Hi. For those interested in sending feedback to Audible, they have a
customer service number in the US. Not sure if it also works in
Canada. The number is 888-283-5051. I have called them a few times
before, and in the opening message where they give the list of
options, they say something like, "If you are visually impaired and
need help with the Audible app, press 1." I can't think of too many
other companies that have an option like this in their phone tree. I
had an instance come up where I had to talk with some from option 1,
and I found them extremely helpful.

Then definitely take the few minutes it takes to go through the options on the 
website and send an email about the scrolling issue. I agree by the way, I just 
sent then a message about the slow loading time and another small thing which 
has bugged me for some time. This is when you tap on the Chapters button and 
you swipe through all the chapters of a book. Voiceover used to indicate when 
you came to the chapter you are currently listening to, I think it said 
"currently listening" or maybe it was "selected", anyways, I really don't care 
too much what it says as ;long it says something.
I'll send another message about the scrolling because I agree, you have to use 
a 3-finger swipe up to load the next page and even then it's a bit 
inconsistent. It would be nice if you could just start to flick right and it 
would continue.

The App keeps getting worse at least here. Scrolling through all my
books don't seem to be working in this latest version. It only seems
to load the first book properly anything after that is a hit or miss.

Barbara, you should really update your iPhone 8 to 16.3.1.  The
audible setting is somewhere in settings.  Just look around for it.  I
don't have to double tap on books multiple times to get them to play.

I have noticed that audible takes longer to load when I first open it. I have 
an iphone 8 running ios 15.7.  generally audible works fine after it loads 
however, I have noticed that I have to tap on a book multiple times before it 
will open the book and start reading it.  I had to spipe up and then back down 
to the book in the list double tap it then it played.  Have you tried clearing 
the app from the app switcher or restarting your phone, or even logging out of 
and then back in to the audible app?  That can sometimes fix weird issues that 
come up.

fine for me.  I've got my audible app set, to once I finish reading an

reload the app to get the deleted item to disappear from the Library screen. 
I’m pretty sure that in the past, deleted items disappeared immediately.
