[Bug 475133] Re: flash plugin nota vaileble for karmic
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, we can't fix it because your description didn't include enough information. You may find it helpful to read "How to report bugs effectively" http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/bugs.html. We'd be grateful if you would then provide a more complete description of the problem. We have instructions on debugging some types of problems at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProcedures. At a minimum, we need: 1. the specific steps or actions you took that caused you to encounter the problem, 2. the behavior you expected, and 3. the behavior you actually encountered (in as much detail as possible). Thanks! When reporting bugs in the future please use apport, either via the appropriate application's "Help -> Report a Problem" menu or using 'ubuntu-bug' and the name of the package affected. You can learn more about this functionality at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ReportingBugs. ** Changed in: update-manager (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- flash plugin nota vaileble for karmic https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/475133 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 508809] [NEW] volume keys not working on random booting icon theme lost at the same time.
Public bug reported: Some boots it seems to read longer when booting, and then doesn't show the icon theme that I have selected. Nor do the volume-keys work. If you only get stereo sound, this can have several reasons. 1. the vob file only has Dolby Digital 2.0. 2. the sound gets resampled by pulseaudio. ** Changed in: software-center (Ubuntu) Status: New => Incomplete -- installer does not work https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/508736 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 508817] [NEW] file broswer hangs when mount is removed
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus I have a remote machine I mount via the fsab entry >>>sshfs#my_lo...@my_mahine_name:my_mount_point my_directory fuse user, noauto >>>0 0 I mount this as myself after using the VPN to get onto the network that the machine lives on. After working with this mount I normally remember to unmount it before logging off the vpn, but if I don't the file browser hangs if any attempt is made to use that directory. In fact if I use the command line and try to cd to that directory the terminal hangs also. After a large amount of time the system appears to understand that the mount is now missing and all is well, but this is an infuriatingly long time if you made the mistake of opening a program that references the dir as they all hang up. What I think should happen is that the VPN being closed should announce the fact via dbus to a mount daemon (fuse daemon ?) . That mount daemon should determine what mounts should be closed. It could keep a list of the mounts opened after the vpn was started, but that is a little sketchy, maybe it was your own disk. I think it would be better to have an attribute of a fuse mount that associates it with a VPN or other network connection being valid.
