When opening the Word Wall app, all you hear is music, VoiceOver says absolutely nothing, so I would venture to say that this game is not able to be used for VoiceOver users. From: Tamara Rorie, Esq. Hi, When word ladder first comes up, press the button to turn the sound off--at least until you become familiar witht he program. Then choose play. There is en edit box with one letter shwoing. you can flick up and down to hear the letter. the word to which it is associated is to the left. When you have typed the word you believe is associated witht he word to the left, double tap ok. If it is wrong the phone vibrates, if it is right, then the word you got correct shows to the left of the edit box, and the edit box is ready with one letter. If you miss three times in a row, then game places the word you missed to the left of the edit box, and you get to try with the next letter. Thanks, Reggie, for those instructions. I couldn't find give up so I was restarting the app. I was playing with Braille though. I'll try again. I've finished puzzles, but not many. No. Right above the keyboard on the left-hand side is a quit button. Push that. Now look at the bottom of your screen. Across the bottom will be continue later, continue, give up and I think there is a next button too that will open another puzzle. If you press give up it will take you to the title of the puzzle and again touch just below that name to bring up the keyboard (but it does not). There will now be all the clues and answers. Hi: I figured out how to play word ladder. But I'm still having problems with word to word. I also discovered that there is word 2 (the number) word and word to (the word( word. I have them both. Neither appear to be accessible, but I will keep trying. You could look it up on AppleVis and see if anyone's reviewed either of them. I know that the one with the word to is just not accessible. I haven't tried the other.
