The mail has a transparent image from a php file with a serial number

The perfect option will be a button or something to load the images of

and THIS should be up to the USER. Just as Thomas says (and I agree

As implemented in the fabulous news reader 40tude dialog you could consider
implementing a (possibly language dependant) file

known acronyms in the form ACRO=meaning.

The viewer can display the acronyms underlined and if the user places the

roll back to the release version.

oh okay. Thanks for your answer. I guess I will just wait for the next beta. :-)

Hallo Fledermäuse!

I am not sure if this has been discussed before, but I haven't found anything about it
on this list.
I only notice this since the new Beta 2.1.
I have set up filters to forward spam to spamcop (I think this stuff comes from Marcks
pages), and then to move the mail to trash.
This doesn't work anymore, at least not 100%. The mail gets sent out, I can see it for
a split second in the outbox, but I then can still the the message in the message list
of my spam folder. First I thought it didn't get moved to Trash at all, but it did -
when I click on another folder and then click back on the spam folder, thne the
message is not there anymore.
When I noticed that first time, yesterday, I thought I didn't hit the key combo
properly and did it again, 3 or 4 times. The message was still there. When I checked
in the trash box, the message was there - 4 or 5 times. So it worked, TB just forgot
to remove the mail from the list of the spam folder.

Most interesting to me with all these heated comments is the light
they shed on TB: Would the comments be as strong if TB is really such
an overpriced piece of crap as I seem to distill from many of today's
 posts?

well as I said, I don't find TB overpriced in itself, and I wouldn't mind paying 50%
of 40 Euro (or so) for an upgrade license for V3, IF
a) V2 would be all that was promised, and mostly bug-free (completely isn't possible I
dare say)
b) therefore any exciting announcement made about V3 would be as good as a reliable
roadmap...

which isn't the case.

if germans are always the loudest to complain I can't verify, since I can only check
out german and english forums. Anyone from czech, polnish or french websites on here?

And I think there are quite some people using TB because they got fed up with a
certain overpriced crap ;-) But at least to ME, a software isn't just the features

what's that mean? (IMAP question)

2004-01-31 Thread Jurgen Haug
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-

Hallo

can someone tell me what all that means?
What does the 1* stand for, and the 9* ???

and on whichever folder I click, the message pane remains empty, as if there are no
messages at all!

and apart from that, I just see that the Template attached in the address book for
doing a new mail to TBBETA doesn't work anymore (should be a different greeting for
instance).

yes, I confirm that so much!

Confirmed - there is a list of QT's showing in the Utilities menu of
the Message Editor window but if one is selected whilst creating an
HTML formatted message nothing happens even though the QT is there and
works fine when creating a plain text message in the same window.

I haven't found anything new on this one on TBBETA. Is this being addressed?

Hallo Fledermäuse!

when my girlfriend gets an email on her side of the PC, and the sender was asking for
a reading confirmation, the confirmation gets generated, goes to the Outbox, and sits
there. :-/
the option 'send immediately' under 'Folder Properties/Confirmation' is ticked, so I
don't see why it doesn't work. Any ideas?

not just a problem with the icon, what about the scrollbar???

2003-10-29 Thread Jurgen Haug
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-

Hallo Fledermäuse!

there's not just this issue with the icon, that someone stole, what about the
scrollbar? Until 2.01.7 the height of that part to scroll the content up and down
(how's that called, technically???) was representing the percentage of the displayed
area of the whole virtual window...
Now, with .15, it's just this tiny piece to drag...

did that make sense? I guess not. Have a looksee here, pictures speak more than my
words...

new to TBBETA

Hallo Fledermäuse,

I am new to the Beta group, just installed Beta/11, and I found one or two odd things.
But before I start asking stupid questions, or point out the one bug that already got
pointed out 200 times, could someone point out the necessary URLs, like for a bug
tracker or so? I hope that's not already a 200-times-asked-stupid-question
