I remember, there was a huge discussion on this earlier. Wondering, if any
of you know updated information.
Additionally, wanted to share an incident I have noticed recently.
Howrah - Chennai Superfast mail has two such coaches one at the front and
another towards the end of train.
One disabled coach for disabled, and another for non-disabled!
