Yes, except they used to give an email address or at least a link which opened an email, now as far as I have seen it's all just various help articles and maybe at some point you get to a contact form. I know for sure they used to have an email address specifically for help with Audible on iOS, now you first get the following and that also applies to the website:

If you select "Something Else" you next get a combo box where you can select a few more options, can't remember now what I selected, but once I did this I found a button for "Contact by email" and "Contact by phone".
