Hi. For those interested in sending feedback to Audible, they have a customer service number in the US. Not sure if it also works in Canada. The number is 888-283-5051. I have called them a few times before, and in the opening message where they give the list of options, they say something like, "If you are visually impaired and need help with the Audible app, press 1." I can't think of too many other companies that have an option like this in their phone tree. I had an instance come up where I had to talk with some from option 1, and I found them extremely helpful.
