Re: siri and text messages

2012-12-05 Thread Bill Gallik
Not withstanding that you may have employed Siri to compose and address a text
message, you still have the option of locating the “SEND” button and activating
that via the double tap gesture.

I realize that may not be what you’re looking for in an answer, but it would
help you out for the time being.

Personally, I have pretty well abandoned Siri for sending messages, so much of
what I say gets misinterpreted and it’s more difficult to locate the errors and
correct them than to compose the message via Dictate or typing in the first
place. By the way, I find that the Dictate feature does a much better job of
speech to text; that really doesn’t make much sense because I can’t imagine the
programming that drives either utility would be much different from each other.

belonging to it can be apart from that -- as a good time; a kind, forgiving,
charitable, pleasant time: the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the
year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts
freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were
fellow-passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on
other journeys. And therefore, uncle, though it has never put a scrap of gold

Sonos continues to disappoint even while adding cool new features

2012-12-05 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Hello Listers, especially those who own Sonos products,

Hello Mike from Sonos,

Sonos released an app update tonight. The single new feature that was
mentioned is the ability to now play music that is in your music library on
the phone and not just music that is stored on your PC or external hard
drive. While this is a nice feature and it is perfectly accessible, I
discovered that Sonos also broke a feature when Voiceover is running. A
couple of updates ago Sonos announced that if you were in the Sonos app it
was now possible to turn the playback volume on your Sonos player(s) up or
down using the volume keys on the phone. This worked just fine and Voiceover
volume was unchanged when Sonos volume was adjusted. In this most recent
update I discovered that when I wanted to turn up the playback volume on my
Sonos player nothing happened and instead Voiceover volume is being turned
up even though Voiceover was not talking at that time. I turned Voiceover
off with a triple click home and the volume up key worked just fine to turn
up the playback volume on my Sonos player. It is clearly a new bug and while
I will report this to Sonos I am afraid that their lack of response in the
past regarding accessibility will mean that from now on a Voiceover user
cannot use the volume buttons any more unless you first turn off Voiceover.
I CC this message to Mike Carlino, one of the Sonos support people, and I
urge all you Sonos users to send emails to Mike as well. I also posted the
below message on the Sonos Facebook page, Apple is making a big deal of the
accessibility features of the iPhone and more and more people are aware of
Apple's fantastic work so I don't see why they shouldn't be aware of other
companies who apparently couldn't care less about visually impaired users
beyond the fact that we also paid to buy their product.

Here is what I posted on the Sonos Facebook page:

Top marks for the latest Sonos update if you are not visually impaired; for
blind iOS users Sonos continues to disappoint. Apple has been emphasizing
their commitment to accessibility in many areas. One of these includes
Voiceover, a built-in screenreader which has been included into every iOS
version for several years as well as into the OSX operating system.
Voiceover allows a blind user such as myself full access to a touch screen
device which due to its lack of tactile buttons used to be considered
impossible. In true Apple fashion accessibility has been implemented and as
Steve Jobbs was font of saying it just works. Being able to use a popular
device such as an iPhone out of the box without having to spend hundreds or
even thousands of Dollars for specialty devices or software is truely
revolutionary. Hundreds of developers have jumped onto the accessibility
bandwagon and made improvements such a making sure buttons are properly
labelled and information can be read with Voiceover. One exception is Sonos.
I as well as a number of other blind iPhone users who also own Sonos players
(8 of them in my case) have beged Sonos for over 2 years to make a few minor
improvements and to make a commitment to accessibility which would ensure
continued support for accessibility. One example is the fact that the
Previous, Play/Pause and Next buttons are not labelled and are read by
Voiceover as something like vertical bar slash. I have been told by other
developers that labelling a button is literally a matter of minutes yet
Sonos releases update after update and just ignores the issue. In the most
recent release which allows streaming of music that is on your iPhone Sonos
took it a step further and broke the ability to adjust the volume of
playback with the volume buttons, a feature they made a big deal of a couple
of updates ago. The feature used to work, now turning the volume up
increases the volume of the Voiceover screenreader and Sonos volume remains
unchanged. This is not a big deal although the ability to change playback
volume with the volume buttons is nice and it continues to work just fine if
I turn Voiceover off so it is obvious that this bug was introduced in this
update. I would love to buy a couple more Sonos players, but I am right now
very worried that one day Sonos will release an update which will completely
break the accessibility of the app and it will leave me with just under
$4,000 of Sonos equipment which I will not be able to use any longer. I hope
that by letting sighted users know about this some of you will support
visually impaired Sonos users by letting Sonos know that this is important.
Of course the number of blind Sonos users is very small as a percentage of
all users, however making sure that people who have invested in a Sonos
system are actually able to fully enjoy the product is simply the right
thing to do especially since the app is probably 90% accessible and only a
few minor improvements would be required. Sonos, if you have no intention to
make such improvements, why not just say so outright instead

