Yes, except they used to give an email address or at least a link which opened 
an email, now as far as I have seen it's all just various help articles and 
maybe at some point you get to a contact form.
I know for sure they used to have an email address specifically for help with 
Audible on iOS, now you first get the following and that also applies to the 
website:

How can we help you:
 Membership
 My Account
 Listening
 Billing
 Returns
 Cancel
 Something Else

These are all radio buttons on the website so you first check one and then 
continue. If  you select "Something Else" you next get a combo box where you 
can select a few more options, can't remember now what I selected, but once I 
did this I found a button for "Contact by email" and "Contact by phone". The 
email button brought up a form where you can type a subject and a message, 
pretty straight forward.

The Audible app is definitely sluggish on my SE 2nd gen phone.

If you look under the profile tab there is a link for help and support. Swipe 
down the list of frequently asked topics and you will find a link for 
contacting audible.
