It's either extremely short term memory, or they are just talking
about that one tiny portion of coast. PR is a "colony" and gets
short shrift any way you look at it.

This sounds like a good case for custom NAT rule in their router - if
theirs is capable of this; instead of one IP NATing all their PCs, can have
4-5 IPs, each covering NAT for a portion of their DHCP subnet.

We generally go to Installation, Graphical Install on the left
side frame menu (in the 650) and maximize that value, then
start looking at other things.