If you're running iOS 6, you don't have it unless you downloaded it from the
app store. I personally don't think it's any more accessible than the
previous version, but that's ok since I like Youplayer anyway, and may try
Mctube since people also say that one's good as well.
Is Mctube laid out like YouPlayer? Or is it different?

I use the calendar all the time. However, I use month view most of the time.

If memory serves, the listview lists all the appointments scheduled in the

Re: Not Updating Apps

2012-12-05 Thread Raul A. Gallegos
Hi, normally the answer is no as others have said. However if you have a
jailbroken phone you can get the update hider tweak and accomplish what
you are asking. If you are using iOS 6.0 or 6.0.1 then I don't believe
you can jailbreak very successfully.

Re: siri and text messages

2012-12-05 Thread Christopher Chaltain
I don't know the history of SIRI and the dictate feature, but as with
all large companies, it's possible that they were developed separately
by two different teams, or one technology was acquired from another
company. In a situation like this, it's possible that Apple would merge
the two applications and source code, but this would be done only if
Apple saw that they'd save some money in the long run with support
costs. Oh, well, just my way of saying that I'm not surprised these two
similar apps behave a bit differently.

On 05/12/12 02:52, Bill Gallik wrote:
Not withstanding that you may have employed Siri to compose and address

I realize that may not be what you’re looking for in an answer, but it
would help you out for the time being.

Personally, I have pretty well abandoned Siri for sending messages, so
much of what I say gets misinterpreted and it’s more difficult to locate
the errors and correct them than to compose the message via Dictate or
typing in the first place. By the way, I find that the Dictate feature
does a much better job of speech to text; that really doesn’t make much
sense because I can’t imagine the programming that drives either utility
would be much different from each other.

Thanks Raul for this info and review. Just a question, not a complaint.
The message to which I am responding was posted on December 4 shortly

RE: Amazon Basics Bluetooth keyboard on sale

2012-12-05 Thread Kramlinger, Keith G., M.D.
I've heard segments on various news programs that online sellers will be
changing the price of their items on a regular basis this holiday season, even
over the course of a single day. They have encouraged not only comparison
shopping among different online retailers, but to check back frequently with
the same retailer to see if there has been a favorable price change. Price
changes are not always in the cheaper direction, though.

Re: Calendar app for iOS doing something strange

2012-12-05 Thread Christina C.
I'd love the list view if it were working correctly. Can I access an event from
the month view to edit or review the details. The steps I have been taking are
to select the date in month view, then going to day view, then from there I
find the event I need to edit. Then open it. That's a lot of steps. :)

Also, when I do a search calendar locks up and shuts down. Is this a bug as
well? I cannot do a search for anything in Calendar.

Thanks,
Christina

Re: Calendar app for iOS doing something strange

2012-12-05 Thread David Chittenden
Sure, you can find the list of events for a selected day in the month view by
looking between the bottom of the day list and the tabs at the bottom of the
screen. You will find two to four events at a time listed. Double tap on the
event you wish to access, and use the three finger vertical swipe to shift
through the list.

You could try triple-pressing the home button on the phone, I was under the
impression that it turned VO on for setup. If not, if you start up iTunes,
then plug the phone in, it should work. If it doesn't, try unplugging and
replugging the phone in while iTunes is still open. Sometimes Windows just
needs to reinstall the apple hardware drivers.

Re: iTunes and an accidentally wiped phone, helpp, help!!!

2012-12-05 Thread Marc Rocheleau
P.S. VO is still on the phone, btw, it just needs to be reactivated
via either the method I stated or through iTunes once your device
shows up again. As for your apps, in the setup, just set it up from a
backup (it'll give you the option.) As long as you were backing up to
the cloud, your iPhone will simply redownload all your apps for you
(although it'll be the most up to date versions in the app store, not
any non-updated versions you may have had on your phone.)

