Matthew, The VIEWER id may have simply be hard coded into some script contacting the TSM server every 10mn. As Richard promptly noted, check any Crontab jobs running on the box and terminate the one script using the VIEWER id or simply change that VIEWER id with an existent admin id on the TSM
