proyecto de la comunidad catalana se hizo
el listado de todos los espacios naturales para su revisión [3]. No he
sabido encontrar si alguna otra comunidad los ha listado, lo siento. 
En todo caso, en ninguna de las dos se hace referencia al etiquetado de esos
espacios, que creo sería interesante incorporar. En la página catalana [3]
se relacionan los ENPE (Espacios Naturales de Protección Especial) con su
categoría UICN (Unión Internacional para la Conservación de la Naturaleza)
correspondiente, y tal como se recoge en la wiki sobre áreas protegidas,
podría relacionarse UICN 1-6 <-> protect_class=1-6.

[6], and all Spanish-speaking countries [7] on the Wiki.


I could make the necessary changes, and also add the "Country" template

All pages with "WikiProject" prefix will be redirected automatically. 
There will be no broken links in any case.  I'll make sure everything 
works correctly, just like now.

ho una domanda per voi: qualcuno ha mai pensato di inserire le informazioni
sul lavaggio strade in OSM?
Se volessi mappare per il 4° mercoledì del mese da mezzanotte alle 6,
divieto di sosta per entrambi i lati:

parking:condition:both:maxstay=0 @ (We[4] 00:00-06:00)

Sarebbe una soluzione accettabile?
Si perde forse solo il motivo della restrizione.
Grazie in anticipo a chi mi darà risposta.

cadastre de josm, désactive la protection contre le pistage ou autre 
pour ce site (cadenas vert dans la barre d'adresse pour FF).