I don't understand what jaws or window eyes has to do with VO loading

Re: Sonos continues to disappoint even while adding cool new features

2012-12-05 Thread Tony Bernedal
Hi.
That happened with the mac app. it's now completely useless. And I have
contacted them several times with no luck. So I can't recommend Sonos at the
moment. If they show more interest to get both ios, android and the computer
software accessible I can change my mind.
Airplay with airport express and ios and the mac is at the moment a better
choice.

Nice work man. I hope you'll get success with that. I have looked at the

because that totally depends on the app for the i-devices. If they brakes
that, we are left alone with those extremely expensive products which we are
totally unable to use. So I think I will get a promise from the team that
they are going to take accessibility serious in the future, before I de site
to buy any of their products or not. I really wants to by some of their

Den 05/12/2012 kl. 10.14 skrev Sieghard Weitzel siegh...@live.ca:

I also posted the
below message on the Sonos Facebook page, Apple is making a big deal of the
accessibility features of the iPhone and more and more people are aware of
Apple’s fantastic work so I don’t see why they shouldn’t be aware of other
companies who apparently couldn’t care less about visually impaired users
beyond the fact that we also paid to buy their product.

You could try triple-pressing the home button on the phone, I was under the
impression that it turned VO on for setup. If not, if you start up iTunes,
then plug the phone in, it should work. If it doesn't, try unplugging and
replugging the phone in while iTunes is still open. Sometimes Windows just
needs to reinstall the apple hardware drivers.

RE: iTunes and an accidentally wiped phone, helpp, help!!!

2012-12-05 Thread Regina Alvarado
Yes, understood, but all I see when my phone is attached to the computer in
iTunes are things to buy. I am running Jaws 12. Where do I go to see the
phone? Thanks for help in advance. I am quite shaken about this, but if I
learn some about iTunes, maybe I will use it instead of just the charger.
Going to check Applevis right now. In my hysterics, I just forgot they
existed. However, any help is still deeply appreciated.

Re: Amazon Basics Bluetooth keyboard on sale

2012-12-05 Thread Raul A. Gallegos
Hi there. I have no idea. I did not mention it in my original email but the
keyboard does include the many stand for the iPad. At the time that I am placed
my order and I wrote the email, the keyboard was $29.58. So if it has gone up
since then, it means that the keyboard prices are fluctuating. Normally the
price is $44. So even if it is $31 that is still not a bad deal. On a slightly
different note, I was not overly impressed with Black Friday or cyber Monday
sales this year. Since those days I have found many things which are on sale at
good prices. However sometimes the sale price only lasts a few hours or a day.
Sometimes when you go back the next day or later on in the day the price is
much higher if you are unlucky or much lower if you're lucky.

Re: app switcher

2012-12-05 Thread Christopher Chaltain
The following advice was at the end of the attached message, in case
anyone missed it.

it is always a good idea to remove apps from the app switcher. Really
 saves your battery!

this is true, and it probably goes without saying, but there are also
good reasons to leave things in the App Switcher, such as if you're
going to be jumping between different apps. I tend to open up all of my
social networking apps and leave them running for a while. This is
because that as I see something in a news feed I want to post on Google
Plus, I want to be able to jump between those apps without having to
restart them. It's true leaving apps running will drain your battery and
take up memory, but don't forget, your battery and memory are there to
be used. Definitely unload things you don't need running for a while,
but I'd advise against being so draconian that it start to impact your
productivity. Just my $0.02.

With that spelling I was able to find it in the U.S. store.

This worked just fine and
Voiceover volume was unchanged when Sonos volume was adjusted. In this most
recent update I discovered that when I wanted to turn up the playback
volume on my Sonos player nothing happened and instead Voiceover volume is
being turned up even though Voiceover was not talking at that time. I
turned Voiceover off with a triple click home and the volume up key worked
just fine to turn up the playback volume on my Sonos player. It is clearly
a new bug and while I will report this to Sonos I am afraid that their lack
of response in the past regarding accessibility will mean that from now on
a Voiceover user cannot use the volume buttons any more unless you first
turn off Voiceover. I CC this message to Mike Carlino, one of the Sonos
support people, and I urge all you Sonos users to send emails to Mike as
well. I also posted the below message on the Sonos Facebook page, Apple is
making a big deal of the accessibility features of the iPhone and more and
more people are aware of Apple’s fantastic work so I don’t see why they
shouldn’t be aware of other companies who apparently couldn’t care less
about visually impaired users beyond the fact that we also paid to buy
 their product.

