Re: iPad suddenly stopped working

2020-12-11 Thread Mickey Quenzer
First of all make sure your charger is plugged in to a wall outlet. make sure
there isn’t a switch that turns The wall outlet off. then unplug your iPad and
wait for about a minute. plug your iPad back in again and most likely that will
turn The iPad on if it can be turned on. Wait for a couple of hours and see if
voiceover comes on. This is my suggestion I hope it works.

Do you use voiceover with the ipad and are you completely sure it has been
charged up?

Can you see it if you connect it to a computer with the cable?

that had been turned on and it inadvertently never got turned off.
I had have a set of AirPods that I didn’t realize one of them got
lost and was out of the case and could not figure out why my iPad
did not turn on and we worked on it and worked on it and worked on
it. Finally my brother found an AirPod on the floor underneath the
couch. So, that is why I’m asking you that question.

Re: iPad suddenly stopped working

2020-12-11 Thread Michael Feir
Just a thought. Plugging in your iPAD should force it to turn on. That at
least resolves whether or not it's on presuming no power outage or cable
issues. After that, it's all about making certain the thing isn't muted or
the volume is too low. Hit the volume up button a few times. After a
moment, hit the side button. That should result in some noise. I guess
there's always a small chance that your iPAD has gotten an update. There's
one due out pretty soon. Plugging it in and waiting is about the only other
thing I can think of presuming you have nobody with sight who can look at
it. Hope that helps. It's always nerve-racking when silence holds sway.
