Hello all. For the past few versions of TB (including 4.1.1.4), I will be reading through a longer HTML email (say a newsletter), and after about 2 seconds, TB will automatically scroll the email back to the top. This seems to have gotten better in the last version of TB (only doing it once) whereas prior versions would do it non-stop. It seems to happen more in emails that have a lot of graphics. Hello Bob, I agree that Christian went a bit overboard in his frustration, and I had questions about the upgrade myself (considering that I renewed my license in 21 November 2007, thinking it would be valid into version 4.1, and it wasn't - although that was clarified in the February 2008 website posting, which satisfies me). However, let's not be unkind to Christian or act as a parent voice, just accept that is where he is. Haven't we all lashed out in frustration at times? So Christian must be allowed the same ventilating, even if you and I think that it was unjustified. One can 'ventilate' disagreement (even strong disagreement) and frustration with a little more respect for people working very very hard to earn an honest living. Hello Stefan, Tuesday, December 16, 2008, 3:54:45 AM, you wrote: Yes, this is by design. You've been asked once. Basically, it's not a good idea to downgrade from a version that is using new message base index format, you'd better use full backup every time you change version. I see. But I'm testing the translation of the new index conversion warning dialog(the string dlIdxNewFormatWarning1~4). So would you please tell me how to invoke this warning dialog now? Anyhow, everyone on the list should know about it by now. I will give the upgrade from version 1-3 a go. That is what I did, and it worked fine (Home Edition - I don't have the Pro Edition). -- Take Care, Bob -- Using The Bat! 4.1.1.4 RC1 (BETA) Windows XP 5.1 build 2600 Service Pack 3 Current beta is 4.1.1.3 (RC1) | 'Using TBBETA' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