One exception is
Sonos. I as well as a number of other blind iPhone users who also own Sonos
players (8 of them in my case) have beged Sonos for over 2 years to make a
few minor improvements and to make a commitment to accessibility which
would ensure continued support for accessibility. One example is the fact

I got my iTunes certificates, but not via email.

2012-12-05 Thread Kevin Minor
Hi.

I called the Apple Care number, 800-275-2273. I spoke to a very helpful
gentleman in the Apple TV department. He relayed my issue of not receiving
my certificates via email that I ordered over iTunes. If anyone else runs
into this issue here's how to get the certificate code to enter into iTunes.

Go to the iTunes Store home button and hit it.

Hit F6 to get back to the search option, then TAB to where you find your
user ID., which will also say something like View my iTunes Store Account.
Hit that button.

Now you'll find a menu. Here you can redeem your certificate, but right now
you're not interested in that. What you want is the Account option.

Now you'll be put on a browser page with your recent items you purchased.
Look for the one you most recently purchased. In this part there is an
unlabeled button. Hit it.

Now you should be on a page with more information about your purchase,
including your certificate code. Copy it to the clipboard.

Now hit F6 again, go to the View my Account button again, and select
Redeem from the menu.

Now follow the prompts you run into. Paste the code in the edit box you
find there, then TAB to the Redeem button.

That's all there is to it. I had two certificates to redeem, and I found
the method to get to the previous certificate to be a bit confusing. I'm
not sure what I did to get to it, but I have both certificates redeemed, so
I have a nice balance for this month's music. Woo Hoo!

Hope this helps someone else out.

GO CATS!

You're in the iTunes store. Press F6, and you should eventually land on the

You could try triple-pressing the home button on the phone, I was

Sorry to hear the iPad update is also a loser. This is particularly galling,
because they broke accessibility once before then fixed it after getting plenty

any other vo-friendly apps that are like zite in letting you pick categories

 Dear Alex and All,

I have, as this is very important, firstly checked with our internal
finance team, and then with HMRC directly.

You cannot, repeat cannot, get nil rated VAT relief on items purchased
within the UK which are, so to speak, off the shelf none adaptive
 technologies.

The simple rule of thumb is; if the item comes right off the shelf, and
can be used without modification or alteration by the disabled person,
 then it does not qualify.

Yes, the iPhone has Voice Over built into it, as do all Apple products,
yet, the same inclusive or access technology is included in all of Apple's

products. This is not a specific modification for the blind user.

As such, Apple's products do not qualify for VAT nil rating under this
 section of law.

They directed me to the below text, which I have, for ease, copied and
 pasted below.

It should be noted, that if you obtain a product without paying VAT, where

you should have, you are as liable as the vender. In other words, it is
not a defence to say,'well, Apple gave me the VAT nil rating…

Goods and services exempt from VAT

In accordance with group 14 of the zero rate schedule to the value
 added tax act 1983.

Blind and partially sighted people, and charities working on their
behalf, can buy certain goods without paying VAT on them. This relief
 from VAT also extends to:

 - the provision of services to adapt items for use by, or to meet the
needs of, a blind or partially sighted person
 - spare parts, accessories, repair and maintenance of such goods and
 adaptations.

Goods which have been designed solely for use by disabled or blind and
partially sighted people and which are for personal or domestic use only
 will be zero-rated for VAT.

This would include such items as:

 - CCTV reading aids
 - braille display units
 - braille embossers
 - speech synthesiser units
 - speech output and character enlargement software.

Computer systems which are specially designed and manufactured solely
for the use of disabled people may qualify for a composite or reduced
rate of VAT where components and software similar to the above are
 included in their manufacture.

Training in the use of such computer systems may also qualify for a
reduced rate of VAT for individuals where the equipment is used for
personal or domestic use. You should check with your supplier regarding
the amount of VAT to be charged when discussing purchase of you computer
 system.

Relief does not apply to general purpose goods used by disabled people.

Corrective spectacles and contact lenses are not relieved from VAT.

If you need to have any general-purpose goods adapted to meet your needs
as a disabled person, so that you can use them, anything you pay to have
them adapted is exempt from VAT, but you would have to pay the normal
rate of VAT on the goods themselves.

Some building work may also be exempt from VAT, including:

 - ramps, doorways and passages
 - bathrooms, washrooms and lavatories
 - lifts.

