Those of the people who dont have ovens cook pitzas in non stick pans!
They seem to come out OK, have tasted some cooked like that. But I have
always used an oven to do so.
Therefore I have asked how to cook one in a pan for all of us to learn. For
sometime when one is in the process of cooking
actually I don't want to make such compiled document. What I want, I
want to add all 400 pages in a single document one after the other.
Such as I would be adding page number 2 followed by page number 3 and
so on. So that 400 pages book could be shown as single html file.
