[Xfce-bugs] [Bug 16411] xfce4-keyboard-settings exits with shortcut commands in single quotes
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16411 --- Comment #2 from mgruber...@yahoo.de --- For whatever reason I'm no longer able to replicate the crashes, neither when started via the menu, nor via the terminal. The only unusual output I was able to see was this... https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15315 --- Comment #6 from Theo Linkspfeifer --- I used the command "yes > /dev/null" several times to max out all CPU cores. The bug did not occur. [Xfce-bugs] [Bug 15315] Keyboard application shortcut executes twice when system is under heavy load
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15315 --- Comment #5 from Dave Ulrick --- I upgraded to Fedora 30 after creating the ticket. I've experienced the bug symptoms on several occasions with Fedora 30. Most recently, while the system was under heavy load I pressed a global key that was assigned to a script that creates one xfce4-terminal session that ssh's to a remote Linux host. Right after the load subsided, two terminal sessions appeared, both ssh'd to the same remote Linux host. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Xfce-bugs mailing list Xfce-bugs@xfce.org https://mail.xfce.org/mailman/listinfo/xfce-bugs

https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16409 --- Comment #2 from joseph.pr...@okstate.edu --- (In reply to Theo Linkspfeifer from comment #1) > Support channels: > https://forum.manjaro.org/ > https://forum.xfce.org/ > > You should make sure that a screen locker is installed and its process is > running. The small script 'xflock4' acts as a wrapper and tries to lock the > screen using your installed screen locker. > > https://git.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-session/tree/scripts/xflock4 Thanks. /usr/bin/xflock4 is installed with root ownership, no other access. I ran a copy I was sent (thanks for that), with user ownership, and it did not lock the screen but did flash something too brief to read. sudo /usr/bin/xflock4 did nothing, even no error reported. This is my first serious bug to deal with. This should have been configured to work for the install, and now any fix is unclear to me. So what is blocking it, how can that be fixed, and once successful, will the OS installer have the new version of whatever or what needs to be done on that ? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Xfce-bugs mailing list Xfce-bugs@xfce.org https://mail.xfce.org/mailman/listinfo/xfce-bugs
