Strange. What's even more strange is I have my trash icon as the last on

Hello 9Val,

The Bat! 3.5 Return RC7 is now available from:
 http://www.ritlabs.com/en/tbbeta/

I sort most of my view modes, usually threaded by Reference, by Created.
After starting RC7 for the first time most folders I have viewed were
randomly sorted. I had to click on the Created column to get proper
sorting and, when leaving the folder, accept the changes to view mode.

9 The Bat! 3.5 Return RC7 is now available from:
9 http://www.ritlabs.com/en/tbbeta/

Things Ive noticed.

the specials menu, create filter still doesnt work

the Main menu (Menu bar version) short cuts, dont match up with the
right click shortcuts, and only the right click shortcuts work, eg,
main menu says ctrl+F5 for reply, right click says ctrl+enter,
ctrl+enter works, of course, inside a message its ctrl+r .. it would
be amazingly nice if these were all the same. (I like ctrl+r myself)

Sort order for my view has been changed from received to by name, grr,
hate that.

Maybe my imagination but seems to draw like an old app without
optimization.

Spelling of Sorting Office in icon textbox of Main Window toolbar
 fixed--thanks a mil, 9Val! :)

Also, scroll bars working correctly for folder tree and message list.
Could same fix apply to the preview pane? Currently, message keeps
scrolling until the last line is all that's shown, i.e. top of pane
(scroll bar stops but message continues to this point.) Using PTV...
 okay with RTV.

Further about Scroll Bars: scaling (empty lines/white space at bottom)
in Account Folder Tree and Message List still needs fixing.

I tested it on 3 systems, win98/w2k/XP and I can confirm it for each

CF No, sorry. My recycle bin is there. Nothing has changed in that field.

It won't unless you resize the window The Bat is running in. Make the
window narrower and it won't have any option other than to tell you where
the rest of your icons are. Stuarts window is just too narrow to display
 all the icons.

I've got plenty of software that does the same if the window is too narrow
to display the full length of the menu bar.

There must be a reason why the shortcuts are different. Anyway, you say

Hello Peter,

M Left clicking (over the priority icon) brings up the context menu
M that should only pop up with a right click.

There are more status-bar pop-ups using LMB. Following your logic, these
should also not pop-up using LMB?

It is not _my_ logic. It is quite standard to get context menus with
right clicks and not left ones. Aside of that, at least until 3.0.2.10
(which I have just verified), there were no left click context menus in
any part of the editor status bar. And... a left click on the priority
icon cycles through the three possible priorities.