 -ends-

The last paragraph here is important, that the actual item itself is not
nil rateable, only the adaption. Voice Over is not an adaption, it is not
something specially installed for you, its there for any user, sighted or
 otherwise.

 Neil Barnfather

Why should you not have listened to the tech; it at least sounds like the tech
was trying to help you and what was suggested sounded like a reasonable attempt
to get rid of your problem. The tech didn't apparently realize that you didn't
know that wiping your phone really does mean you have to start over including
starting voiceover and maybe he/she should have made sure you understood that.
But as you said in another post, maybe this is an opportunity for you to
finally learn to use iTunes with your phone.

As for iCloud, why can't you enter your info? Do you not have your id and
password or are you having trouble entering them? If you don't have your id and
password, I honestly don't know what you should do. If you are having trouble
entering the information, please explain the problem specifically so some of us
can try to help you.

RE: wiped iPhone

Yes, I am signed into iCloud, but there is no restore button. I have just
been on the phone with both Sprint and Apple for the last 3 hours, and they
say they need to re-wipe the phone and go through 2 or 3 screens at the
beginning that are not accessible. Guess we are going to go back to the
Sprint store tomorrow. Wish I could have done this through iTunes, but
iTunes does not make any sense to me. All I know is that I should have
never reset my phone. Wonder if I will be able to get everything back ever.

I figured out why I could not log in. I realized that it had gone back

tap on it I go to a different screen where a message pops up saying if I

Apple tells me there seems to be a problem with these ghosts and Sprint.

Re: Sonos continues to disappoint even while adding cool new features

2012-12-05 Thread Scott Rumery
I just installed this update and I can definitely
confirm that the adjust volume with the buttons on the side of my iPhone has
indeed been broken. This is very disappointing as I use my Sonos every day.
It is trivial to turn VO off in order to adjust the volume of my Sonos system,
but I definitely would like this fixed as soon as possible.

Another thing that I have noticed is that I cannot get any of my music library
that is on my phone to play. When I select a song and double tap on the Play
button, nothing happens. I will have to file a bug report with Sonos as I
believe that it is important for them to know when the accessibility of their
app is affected.

I also posted the
below message on the Sonos Facebook page, Apple is making a big deal of the
accessibility features of the iPhone and more and more people are aware of
Apple’s fantastic work so I don’t see why they shouldn’t be aware of other
companies who apparently couldn’t care less about visually impaired users
beyond the fact that we also paid to buy their product.

One example is the fact that the

does your dropbox have content oplayer can work with. most apps I've used

These are immediate guesses, we'll need to ask more questions after this.

right track on how to restore my phone here? I don't have voice and
need to put everything back to Sprint also. I am lost! God how I

I have looked everywhere for my device and nothing! Then how to

When Window-Eyes is running, iTunes detects it and apparently automatically
activates VO on an iPhone. Otherwise, you must activate VO on your iPhone
 from within iTunes manually.

You could try triple-pressing the home button on the phone, I was under
 the
impression that it turned VO on for setup. If not, if you start up
 iTunes,
then plug the phone in, it should work. If it doesn't, try unplugging
 and
replugging the phone in while iTunes is still open. Sometimes Windows
 just
needs to reinstall the apple hardware drivers.

Audio Books and iTunes 11

2012-12-05 Thread Jerry White
Hello everyone!

I just upgraded to iTunes on a Windows 7 Dell desktop. I apologize if this
has been asked already, I missed it... When I go to my device in iTunes (an
iPhone 4s), I can go to the books radio button, then tab till it says sync
books, and that's checked. I can tab and get to sync all books, and it is
set to sync selected books only, then another tab gets me to my list of
iBooks and PDF files. All is good up to here. I tab again and there is a
check box to sync audio books. This is checked. another tab gets me to the
sync all audio books or only selected, and the only selected is selected.
Now, in iTunes 10, another tab dropped me into the box with all my audio
books listed for me to check the ones I want to sync. In iTunes 11,
however, another tab sends me straight to the list of each type of file and
how much space it takes up on my phone! How can I select which books to
sync if I can't get to the window?

Any help is greatly appreciated! If this has already been asked, could
someone please e-mail me off-list at: midwa...@surry.net and let me know the
results or where to look?

Thanks again!

Jerry

any other recording apps like drop vox?

