Re: saving pictures to my iphone 6s

2017-02-04 Thread Kathy Brandt
I believe you double tap and hold on the image, after which you will get
prompts, one of which I believe is save; it will go to photos. If the double
tap and hold doesn't do it, if you double tap on the attachments, you may get
options that include save. It has been a while, so is why I am a little vague.
If save isn't one of the options for either way, it could be under share, which
would include open or cofpy to, in which case it wouldd go to photos.

I am not sure how to save all pics at once, but if you double tap on one pic
to bring it up, there is an actions button on it that you find and double

Hi,

I had some pictures sent to me via text message and I want to save them to

once?

I have an iPhone 5c and use voice over exclusively.

Hello,
Is the process the same for e-mails sent to the iphone or ipad. Someone sent me

Message - here you can send it in a text or iMessage to somebody else
Mail - to attach it to an email
 Twitter
 Facebook
Flickr - only available if you have an account I think
 Open in Dropbox
 Open in Prizmo
 Open in Whats App
Save Image - that's the one you want in order to save it to the camera roll
 Assign to Contact
 Copy

 3. Double tap on Save Image The menu goes away and you are back on your
picture, you can tap the Back button at the top left and get out of your

check your Camera Roll before you do this you'll find that after you double

RE: Saving pictures

2014-04-19 Thread Sieghard Weitzel
Hi Denise,

If your pictures are Jpeg you can also just double tap and hold on the
attachment in the email and a menu comes up after a moment with very much
the same choices as what I described before including saving to camera roll,
Facebook and so on. However, you can't post a PDF to Facebook at least not
in the same way as a Jpeg. If your pictures are PDF you have to use some
sort of online conversion utility to convert it to a Jpeg first.

I have Dropbox and if I double tap and hold on a PDF attachment I do have
the option to open it in Dropbox which means I can then save it in a Dropbox
folder.

Hi Ezzie,

There is a 5 and a half minute Podcast on www.Applevis.com which explains
how to do this.

I haven't used this feature, but apparently there is a bug in iOS 6 which
doesn't allow you to do this with Voiceover and the guy who does the Podcast
explains how you can work around the problem by briefly turning off
Voiceover at some point. As I said, it's on www.Applevis.com in the Podcast
