Thank you all for your best wishes. I really appreciate such a good response 
from the Indian community.
@Arjuna, we already have a mailing list for Pakistani Wikimedian community so I 
think there's no necessity of IRC room as well.
@Rohini, I would like to see your valuable contributions to Wikivoyage. 
@Sibi, I liked your idea, currently most of the Wikimedians interested in this 
user group are actually based in Karachi so we will more focus on Karachi 
especially.
@Tejaswini, we already have many Wikimedia projects (in local language such as 
Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi and Pashto.

Chapter Wiki http://wiki.wikimedia.in has lot of information about our
Chapter, its history etc. If you setup an IRC  and inform, I am sure many

clarifications.