Hey all,

Hope all of you are having a good week.
I was wondering if there is an app like drop vox, where you can record
something, and it gets uploaded to your drop box account?
I am trying to use the latest update to drop vox, and I can't link to my
drop box account.

Any suggestions on other apps, or drop vox itself would be appreciated.

Don,
Yes, when I first got my iPod Touch I was surprised to find forward buried
under the reply button. But, I guess when you are dealing with a tight
space, it makes sense to layer things like that.

One of the things I only recently discovered by turning hints back on is
that if you double tap and hold on the compose button, it will bring up any
drafts you have not dealt with. I don't know if that was added in iOS 6 or
I just hadn't run across it because of keeping hints turned off for the most
part.

Later,

nook app and Ipad 1

2012-12-05 Thread Mary Otten
I think I saw a post here a day or two ago from somebody who has an iPad newer
than my iPad 1. They said that there were issues with the Nook app, but I
thought it had to do with those iPads running ios6. I can't do that, since I'm
on the original iPad, but this evening, when I went to download a book I bought
on the Nook website, I got a message stating that the download failed, and the
details had to do with unable to retrieve account info or some such. They have
a customer service number, but since it is after midnight eastern time, I
assume I will need to wait for tomorrow. I'm curious for those of you using
iPad 1, can you download Nook books?

It is weird because I have 6 of them on my iPad, but this one tonight was a
nogo. It downloaded on to my 4S with no problem.

Yes, you will be able to get most if not everything back eventually. When you
get this taken care of, please ask somebody on this list to work with you over
the phone or something to learn iTunes. I would be very willing to help you but
I don't use iTunes on Windows. You really don't need to become terribly
technical to learn the basics if you have somebody to teach you.

I'm surprised that the first few screens once you sign in with iCloud would be
inaccessible. Can anybody confirm this or is it because the phone was reset? I
think I remember resetting a phone once but that was before iCloud and I think
I used iTunes to restore it.

in details, I don’t know what you do.

Re: wiped iPhone

2012-12-05 Thread Cheryl Homiak
But were you syncing with your computer anyway? If not, you would have nothing
to lose. Actually, you have nothing to lose anyway since the phone was reset.
I'm sure iot doesn't mean you would never ever again be able to sync with your
computer.

tap on it I go to a different screen where a message pops up saying if I
continue the action I will not be able to sync with my computer, and it
sounds as if it is permanent. That is why I talked to Sprint and Apple.

Apple tells me there seems to be a problem with these “ghosts” and Sprint.
Go figure! I wiped the phone, and now it did not help! Ug but trying to smile.

Why should you not have listened to the tech; it at least sounds like the
tech was trying to help you and what was suggested sounded like a reasonable
attempt to get rid of your problem. The tech didn't apparently realize that
you didn't know that wiping your phone really does mean you have to start
over including starting voiceover and maybe he/she should have made sure you
understood that. But as you said in another post, maybe this is an
opportunity for you to finally learn to use iTunes with your phone.

As for iCloud, why can't you enter your info? Do you not have your id and
password or are you having trouble entering them? If you don't have your id
and password, I honestly don't know what you should do. If you are having
trouble entering the information, please explain the problem specifically so
some of us can try to help you.

I don't know what to do in settings to make oplayer accessible to dropbox. I do
see that you can enter fileservers but having never set anything up for dropbox
before this is new to me. I have dropbox running on my computer and devices and
acan access through the dropbox app itself but don't know what to do when
another app is involved.

have you done settings in the oplayer so it has access to your dropbox?

does your dropbox have content oplayer can work with. most apps I've used
that offer dB support usually make themselves a dedicated folder, so you'd
have to put content in that folder specifically.

These are immediate guesses, we'll need to ask more questions after this.

I'm hoping that even if people don't use oplayer you may be able to give me
general help. Oplayer says it has dropbox support but I can't figure out how
to use dropbox with it. I'm just starting to really use dropbox so sorry if
 the answer should be obvious.

Re: fforwarding email with an iphone

2012-12-05 Thread Penny Reeder
Hi Don, Choose Reply from the selections at the bottom of the screen.
Once you get to the Reply screen (immediately), there will be several
choices as you arrow down, i.e., reply, reply to all, forward, and
cancel. Just choose Forward, and you'll be able to forward the
message.

 Hi Don,

Double tap on the reply button, then flick through your choices. You
 will
have at least, Reply, Forward, Print and Cancel. If the message was sent
 to
more than one address, you will also have Reply All.
